I went to this small store after I checked out the u break I fix store. Even though you break I fix has a big name, the staff were unprofessional and were unable to help me. Although they didnt have the parts and didnt tell me they would order them they told me it would be $300 to fix my phone. 24/7 wireless was a godsend because they not only ordered the parts for me, but they installed it for half the price. They were quick with the work even though I noticed a lot of people were coming in to fix their phones. I recommended this repair place to anyone who asks

My screen was shattered on my Samsung phone. I called around and the first 3 places I called all did I phones only, not Android. I remembered this place across Beach Blvd and went over there. The cute lady gave me a price and I left a deposit. Later I finally found some other places to fix, but their prices were astronomical. So, Im glad I found this place. She had my phone repaired in one hour as promised. I will come back if I have problems, and I recommend this company to anyone who has a cell phone problem.

I called an hour ahead of time to get a price. Front office girl was very kind and knowledgeable. I took my phone in and she was very pleasant and helpful. Their prices are low enough to afford. I will definitely be using them in the future.

First off, their name is very misleading. I went in to just buy a part because I didnt want to wait for it to ship, but I couldnt do that, they HAD to be the ones to do the repair. I eventually succumbed and just got it fixed. The tech immediately botched the job. I had an s5 with the broken screen already removed (more than half the work done), but they charged me for full labor. The tech handed my phone back with the new screen not even adhered to the phone, the screen was over the front camera, just a terrible job. Looked like a child did it. I asked them to fix it and they reapplied some heat and clamped it down with a heavy paperclip. It was still crap. Once I got it home I put a heated rice pack on it and was able to do a better job than their tech. Will never return. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

24/7 Wireless are very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and show that they all hate their jobs. They make you feel like you are not important. Had a phone fixed by them twice, and both times problem persisted in a couple of weeks. Took it to a Sprint store and the technician said that someone used superglue to repair the phone and that the phone could not be fixed. They are very rude and youre better off, taking your problems somewhere else, to a real professional, for a couple of dollars more. They said that they would give me my money back with a receipt. I said that I misplaced it and they said that they didnt have the time to look for it, with a real nasty attitude. I tried to give the business to a local small shop owner, instead of Sprint, but basically got screwed by 24/7 Wireless. Never will go back or recommend their services to anyone. On the contrary, I will warn others regarding 24/7 Wireless. One unsatisfied customer that leaves your place of business, means that 10 others will do the same.

Always unlocked my phone/repaired as needed. They get the job done for reasonable prices... theyre​ NOT in customer service business, they are in the electronic business, so calm down haters.

So I bought a iphone SE for my son and it had issues kept turning on and off during the day. I took it back along with an iPhone 7 for repair not only did they say they couldnt repair the iPhone 7 but they said that they were unable to fix the SE that they had sold me. They were aware the phone was broken and sold it to me anyways. They then tried to convince me to trade the SE in for a iphone6 which they said the circuit board was about to go out! Really !!!! What kind of phone repair shop cant fix phones and sells broken ones at an unreasonable price!!!!! I finally convinced the very rude owner to just refund me my money. Overall this shop is very rude unprofessional and a bunch of crooks!!!! Dont waste your time or money dealing with this store!!!!!!

Been here 3 times to have my nieces iPhones repaired. Front glass twice and back glass once. Cost was real fair, i thought. Parts and labor was $40 ? I think for back glass and ($75 or less?) for front glass, and they fixed the camera focus for free and we didnt even mention it to her. The lady noticed it wasnt working and just took care of it, yes we did know about the camera before hand. My niece thought it would cost too much to fix it . They didnt even charge extra. We were quoted prices ahead of time and they were totally cool to deal with. Im going soon to get my Nexus 5 power button replaced..
