Rob is one of the rudest salesman I have ever met! I was trying to buy touch up paint & he made it impossible. There was a new salesman there getting trained & he was so nice but Rob was a Total no it all & all but refused to sell me the paint I needed. We ordered some paint(Which we should have just left). He never told us it was ready. Instead in front of other customers, he said are you guys just going to stand there & visit or do you want your paint! Very Very Rude!!!

Super slow to get paint here… I don’t recommend this store.

Always come to this sherwin-williams location.But today Im stop by to get some paint but I want to used a restroom but the mangers of the store dont let me used because he say is not public restrooms at the store. This is the first time in this store I hear from the manager is public restroom. Other sherwin-williams location always is a clean restroom ready to used.

While at work driving a limo bus, I called them on my break to find out if they had a particular gallon. They had it already shaken upon arrival. Good service!

Visited this store to buy a gallon of Sherwin-Williams wood stain and was told I can only buy 5 gallons. When I asked why, the employee told me that the color I need is not stocked and can only be prepared. He further explained that the machine overflows 2 or 3 ounces and that all the product needs to be in the mix else the color will not be exactly the same. While this could be completely true I find it appalling how little brains they have to either find a solution or workaround to this problem or call the equipment manufacturer to fix this issue. Businesses like these don’t deserve to survive. Take your business elsewhere.

Good customer service

Very helpful staff- kind and courteous. No long wait- compared to the Kingwood store. Fast and efficient. The associate could tell I was struggling with paint choices and told me about the decorators they have. I’m considering a consultation!

When I went in, the custom paint line was rather slow, but I gave it no concern since I was only going to buy a paint brush and some drop cloths. After making my selection I asked an associate if there is a line just for check out. The associate rudely replied “ nope “. I understand the day might have been stressful but professionalism is expected at all times. After 20 mins in line with no advancement I left frustrated.

Sales staff are knowledgeable. The fellow who helped me was courteous and very professional. He solved my painting needs.

They can match any color if you have it on a piece of board, or gypsom piece, or paper! Love this store!

The manager on duty is a complete idiot. He has to wait on his assistant to break down a pallet to see if my order is there. I can understand if the place is packed but it was just one customer including me. The manager has no idea how to physically get his hands dirty and look up orders. Ive been very patient and waited for 4 days. Now I have to go back again for the 3rd time later today or Monday to receive my order.
