I came to this location just to ask one simple question and the sales Girl gave me a dirty look that implied I know that youre not here to buy anything, could you just go. Which I reported to AT&T Thank you so much for taking care of it. Not to mention tha t That alone really hurt my feelings so I guess that meant that nobody could go in there and ask a simple question, you had to buy something?I went back like a week later and someone tried to go in, lights were on doors were locked Thanks AT&T for addressing my issue

Poor service and employees are there to get you. They are misrepresenting the plans and cheat, make you sign to get an additional line fraudulently to make a sale. They promise what they cannot deliver. When confronted they are rude. Definitely, not going there anymore
Poor communication and customer service. Made an appointment, but it really made no difference as they did not have what we came in for. They did try to upsell us into a new wireless plan though. We ended up ordering through AT&T directly.
This store normally only has 1 employee so your wait time is quite a while! Yesterday I stood there for over 20 minutes when the employee, who was still helping someone, was kind enough to ask if I had a question! Yep, thats all I had was a quick question! So customer service here is a definite F!

I visited the 5 Points AT&T store in Huntington Beach to get a new phone. Brandon was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The store was busy but he was able to quickly help several of us to minimize the wait time.This is not my first visit to this location, and the staff always exceeds my expectations. They really do go the extra mile!Love my new phone and thanks to Brandon, all info from my old phone was downloaded, and Im able to access all my important info.Great Job!!
I am happy to say that I finally had a positive experience in a cell phone store. I just recently switched over to at&t from t mobile. Brandon the store manager and a girl who was also working helped me get my new phone set up and fixed all the problems I had. They were super nice, extremely helpful and made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend the 5 points location for any at&t issues.
Brenda was very helpful and calm during my visit. I was upset with direct TV and could not cancel my account. She calmly figured out how to find my account and realized I had 2 names under the same account. I have been calling direct TV for months and she figured it out in an hour. Need more customer service people like her in your business. When I am ready for a new phone, I’m heading her way. She’s patient, kind and friendly. Thanks Brenda!
I just left the store after trying to get a screen protector. Romio Went far above and beyond what he needed to do. I am definitely coming back here as I have never gotten that kind of service.He did the type of things you can only do when you’re not corporate owned.I could tell all he cared about was making me fully satisfied. Went there about 6 months ago to get the current promotion at the time of getting iPhone XR for $5/mo for 30 months after $15 statement credit when you activate a new line. The sales associate walks me to a the corner of the store and whispers that there is a better deal to get a free iPhone 11 which is not advertised and he would get in trouble if he offers it to existing customer; however it requires porting over a competitive line and trading in your old device. I didn’t have a competitive mobile account so I told him I’ll stick with my plan. He suggested that I drive across the street to T-mobile and buy a prepaid card For $43 incl tax to get a phone number and he’ll do it. I did that and traded in a 128 Mb iPhone 7. He said it takes 2 statementS before the $25 Credit is applied to offset the 30 installments.He also gave me a sob story about being very slow and that this deal doesn’t pay much commissions and asked to get some accessories to help him out for the favor which I did as a good Will.The first statement didn’t have the credit as expected But had a bunch of bogus Charges he added without my consent or even mentioning them to me including Device insurance for $8/mo and trade up for $5/mo. I called customer service to get these removed.Second and 3rd month still no credit. I called the store and the same associate said he will check into it and escalate the issue. Fourth statement still no credit. And my trade in phone had no record or proof that they turned it in. I called customer service and they said I will need To sort it out with the store. I called the store and the guy no longer worked there! So that was his plan all along - just a scam or bait and switch.I drove over to the store to talk to the manager, Aaron. Aaron is the biggest Smirky jerk You could ever meet and has no concept about customer service. When I explained the story he smiled as it sounded like a story he heard many times before.He looked at my account and explained that I needed to have unlimited data plan to get that promotion. I explained that I would not have opted for that promotion if that was explained to me upfront. So he called the DM and came back telling me that the good news is the DM would honor the free phone if I upgraded to unlimited data. My response was that his only solution is not acceptable to me. So I asked for his DMs number or to have him call me. His rude response was I can’t give you his number so either I upgrade or leave the store! So he was in on the scam and so was his DM and felt that he can bully customers to concede more and throw more money at their bait and switch scheme. He became more rude and aggressive when I demanded his DMs number.Avoid this store and certainly demand the promotion in writing if you don’t take my advise. The salesperson never even gave me a receipt and claimed that I should get an email with the info.The only way I had the situation resolved was by sending a letter to the corporate And filing a litigation form which took another 2 months.
Brandon was great! Bought a new phone online and brought it in for some support and SIM card changes. Staff were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Bravo!
Store was closed for an hour for “lunch” with a poorly written sign on the door. I have no idea how such a large store could just close like that, do they only have one employee? I’m a FirstNet customer and needed a new SIM for my shift as my current one had been disconnecting while giving emergency reports to the hospital. Very disappointed in this type of service.

