Gayle, Paul and Kyle take such wonderful care of their clients! My mom even got a unit here temporarily when she moved from another state. Our items are safe, the complex is clean, you can access early in day and all the way to 9pm at night. They are professional, kind and really great to work with, 11+ stars!

The entire process from walking in the door to putting items into my storage unit was absolutely 5 star! The office was clean and comfortable, the renting agents cordial, knowledgeable went the extra to make sure the whole experience went without a glitch and that there was little to no possibility of a hiccup in the future. Great storage facility! The owners are a nice couple who live on the premises, so there’s 24 hour security/surveillance. The check in was quick and smooth, and during the tour she pointed out other possible storage rooms to rent, and ended up showing me a room much bigger for only $1 more per month! Also, they have a special that the first two months are 50% off, so that makes it even better. Best storage facility on OC!

I was late on my payment but they were able to work with me so I could pay what was late and not have my unit go into auction. Like the facility--very clean and feel possessions are safe. Particularly like the managers, Paul and Gail King, who are always pleasant and accommodating. One thing I do not like however is how long it takes to sign up for a storage unit--be prepared to spend up to an HOUR to do all the paperwork, which is quite annoying.

I have rented many storage units in several states and I can say that this staff and facility is top drawer.The first thing I noticed upon doing some research is the level of care taken here to give amazing service. I feel safe leaving my belongings here.Upon arriving, I was amazed at how clean the property is. Neat as a pin. Its easy to see that the management team is committed to maintaining the grounds and units as if it were their own living space.Police reports show no break ins here even though many other facilities in the area cannot make such a claim.All in all, I give a huge thumbs up and my highest recommendation for security public storage!

Ive been a customer here at SPS in HB for over 10 months now, and can say that the experience has been positive. I wanted to hold off my review until I got a good feel for this place. My needs are quite modest, and so is my storage space. Just needed a place to store some items which would normally take up space at home. The initial rate I was paying was very reasonable. I should have locked that rate in longer, since now I was given notice that my rate would increase by a few dollars (monthly) effective at the end of my current term. Still Im not complaining much. No break-ins, clean areas, and the managers (Paul and Gail) have been very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

SPS has met my expectations, and even exceeded them.There is no doubt that the units are kept secure, as all gates, doors, fences, and buildings are well-maintained and kept intact.The entire property is kept clean and well lighted, both the interior of the buildings and the exterior areas.Additionally, the cost of storing my stuff has been quite affordable, especially when I saw that the height of the units was greater than most places have. They offer special deals on certain sized units, and when I needed to get a larger unit, they gave me the same deal they would give a new customer.Finally, I didnt expect that the staff would be as helpful and pleasant as they are! This is a great place to do business with!

Ive stored at this facility about 3 months now and its been a wonderful experience all around. Coming from a storage background myself I could not believe the price! The security is amazing, super high wood gates that nobody is jumping over! The place is always clean and quiet. Ive never seen any homeless crackheads hanging around like other storage companies have. I love this place and happy I chose them.

I had to store all the contents of my one bedroom apartment and only had a weeks notice. I called Security Public Storage and 3 of their competitors and Security Public Storage was the best by far. The service was outstanding and the professionalism of the highest caliber. They even offered me a moving truck to use the day of my move at no cost, I only had to replace the gas. The move in special just cant be beat and the storage compound is very secure, I know that my belongings are safe and that is very important to me. Property and offices are very clean, secure, staff is friendly and professional.Know that there is zero leniency if you hit hard times and need payment extensions or late penalty waivers, but you get more than sufficient warning before they resort to auctioning your unit. Such a hard-line would seem necessary to survive in this type of business.

I previously gave them a 5 star rating but am updating it to a 3 star rating. Apparently in the fine print on the contract it says that you cant get a pro-rated refund if you check-out mid month. You have to schedule your check-out before you pay a full month. So the extra days I paid for and am not using are wasted. They say they dont have the ability to do a pro-rated refund. They claim that they inform everyone of this but nobody mentioned this to me and on check-out date this is the first Im learning of this. I specifically asked when I got the unit about when I eventually have to vacate the unit and they didnt give me any detail and just said all I had to do was notify them the unit was vacant, no mention of having to schedule before my payment. Overall a fine storage unit but not a fan of businesses that arent transparent or willing to own to up to their mistakes and make it right. Be sure to read all the fine print.

Im so happy I found this place, and close to home too. I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but after seeing it for myself I agree with everyone. Very friendly and had an answer to every one of my questions. 24/7 monitoring with both cameras and personnel living on-site. Very decent price and forgiving if you forget to pay your bill by a couple days.

I feel very secure storing my equipment and trailer here.

From the start they have been very easy to deal with and polite. My storage space was very clean when I moved in. I like the way you have to use your code to enter and exit. No one can follow you in or wait for you to enter to gain access. The hours have worked for especially the late and early morning. Never seems to be crowded during week and weekends are minimal. Have met some other tenants who are all very friendly and nice. A real professional atmosphere.Thanks SPS!!
