This store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff are friendly; it’s just… so… slow. The pharmacy is always so busy, and you’re standing in line for at least 15 minutes to drop off, longer to pick up.If I can’t purchase whatever I need at the time I pick up my prescription, I don’t even bother standing in line. I don’t think I’ve ever seen two cashiers working at a time, and again, you’re waiting in line so long.The staff are friendly, and the location is convenient, just a time sink anytime you need to go there.

Such a disappointment. This store has always had very poor customer service at the front register but now the pharmacy is basically at a standstill. Wait d for over 30 min and still no movement in the line. If they do t have sufficient staffing then stop taking new prescription orders.

I recently decided to leave this pharmacy. Multiple mishaps resulted in this decision to move to a local pharmacy where my pharmacist actually knows my name. A few major incidents:- I received the wrong medication or dosage TWICE. Once I received a medication I no longer take (same name but different functions). Second, I received the wrong dosage—one I previously took a significant time ago.- After being given the incorrect medication, no apology was given. And while trying to exchange it, as directed to by my doctor after they called to communicate their error with them, I was told it was not possible and that they didn’t have my original prescription on file.- I’ve been told my prescription couldn’t be filled because they didn’t have the correct brand. When I demanded it and refused to take no for an answer (because I should have been notified), suddenly they found it and could fill it.- I’ve been stuck in the drive through (between cars) for 30+ minuets.

They have a new policy for this pharmacy store. Even if they receive a prescription 2-3 days ago they don’t fill it up unless you call them and tell them you need it (really ? Why would someone need to call ?) and Good luck calling this store and speaking to a pharmacist by phone. It can be anywhere from 20 to 45 mins to talk to them. So much work to get your medicines filled up which in todays world should be so seamless with technology.Not sure if the corporate is aware of the (dis)service that this store provides to the community. I know one of the other pharmacy store (Cvs or riteaid) in the vicinity closed couple of years ago and since then this store got all that traffic (and business which is a good thing). They had two years to get things streamlined but it only keeps going downhill.

I love this location.. The store is always stocked with everything from foods, medicines, household supplies, snacks, makeup, toiletries, kitchen stuff also. The customer service is good also.

Horrible. No way to phone call to store and speak with a person. They said they wouldnt fill my prescription. I spend 3 hours and 15 calls to store and could not speak with a person to resolve issue. Contacting my Doc to send prescription to different store.

I am giving this location the two stars for the staff that has to work under the management and deal with their unprofessionalism and rude attitude. I was just told that my prescription was promised to be ready for me this morning after waiting on hold for 30 minutes yesterday on the phone to have it filled and only to be answered by, what has to be, the rudest pharmacist I have ever spoken to. (He must be new) that it’s not ready because he has 60 vaccinations to do today. Although I sympathize with everyone getting vaccinated there still other matters that need to be addressed and prescriptions need to be filled as promised. Walgreens should not offer additional services if they can not handle the services they already struggle with.

I do not recommend going to this Walgreens. I got a Covid-19 test before starting a new job. Ive been tested before at CVS across the street and I generally get my results the next day, I got tested on a Friday morning, when I called on Sunday afternoon the woman who answered the phone seemed offended that I would be calling before it had taken 72 hours and told me that the tests from Friday hadnt been sent out yet so I obviously wouldnt have my results. On Monday I called the help line instead of the pharmacy and the woman I spoke to was actually very sweet but had less information than I did but took my information and filed an investigation as to why I did not have my results back over 72 hours later. I still have not heard back from Walgreens with my results but after that phone call I got tested at CVS and got my results the back Tuesday. Its been a year since COVID testing started. This isnt new.

Warning...if you call this location at 1pm, they will literally place you on hold and make you wait until 1:30pm which is when they then leave for lunch!! They even have the nerve to come back and forth to the phone and if you are still there back on hold you go and until 1:30pm. Horrible customer service!

Literally the worst Walgreens. Pharmacy rarely answers calls. Meaning you are better off driving up there, standing in line for 45 minutes to request a fill than calling them.Updated review: somehow one month later now (1/14/2020) this place has gotten worse. If i had an incurable disease and this place had the only antidote, id honestly consider just not going in. Transferring everything somewhere else to avoid this dumpster fire of a location.