I just wanted touch on and make note of the the experience that I had at the store, when I walked in all I knew was that I wanted a new phone, and I had no idea of how I was gonna switch over from a prepaid account to post paid account and Brandon the store manager helped me out tremendously and made me feel comfortable about that decision and also helped me to decide on which new phone to pick and also helped me set it and for that I will continue to make sure I come back to this store due to this great experience.
Sunday was not the day to go! Never got acknowledged that i was even in the store! Just wanted to protect the screen on my S9 At least 6 people waiting. Only person i saw that was an employee never looked up. Worst customer service possible. Didnt want to make her day worse by complaining to her. Supervisor and management screwed this day up for both of us!!!

The manager, Michael should be fired!I have been an AT&T customer since September 2014, and on 2/20/2017, I came into the store to change my plan. Sabrina greeted me and offered assistance to me, she is very helpful and friendly! After revising my plan, I asked her how much it would cost to change my cellphone number, and she said it would be at no cost and so I decided to change my cellphone number.I reviewed my monthly statement and discovered that I was charged $36 for changing my cellphone number so I commuted back to the store. On 3/3/2017, at approximately 1:50pm, I met with Sabrina again. I explained to her that I had been charged $36 after she had assured me that there would be no cost to changing my cellphone number. She was puzzled, and began to examine my AT&T customer account on her tablet. She located the $36 charge and walked the tablet towards the back of the store where the manager, Michael was stationed. Michael said to Sabrina that the charge was valid and then he instructed her to walk back to me to tell me to call 611 because there was nothing that could be done at the physical store to adjust the $36 charge. Michael is a liar! Or perhaps he was too lazy at the time to help Sabrina correct this problem because she had misled me by offering me false information during my 2/20/2017 visit.Sabrina walked back to me and instructed me to call 611. I was disappointed because she didnt even apologize for inconveniencing me. It was because of her misinformation that I was now charged $36 and now she expected me to do all the work to fix it!? Any positive impression I had of Sabrina from 2/20/2017 was now quickly evaporating. I asked her if I could call 611 inside the store because the AT&T operator might ask me for Sabrinas testimony, or perhaps she might be able to assist me some other way.Suddenly Michael yelled at me from across the room! He realized that his lazy resolve, to have me dismissed from the store by instructing me to leave and call 611 on my own, was foiled so then he stood up from his station and aggressively stormed on over to me to confront me. He yelled and condescended me, you need to calm down! Both Sabrina and I were stunned by Michaels erratic behavior. I hesitated then replied, did I raise my voice? Realizing that he had become too trigger-happy too hastily, Michael began to backpedal and responded to my question, no, you did not raise your voice but I could hear it in your tone-of-voice! If you dont calm down then you will have to leave the store! I was astonished at Michaels ability to fabricate falsehoods. I calmly explained to Michael that I was going to call 611 in the store and I might ask Sabrina for help. Michael was desperately searching for reasons to warrant his unhinged demeanor but to his dismay, he only discovered embarrassment in himself, and so he retreated back to his station.While I was waiting in the phone for a live AT&T operator to come to the line, I asked Sabrina for the store business card. She politely complied with my request and then she walked back towards Michael to retrieve a business card to satisfy my request. Michael stonewalled Sabrina, instructing her to halt. Sabrina stood still, while Michael focused on pushing away at the tablet that was still logged onto my AT&T customer account. A few minutes elapsed and then Michael marched on over to me with the tablet in his hand and presented that he had manually adjusted $36 against my account balance. Now that Ive credited your account, you can now get out of my store! I was shocked and appalled.I walked towards the front door and before leaving, I said to Michael, I hope that you enjoy your job while you still have it, and then I exited the store.This is when things become scary: While I was walking back to my car, Michael exited the store to follow me! Michael yelled, hey, come back here! It was apparent that he wanted to quarrel and that he was inviting a physical confrontation. How can AT&T employ this person, let alone making him a manager, Michael is unhinged!
Do not go to this store. It is not corporate linked. They lie to your face about how good the plan is or the phone. Then you call att. Find out everything is not what they said. They added extra stuff onto the bill. Be warned these are sales guys thats it. Had to go to a corporate store to fix this mess. Never going here again

