Had William come out from Mandic Motors for a AAA call. It was for a battery replacement. He went above and beyond by calling another provider in a neighboring city to see if had the battery I needed. Even though they did not get my business they always will if going as far as needed to help their customers. Nice Job William!

I had a dead battery at Target, called AAA it turns out that my alternator was the culprit. Towing company was Mandic Motors (MM) and I should have checked reviews before agreeing to them doing the work. As a female I feel mechanical work is ALWAYS risky. I dont know about cars so I have to trust that anyone working on my vehicle has integrity. My alternator is done and shortly after the check engine light appears. MM doesnt know that my man is a mechanic (who specializes in building hot rods- shop is not close by unfortunately). My man runs diagnostics gets the error codes and calls MM. At first they are not understanding how all 6 cylinders are misfiring and how that is related to the alternator until my guy breaks it down for them. Quickly they realized that now they are speaking to someone who knows his stuff. Brought the car back in- naturally after a day with it -no errors or misfire (they fixed the problem they caused). So my man (the mechanic) was saying at first give them the benefit of the doubt. As he doesnt want to be in the same class with mechanics who take advantage of women. But after speaking with Jay once my car was mysteriously fixed I won the bet and he had to concede that my sentiment was most likely true. A new error message is present but I will not let MM touch my vehicle. Check reviews for a better place.

They illegally towed my 2004 BMW. I then lost it through the lien sale. Then six months later I received another tow bill from a different towing company that picked up the car out in Valencia. Which means the car was still registered to me, the original owner, because no one bothered to transfer the title during the lien sale leaving it in my name. Not to mention, it also had an unperformed safety recall on it from BMW rendering it ILLEGAL to, not only sell, but to be driven because the recall was regarding the driver side air bag inflator and the part was on national backorder. Operating the vehicle could potentially be fatal for the driver. Since, I was still the registered owner all the notices from BMW regarding such were still being mailed to me also. GOOD GOING GUYS, NICE WORK! Way to make a buck at the risk of losing a life!! And thanks for taking my only vehicle and my very first brand-new vehicle purchase in life.

And knew what he was doing with a not so easy to tow vehicle. Was very impressed. Mandic is the best tow company in all of Orange County. Dealing with many towing company’s I would know. These people are honest and professional in every way! We were ending a lovely vacation when we couldnt get our car to start. Mandic responded to our Auto Club call. Shawn was so knowledgeable and it turned out to be the alternator. The tow truck driver as well was a super person. They had us on the road in less than 3 hours and we were so happy with their pricing! Would recommend them highly! Thank you all so much!!!

They wanted to charge me $75 for a simple lockout. So I get a reply by the owner; if its so easy why not do it yourself. I did, took me 5 minutes. My concern was I just had my bladder removed, 3rd stage cancer, now I have a colostomy bag stuck to my stomach and the 9 hour operation, well they hurt me pretty bad. I used to work for a tow company many years ago. I quit my job because I realized what great and wonderful people all the owners are. Blessings.

Had an absolute positive experience today with AAA and Mandic. Wife ran out of gas, called AAA and was given a 1 hour eta. Mandic showed up 20 minutes later and the driver, Kevin, didnt show call for me but called his dispatch and AAA to get gas for my car. Absolutely superior employee and service.

Thieves. Z28 was towed here after an accident and they stole the t tops and attempted to take the battery and other high performance parts that were on the car.

I don’t even know where to start;I just needed my battery replaced on my vehicle so I reached out to AAA; they dispatched a Mandic motors, was that a mistake. The first guy that came out check the battery and said to me that the battery was fine; It was actually very nice but he forgot to re-connect the cable after he jumpstarted my vehicle; I decided to drive to a gas station and my car would not turn because the battery was not getting charged because it had not been connected. I get it things happen it was a mistake, not a big deal. Someone was able to jumpstart my car and I was able to get home. After that I reached out to Mandic to come out again and to fix the cable. He informed me that he had been loose that’s why the battery had not charged and apologized. I said no problem things happen. He replaced my cable on my vehicle and everything seem to be fine he told me my battery was perfect. I don’t think he was wrong but the point is my car died again after running the vehicle for two hours. Made the decision to just get a new battery and I requested Mandic because I had already worked with them; I called AAA To request them and there was some mixup with AAA and they were not called to come out. I made a decision to call Mandic defined out if they had gotten a call from AAA the answer was no. What a waste of time; made a decision that I would work directly with Mandic; and they were not able to get to me to fix my issue because they had one battery guy. Too much time wasted I hope they figure out how to provide better service because this was an absolute horrible experience. I wanna make it clear that the first two gentlemen that came out to help me were very nice but my God management absolutely sucks. I feel bad for the employees

Terrible towing company, would never recommend. A jealous worker from the towing company called the clients car their moms car purposefully to insult the owner as his car was much nicer than something he could afford. Overall the most immature worker and worst towing company in the US.

They towed away my car for parking where I wasnt supposed and yes it was a nuisance but Im gonna have to give them 5 stars because they were very proffessional and to the point.

