This location has one of the best customer service providers. Both Jonathan and Kevin were super professional and helpful. I came in to buy some silver and wanted to see what they have. Very professional, very high tech, Ive never seen anything like BlueVault before! Their markup is below what you may have seen online at other gold sellers (lets hope you compare - dont assume). Their security is top notch, watch their video to see how safe their vault is. They are always willing to sit and explain everything I need to know, and are very courteous - something unusual in todays retail stores. Plus, their pricing adjusts daily with each market close. Cant ask for any better than that.Im glad someone finally came up with a great idea like this. Highly recommended.

You place an order for bullion that they dont have, you pay for it and the product come available to buy IN STOCK....you call to ask about your order( a month has passed) and they say no its gonna take 6 to 8 weeks for it to come...even though they have similar product available for immediate delivery!
