A woman named Kathy in the pharmacy was very unhelpful and would not help me get my prescriptions transferred since I moved out of state. I had my daughter call back to get her prescription number because we didn’t have it and Kathy left us on hold for over 20 minutes. This Walmart has terrible service and very uncaring employees. This store should not hire such unhelpful people.

My husband and I frequent this Walmart pharmacy rather then the many pharmacies near our residence. They are courteous and after a couple times at the counter..they actually remember you. They are eager to be of assistance. They have a recorded telephone notification..your prescription is ready feature. If we are near the pharmacy we can pick up the prescription. Time saver.