Unfortunately, my experience with this Walgreens has never been pleasant although my review is based on 5 visits not just one.I like the feeling of a new and updated store. However, there seem to be a big gap when it comes to customer service. I found the cashiers on their phone texting while helping customers on more than one occasion. Further, the line to checkout never moves quick enough.My last experience was yesterday when I attempted to pick up an item I bought on the website and had it shipped to this store. At first, I went to the photos desk area to pick it up like I was instructed. The person there told me to go to the pharmacy for pick up. The pharmacy told me to go back to the front. Then the manager asked me to get in the checkout line. I did and about 8 minutes later, the cashier told me I need to go to the photos section. Finally, they got their act together and found my box after I had to describe how big I expect the box to be and what’s inside of it.I truthfully feel that with better management and better training of frontline employees, this Walgreens can easily become favored for many people living in the area. However, until that becomes a reality, I will stick with 2 stars.

Ive only seen the black customers get treated with warmth, everytime Ive gone in the cashier always seems to have an attitude with me. Im convinced theyre racist against whites. Could just be professional than let your immature prejudice get the best of you.

This Walgreens never has the prescriptions ready when you are at the window. There is always an issue with billing or having it ready on time. We finally decided to transfer to Harris Teeter down the street. Harris teeter called to get the information from Walgreens, which explained why they could never have our prescriptions ready without billing issues. They had it wrong in their system. We are hoping we won’t have the same constant issues with Harris teeter. Apparently our experience is normal. Others were transferring from the Walgreens while we were. You wait in a long line at Walgreens to be told the prescription isn’t ready or they had an issue that they never contacted the customer about. Good luck using this store.

Knowing that I was a long-time customer of Rite Aid, the drug store about a mile away that Walgreen purchased, an employee of Walgreen told me not to worry about the wait that eventually many of these people would go somewhere else. Ill be one of them, except for the fact that they are a short distance from my home. Recently i was only able to pick up a routine antibiotic the next day! More recently, I asked to pick up within hours and my wish was guaranteed. More people need to know this.The people who work in the pharmacy are as busy as they can be--too busy, in my estimation.They are thankfully very carefully with this deluge of new clients. The backlog is not their doing. There are not enough staff for the demand.Walgreen home offices must be in control and not understanding or caring about their new customers. Maybe even, they dont want new customers? The fault lies with home office!!!!

Slowest Walgreens around. Pharmacy is overwhelmed. They need two more pharmacists and like 5 more techs. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes waiting for prescriptions no matter what time of day or how long ago it was called in.

Unbelievably slow pharmacy drive thru and in store experience. I consistently wait 30+ minutes to simply pay for prescriptions that have already been filled by the pharmacist. They are consistently understaffed which creates the majority of the issues. I have selected a new pharmacy in the area (plenty of options close by).

I hate this location. They cant handle the amount of customers that came after closing the Rite Aid. They never answer the phone. The drive thru is always long. The line inside is always long. They need to fix this.

I’m writing this review as I sit in the drive thru waiting on a prescription that is ready to be picked up. I’ve sat in the same spot for 15 mins now. I’ve literally had time to look up the store and leave a review. Don’t waste your time coming here. I have thought about running over this one lonely tree to my right just to escape. But the tree doesn’t deserve that. This store sucks.

After being forced to transfer here after rite aide closed i have had nothing but issues. My daughter was unable to have a prescription she needed filled because there computer issues. They stated that there system is different and i would have to call the state. A regular prescription turned into me being on the phone 2 hours until finally a state representative manually removed something from 6 years ago off of my daughters insurance history. This is the only place i have ever had this issue

The pharmacist (I dont know his name) waited on me at the drive thru and he suggested I get my pneumonia shot (Medicare pays for it) and suggested a shingle shot and that I look into a different RX carrier and I took his advice and got a better RX and am very pleased I will get the shingle shot after the first of the year. Thank you

Each experience is worst than the last. I have to wait 20 plus minutes to get a refill that is already ready. They loose prescriptions regularly. I didnt want to be transferred to them but had no choice when Rite Aid closed. Terrible customer service.

Screwed up my PAssport photo. Isabela who took the photo at this store was in such a rush, one of my ear was not visible and she did not verify this before processing the photo. Also the background was off color in certain areas which was also missed before processing it in a hurry.

Store is in a bad location - difficult to get into it. The pharmacy does not have a covered drive through so unless it is a crisp fall day with no rain - do not use it. The parking lot was littered and dirty.Honestly - this is not a location you want to go to for anything.

Many times, we have tried to use this pharmacy due to its location and rarely have our prescriptions filled on time. Sometimes find out after multiple trips that the product is out of stock and on back order. Terrible organization and customer service. Were done.
