I am consistently impressed at how the staff remembers not only customers names but also it they have had a package arrive. From the first day when he signed me up, Steven has consistently exhibited those traits and the entire staff as a whole has been incredibly friendly.

We had to ship a surfboard that was too large for all the carriers. We could have used UPS freight which would cost over $400.. The employees were very helpful and polite. They tried to look up options and phone numbers for other companies that would work, and they let us stay in the store while we called various other places! The whole time, they were trying to help us - great service to the customers needs, even when we might go somewhere else!

Came in to rent a box today and the staff there was perfect. Fast friendly and efficient. A few customers walked in and the guys greeted them by name. I called with a follow up question and Steve, the owner, answered my qs and was totally cool. The perfect spot downtown to get things done.

Rude, incompetent staff who try and over charge the nice beach people every chance they get. I have always had a bad experience here, as the staff are never helpful and always pushy. Not recommended.

USURY: WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAINI walked in the door looking to make 2 prints off of a USB or email. One large machine was running a job, although several smaller machines were unused. I told Mascus, the person working behind the counter what I needed, and he directed me to the self serve computer terminal. I loaded by USB, then looked for the icon to access it -- only the system was downloading/installing a driver in order to read the USB. This took about 30-45 seconds.I opened my file, printed 2 copies, ejected the USB, grabbed my prints and turned to pay.The entire process took maybe, 90 seconds -- most of which was their system updating, and waiting for the printer to warm-up and print. Most stores like this (OfficeDepot/ Local Mom&Pops)) will allow you to access a terminal at no charge, if you print a file -- and pay of the prints. Office Depot and FedEx/Kinkos and other shops Ive been to will print from a USB or email...you only pay for the prints. The UPS Store... charged me $3.44....thats $0.44 for the prints... no issue there, but $3.00 for Computer Rental for the 90 seconds that I spent accessing the file and selecting PRINT.I would have had no real issue if theyd had a meter that tracked usage, charging $x.yz per minute for computer use -- BUT, they dont. There was no meter and the $3.00 fee in my estimation is down right usury. If Marcus had warned me that I was going to pay a rental fee of $3.00, to access my files -- Id of made an informed decision, and would have had no problem with the store. Only thats not what happened. That Marcus directed me to the terminal without adding a simple disclaimer, like: If you want me to do it, itll take a while; but, you can use the rental terminal to print, only its a minimum $3.00 fee, plus the cost of the print -- seems sleazy, disingenuous, and quite frankly -- short sighted, and a little greedy. When I questioned to $3.00 charge, Marcus informed me that it was for computer rental. When I paid the bill in full, while registering my view that this was excessive for such a short time -- he smirked at me, and said: we do it all the time. Nice smirk, Marcus. No problem -- Im new to town/the neighborhood, and was actually thinking while I printed my file, about renting a mailbox. I also have several large jobs I need printed on a regular basis; for which Id been using a print shop closer to my old place. Im downtown now, and thought Id go local instead of driving to the other place. LESSON LEARNED. When you have a place that treats you right -- stick with them. I hope you make the most of my $3.44 UPS Store #4482, because itll be the last penny ANY UPS Store ever gets from me.