Sales rep Brenda Castilla really helped me out a lot in deciding which phone better suited my needs. I was conflicted between which iPhone to get and she recommended me to buy the XR. She even took the time to hear about my personal issues and offered me life advice. There’s real people here, not robots You can’t teach that. 10/10 service, will definitely be back if I ever need a tv or WiFi service because Brenda was the true definition of sensational.

Absolutely horrible. We came into this store wanting to buy 3 new phones. Mike from this store took one of our phones before we bought the new phones and deactivated it. He then rang us up and it ended up being $300 more than he just said. Then when we asked he proceeded to talk down to us and say that we were bot listening. All four of us. As of now our phone still does not work.
The female taking care of us at this location was awesome. She managed to take care of 5-6 ppl at once .. by herself.

I went to this AT&T store in 5 Points HB main street. Warmly greeted by a guy but then he changed his face after I said that I just needed a new simcard for my iphoneX. He advised me to go to another store because his store ran out of the simcard. How could AT&T let that happen. It sounds like he advised me to go with T-mobile instead. I asked for a Store manager, he said that he was the store manager, I then asked his name, Branden he said. Not happy with how they treated their clients.

Tried to pay our DirectTV bill here with cash.... employee was kinda being sketchy about the computer system being down or cash register not working right -- wanted to know if we wanted to use our credit card instead?? Uh - no. I dont think so. Not wanting my account/card skimmed, i.d. hacked, etc....didnt get a good feeling. Not super helpful. Wont go to this location again.

I can trump all the other comments of the worst service ever! On Thur 5/25 I went to the store to see about a new phone and decided to get new Dierct TV service. Well Moe, the sales person said it cost $305.56 to activate, no problem. Well he Somehow charged my debit card 3x!!! He kept saying my card was declined. So I checked online to see what was going on... Sure enough it was charged 3x! Whats worse is he couldnt even set me up with an acct. He calls the manager and supposably Moe said the manager is positive it wont go thru cause its not connected to an account number. What good that does me, it was Memorial Day weekend and today is Tue and its still pending which means they still have a hold of $915. Who do I call? Well I called the store and no answer, left a message and no response as of yet. So frustrated. Called Direct Tv but what can they do? Theres no acct number! Thanks AT&T. Ive been a customer with 8 cell phones for over 10 years. Look me up. So much for customer loyalty.
On one hand the guy here helped me for like 3 hours. On the other hand - it took 3 hours!! Everything takes so long when it comes to adjusting accounts.
Pretty good connection most of the time, but a little bir pricey. For a family of 4, more than $200 a month.
Very dissappointed with my first encounter with AT&T the staff is incompetent. I find out after I received my first bill. It was a complete chaos. They set me up with with two accounts, instead of one. The dispute have escalated with AT&T causing me stress over this issue.

Worst experience ever at any similar store. One guy was helping customer...the other was standing behind him for half an hour watching TV ! He refused to help us and was very rude .... we were waiting half an hour for the other guy who had no idea what he was doing to the other poor customet. We finally asked how long would it be and the guy watching the TV said ( Im already with a customer! !!) If you dont have few hours to kill dont go there.