Had a lovely experience last evening. The tow driver had a very limited vocabulary, apparently one of the half dozen or so words he knows is the Fword. Very unprofessional and after looking at reviews cannot believe AAA keeps a contact with them. Will request AAAsend someone else in the future.

I called AAA for a flat this morning. I dont remember the guys name, but he had my over-sized tire, changed and spare put on in no time. Double checked everything, and a friendly guy! I highly recommend this company!

Local police tow and service! Very professing but for row their guidelines! Had to make a second trip there twice to satisfy them!

After work, I came out to find that my 4runner had a flat. I called AAA, and within 20 minutes Rob was at my school site. He changed my tire, but when he put on my spare we discovered that my spare was also leaking. What a day, right? He quickly hooked my spare up to his air compressor and gave my leaky spare as much as air as it could hold. I told him that I was going to try to make it to a tire shop nearby and he insisted that he follow behind me in case anything happened along the way. He was so great! Rob was very personable and turned a not-so-great day into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks so much!!

I agree with the last review this greedy rotten company is a sub standard company at best. Their attitudes and honesty remain to be seen. From the short and obese owner to the moody office helpers. Its easy to see why these sleezy tow yard junk operations are so hated by the mainstream public. They are LIARS and CROOKS! I came to buy my car back at the properly posted time and they wouldnt let me buy my car back even though I out bid the high bidder. They sold it for recycle for $300 I bid $400 and they said no I would have to pay $2200!! Why the dishonest sided lein sale effort, if in fact, it is not a real sale, but a kangaroo sale by the little fat penguin himself the alcoholic greedy owner. Dont do any business with this outfit. Having a cheap self serving trophy in your lobby means nothing if the people and your lobby both stink!!

The people that work here are the most unhelpful, vindictive people I have ever experienced in my life. They would not allow me access to my vehicle and after standing at the counter and being ignored for several minutes they told me all I had to do was go to the local police station and get them to, call and tell them it was OK. After I went to the police station, the counter officer informed me that Mandic Motors had fed me BS to get me out of their office and much more work was needed to just get my work keys out of my car. The driver who towed my car after someone crashed into me told me I would be allowed access at any time. I have been working in customer service most of my adult life and I have never treated someone with such distain and indifference to their plight. This is the problem with our society, the company is contracted by the police department and they think that they can treat their customers like human garbage because we have no choice. If you have a choice in choosing your tow company please do yourself a favor and utilize a company that will treat you like the decent human being you deserve to be treated . And if someone runs a stop sign and totals your car and Mandic Motors comes to your rescue, may god have mercy on your poor soul.

I have never been to Mandic until today and I must say I was very impressed. My car would not start today. I called AAA. When AAA came out the guy said he thought it was the battery and I should take it to Mandic where they would test it for free. He got my car started and off I went. Mandic did test my battery and it was in fact bad and needed replacing. However instead of selling me a new battery they told me since my car was relatively new it should be covered under warrany and stood with me while I called the dealer. It was covered under warranty and Mandic made sure my car would start and off I went to get a free battery from the dealer.Its not often people do whats right these days when nothing is it for them. I will not hesitate to go there again should my car need attention on the future.Thank you Mandic!

Tow truck driver was extremely disrespectful, car came back with some wheel scuffs and a light scratch on the rear bumper. Call literally anywhere but here, theyll mess up your car and still treat you like garbage without a single apology.

HB Parking enforcement called these guys out to tow my car (as it was parked on the street) for expired tags. I was able to provide DMV documentation proving to them I was not in violation. Parking enforcement agreed to release my car but the tow truck driver Quebec still demanded I pay $100 to drop the vehicle.I asked if he could waive the fee since this was clearly resolved with parking enforcement, but all I got was an attitude from him telling me I didnt come out here for nothing. He even eluded to the fact that he was doing ME a favor by not charging the full amount. Are you kidding me?CROOKS!

Mandic motors not worth the head ache tow guy costed me $300.00 in repairs just for a simple jump start .... don which works at mandic really couldnt care less about my out of pocket costs said he talked to his tow driver and tow driver said i jumped the cars battery first... i stated to don the employee at mandic that he was wrong thats why I have AAA to cover my wifes car ...end result i had to call AAA to file a claim.. if you people have AAA dont go to mandic motors they are untrustworthy and dont own up when they make a mistake.....Thanks Don .....you were no help at all... i will see you and mandic in court as i advised Don...

Mandic motors lost my key, left my car where it was disabled for a full week, and did not notify myself or triple A roadside service. In other words, as I was under the assumption the vechicle was being repaired at Fletcher Jones, Mandic failed to tow the car and just left it at the scene.I have lived in HB since the 70s and have heard negative comments about Mandic who have the monopoly of AAA calls in my area.YOU CAN REQUEST ANOTHER TOWING SERVICE. Action towing was sent yesterday, and was perfect. and followed up with a call to ask if everything was satisfactory.BTW Mandic called today and yelled at me saying the key was located, which is fine, but also said my car not being picked up on the call and not notifying me or AAA was not a big deal and the man hung up on me!Which speaks volumes....
