I went in to check out some of the games and they have a few good ones. Customer service was good and helpful. Definitely worth checking the store.

Prices are better than the other game stores Ive been too, I just went to look around today and the guy seemed nice. My overall experience was positive.

I had a very good experience. I bought a ps2 recently and the guy was very kind . He even tired out a game that was having issues another try until it worked. Showed me many games and even lowered the price up to $20 on 2 games. I give this place a very strong 5 stars.

I was there quoted 100 for fixing the game without really knowing what is wrong I will come back to update once I get final bill.

Do not go here if I would give them 0 stars I would i took in my ps4 to have it fixed and they took my my good ps4 parts and replaced it for some used ones

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they scam you in order to suck your wallet dry and Ive seen them take advantage of kids in order to take their money. They also buy you things for ridiculous prices for example, Ive sold 2 Nintendo 3DS systems here and they always but it from you for only $20 and yet they sell it for triple the price. This one time I came to get the screen fixed and they just took it and said that theyll think about fixing it and itll cost around $90 and when I changed my mind they wouldnt give it back saying that I need to identify myself to retrieve it. This store is full of people who obviously dont know what theyre doing and need to have this store shut down as soon as possible before they scam anyone else.

DONT GO HERE! Games do not have prices on them. Employee gives you whatever price! Never again!

Ive been going to this place since I was a kid back when they used to be located on florence and Compton but as I grew up I started noticing that the guy is rude when you try to give him slack for his mistakes. Hes really sketchy. Like for instance one time I went in to unlock my phone, he said it ve ready by the next day so I go the next day..and its not ready he said to call on the weekend, I call he doesnt answer the entire day so when I finally reach him he says to come in on monday, like dude really? So I go in on monday and he said that the system isnt working or some ba like that. So to come tomorrow ...like wTF? I f ..i finally got it back on Tuesday and when I went in there. There was this old customer complaining that hes been coming to this fool off and on and that every time he charges him for something new thats wrong with his phone...so he tries to squeeze as much money out of you which is pretty messed up to begin with.Like I said I had always came in this guys store because he sold video games but after growing up I realized hes sketchy as hell so Id approach with caution. Also for those who go in there for video games he tries to sell some as new when theyre obviously used...no thanks.

Dont trust them! They bullshit every customer took about five months for them to get my iPad ready and then they suddenly move with out letting their clients know. To my luck I found the address where they moved and they still didnt even have it ready. They said they called me many times which they didnt else I would have pick up months ago! Never again.
