I like this place. Its a sporting wonderland. I like the vast selection of bicyles and sports gear you can imagine. The bicycles are quite pricey if you ask me.

Customer service from the bald guy that looks like hes on drugs was nothing short of horrific. He wouldnt even let me in the door with my bike. Not a full service bike shop thats for sure. Bike assemblers who are only interested in selling bikes. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

I wasnt impressed with this guy. I called around to see if someone could work on my electric bike. Everyone said they were booked up two weeks. But then I called this guy, and he said bring it on down, so I did. I got the ramp out, got my bike up into the back of the truck, and tied it down. When I got there the main guy was on the phone. The technician was working on a bike. He asked if he could help, and I told him I had brought my Rad-Rover in for repair. He said bring it in. Well take a look at it. At that point the guy on the phone turned around all irritated and said No no no no! What am I going to do with that big old bike? I dont want it in here! How am I supposed to check it, huh? Im standing right there. Then he got off the phone and said I could make an appointment for eight days later, on July 10th. I said no thanks and turned to walk out. The guy said, You could have called! I said I did, as I walked out the door. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. He could have handled it a lot differently. I wont go back to that bike shop.

My son purchased a Motiv Sherpa from Fresh Electric Bikes, Rod assisted us and he was very happy to answer all our questions, provide test rides and gave us all the specs on each bike. Even though it was close to their closing time Rod did not make us feel rushed. He even let my son borrow a helmet to ride the bike home.

We stopped here for the first time today and was greeting by Jay. He was friendly and helpful. They have really cool bikes here. Both electric and regular. They have a great selection. Looks like they rent bikes here too. The prices seem good and bikes are in good condition. Well be sure to come back when friends come to visit and want to go cruise along the beach. The service was great. Thanks a lot Jay!

Just bought two Motiv Sparks. Jason could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. I did a ton of research before making this purchase and Fresch Electric Bikes stood hands tall above the rest. Beat the quarenteen and get yourself an electric bike and do it through Fresch. Seriously best in the business and this is after weeks of research and visiting 7 different stores.

Great service! Had a friend visiting me from out of town & we were out the door within two minutes of walking in. When we returned the bikes, the owner also let us try the electric ones out back. He is so nice and helpful! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Great customer service, unbeatable price, wonderful electric bike!I found this place by the review from Yelp and GoogleI just bought the bike from Fresch Electric Bike this morning after some serious research about the electric bike. We did some compare with the online price for the e-Joe model this bike can run up to 30 miles per hour and can run up to 50 miles. The Amazon price is even higher than the price the owner offer me. The owner is also nice he give me a free basket, blanket sheet for my dog too. I love the bike when I first saw it and want to get it right away, but the owner told me dont you want to try the bike since you want to buy it. He also offer me a free turn up after 1 year. Jay is extremely help full he show me how to use the bike and maintain it.I highly recommend this place!

Cool bike and nice guy/owner. First time i tried electric bike and it enabled me to go further than my fat @$$ would. I dont mind being called a cheater one time during this experience. Hey, Im not here to compete. Im here to enjoy the ocean view far and wide... without sweating or getting tired.

I went in and asked about the $5/hour beach cruiser rental, and Rod helped me out. He found me an awesome looking, very brand new beach cruiser. He made sure the seat and handle bars were set for me and had me out the door within 5 minutes. After I used the bike for an hour and 45 minutes he was nice enough to just charge me $5 for the whole time! Great service and friendly staff.

Their location is very convenient. You can park and rent the bike and head to the beach..the beach is literally 2 blocks away. I rented out the full electric bike with assist control...which you can pedal and it will give you a push or you can manually pull the lever and it will go up to 19-20 miles per hour. This thing flies and it is a head turner! People look at it like its crazy hahaI rented the bike for little over 2 hrs but the owner charged 2 hours total..39bucks. Well worth the price and i will definitely comeback again. I highly recommend the fresch bike rental!

I wanted to rent some bikes at 4.30 but associate said that all of a sudden they don’t close at 6 they close early ? We’ve always come at this time . But I guess there is more places like this .

Bought a Kryptonite bike lock from this store. There was a problem with it and they tried to fix it and replaced it immediately. Would recommend this store to anyone. The customer service was awesome and they make sure you have a quality long lasting product. 5 Stars!!!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!! Such a friendly staff and he was sooo helpful! We went here on our honeymoon cause we didnt want to have to drive all over the beach to shops, and for parking. That wouldve been a nightmare! With the help of the man working there everything was made so easy! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy or rent a bike!!! And they had the best rental prices out of anyone in the area!!

This was my first time using a ebike and my girlfriend and I had a blast! We were both a bit nervous but the staff was very helpful. Rod got on a bike and rode next to me to show me the ropes. We cant wait to go back for another ride.

LOVE THIS PLACE! First off its clean. The owner, Jay, is amazing and funny. He has a rad selection of electric bikes, and some accessories.Jay cares about fitting you with the right bike and he doesnt nickel and dime you or over sell you. If you dont buy, Jay knows youll be back at some point to buy. When you do buy youll be going back for another bike or any/all fixes.My experience started 3 yrs ago trying all sorts of electric bike. This store was probably the 5th store I tried. I rode the Motiv around the area for about 20 minutes and I was sold. Ive been back for tune ups, flat tires and accessories.I highly recommend shopping here! Jay truly cares about you and your Motiv.

Very nice bikes, fair rental prices, they got electric bikes too, but I just wanted the old school cruise bike, rode it over to Huntington Beach bike trail.

I purchased two electric bikes three years ago spending about $5,000. The product Motiv bikes have been wonder full. However, the owner of the Huntington Beach store, JAY, started out with an acceptable attitude. It wasnt long before his rudeness came out. All I can say is that I have tolerated his attitude for three years because he is the only store that is close to where I live, but today he hit rock bottom. When discussing why my battery isnt last as long as it has in the past, JAY said that He has behind me 6 or 7 times (Which cant even be close to the truth) and he has noted that I do little or no peddling. (My response was that I didnt buy an electric bike to PEDDLE it). But when he said, AND, I HAVE SEEN YOU GO INTO THE BATHROOM AND LEAVE IT UNATTENDED FOR 10 MINUTES, is where I draw the straw. (A), That is no way a true statement and (B) JAY is way out of line telling a customer he is irresponsible leaving the bike unattended. That had nothing to do with the conversation of why the battery is dying. So I called the owner of Motiv bikes and he was embarrassed. He promised to call Jay and have a chat. Which he did because 10 minutes later JAY called me and went off on me calling me names. If I owned Motiv Bikes, I WOULD NOT WANT JAY REPRESENTING MY COMPANY. Be aware public, JAY has some serious personality issues. He has been rude to me, my wife and my best friend. It is unanimous JAY owns a bad attitude and is RUDE to valuable customers.
