Big shout out to Ray for his excellent customer service! He was prompt and made sure I got the right parts for my vintage VW bus. Not only that, he went above and beyond by helping me jump start my bus when it didn’t start (yes, the bus would sometimes do that). Great job Ray and Auto Zone for taking care of your team members!

So much better than advanced auto parts, went in for a spark plug socket not 3 mins later we were walking out of there, advanced auto parts took 15 mins and still didn’t have what we needed. Auto zone a real one.

After going to get an oil change I needed to get some last minute supplies and the young man that helped me was beyond helpful! He not only assisted me but helped me save money in the process instead of the usual up-sell tactics most places use.

This is a good spot to find anything related to cars. Motor Oil, any type of fluid for the direction of your car, seat covers, products to remove scratchs. The sell good brands. The staff is very kind and well known all the products in the store. I recommend this place.

Extremely friendly gentleman Ive never dealt with before and been in this out of the numerous times help me with very simple matter however was very thorough all the way up to the part where he didnt want to install the brakes on the car! But I guess theyre not like windshield wipers.

Always helpful, courteous, and quick. If they can help install it, basic items like batteries, bulbs, wiper blades, etc, they will do it for you. Appreciate them!

Ive been shopping here for over 14 years and found Auto Zone has very knowledgeable service people. I sincerely appreciate a business having diversity behind the counter. I consider myself an above average home mechanic as I spent 15 years in automotive manufacturing @ 4 different Ford plants. With that said, Ive been humbled on numerous occasions by female customer service representatives that have TAUGHT ME a few things over the years!Great prices with inventory of items I wouldnt generally expect to have in stock. Place is very clean and well organized. Great store.

I went in here to get some new windshield wipers for my car a few days ago I didn’t know what to get so the guy working the register I think his name tags said Josiah, he looked up in the computer what would fit my car. Now this man went above and beyond for me yall !!! The wipers that the computer said would fit my car did not fit he went back got a different pair and put them on for me while it was raining, this was the best customer service I’ve ever had at any autozone!!! I appreciate the help this man gave me so much !!!

TONY, the manager, gave me first class service in helping me find the correct product I needed, finding me the best value for my money, and even installing it in my SUV despite it being dark and cold outside!! He helped to diagnose my check engine light, gave me a thorough assessment of what was going on with my car, helped with adding coolant and gave follow up steps on how to keep an eye on things moving forward. Bad customer service the guy clearly don’t know how there computer system work was very confused brought a part for my car and the part wasn’t in stock at this location but the system said it was. Did a return he said he can have the part delivered to the store on the same day went looking through the system and finds a cheaper part and said it will be delivered today. He didn’t know how to have the part delivered to the store so he’s asking his coworkers for help and his manager and there not really helping him navigate through the system to have the part come to this location. Finally he finds out how to do it so he say so I pay for the part get my receipt and find out I have to drive 25 miles to pickup the part at another location 25 miles away so I bring this to his attention and he says let me see like I don’t know what I’m talking about. So he goes to tell his manager about the situation and comes back and says unfortunately you have to go to that location to pickup the part because we can’t change it now but the whole time this was the purpose to have the part come closer to me and I just come back to this location to pick it up. I spent 30 mins in the store and not one time did the manager come out to help his employee or come to address my issue and that’s not great customer service because you knew your employee didn’t know what he was doing and it was his mistake. So I spent 30 mins of my time to walk out of the store with 2 receipt and no part and have drive to another no location. No one said sorry for the mistake or even try to fix the issue all I got was you have to go to the other location

He is rude and dry to the customers of color and the employees. He is very unprofessional and it seems like a toxic environment for the employees I feel bad for them. Great staff! Our 1997 Jeep was not starting and they loaned us a charger to get it up and running. We returned the charger and ended up buying a new battery. They had caring and thoughtful customer service! Will return for future needs.

This store is easy to access. There is free street parking in front and back. There is also a nice size parking lot beside it the store. The store is handicap accessible. AutoZone carries a variety of car parts, accessories and tools. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Didn’t have the parts I needed for my 2008 JK Wrangler in stock and the sales guy was following me around the store trying to up sell me and gave misinformation on coolant.

Employee immediately knew what I needed when I told him the problem. Didnt try to up sale a more expensive item. Told me to save the money and go buy a milkshake at cookout instead. Highly recommend this place, and want to give kudos especially to Getony (one of the parts managers, I believe).I went in to test/charge/replace a dead battery and it turned out my alternator was also bad. Getony didn’t try to upsell me, just told me the truth so I could make the call on how to handle it. I decided to replace the alternator first and went to leave but my portable battery failed and I couldn’t get the car started to leave the parking lot. The store’s charger was having an issue so Getony went and pulled his car around so we could jumpstart mine that way.Absolutely outstanding customer service. I’m not going anywhere else for parts in the future.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, if they cant answer your question they are quick to find the correct solution to your problems. Great selection of auto parts and maintenance items from 3rd party accessories to some OEM and OEM approved parts, and even have some equipment for water craft and motorcycles.

Containers with fluids on the outside. Two employees both waiting on customers with larger issues forcing customers with quick check out to wait twenty plus minutes. Luckily an OReillys is just around the corner. Much better experience.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at AutoZone. They provided terrific troubleshooting on my car, completely FREE. Heres a short description of the situation... Various dash lights were illuminated for no apparent reason. One of the team members evaluated the car and offered to charge the battery since it was low. But he didnt stop there. After reinstalling the battery he looked at the car further and determined that the low charged battery was actually due to a bad alternator. Now that is what I call terrific customer service. Thank you AutoZone.

They set the hours of the store open 7:30 am I was there before that so when the time mark 7:30 I was by the door still close, one of the guys inside was drinking I assume coffee, he see me he dont bother to open the door, so I wait and wait I wave to him he dint care, until I reach for my phone to call the manager then he see that, then move his ass to open, they should change the hours to 8:00 am, so the employees have enough time to take breakfasts... They are always busy, so just be patient, theyll get to ya. And ask for the military discount!! Big Kudos for that!!

If you dont know what an auto zone is, you may not own a car. If you own a car and need to fix it, this place probably has the parts. Just dont go too crazy and buy the tazmanian devil rubber floor mats with a furry steering wheel cover. Because the next thing you know, youll start buying the strips of chrome accents for your door jams and wheel wells...and then comes the shiny plastic hubcaps. And thats when you auto-zoned your car. Dont do this. Just buy your air fresheners, or car wash stuff, and maybe a headlight bulb or two.

Associates are helpful but dont supply a very reassuring experience (they dont inspire confidence) prices on certain items are cheaper in other places however they make up for it by offering a wider selection with fair pliced for items excluded in other stores. All in all of you know what you need and wont need to ask for help then its wort it, otherwise dont bother.

I came in on a rainy evening needing a new windshield wiper blade and asked the guy working if he could look up the one I needed, and he told me to Google it!!! After finally figuring it out on my own, both employees proceeded to watch me outside in the rain attempting to change it for the next 15-20 minutes (unsuccessfully)... guess they were afraid they might melt in the rain, smh.
