My online order pickup was processed quickly. Employees where helpful and although they are suppose to push accesories and current deals/specials they are not pushy salespeople. Great service.
Ordered a phone online. Set an appointment to pick it up at this location. Drove to the store to find its closed even though it says its open and i have an appointment. There phone number went right to voice-mail. Wasted my time and gas. Had to call customer service and have my order canceled. Had to go to another sprint store. Had to spend hours fixing this stores mistake.
They have no problem selling me a contract but when it comes to returning phone cuzz you made a better decision to go to metro pcs. That has $60 plan and or $120 for 4 lines totally unlimited with amazon prime and 100gb free storage. For free included. They refuse to help me out. So if you want to be treated like you dont matter go to any sprint store.
Had a way better experience than the first time, believe her name was Katherine provided great customer support on what I wanted. Mind you I went in debating whether switching companies or not and she truly showed what she could do for us.
Now Sprint store I like the quality on the phone I might not go with them but I like the quality on the phones to if I do go with Sprint Ill think twice but then again its an option its just keep it like that open minded
This company sucks and the employees lie. All they care about is taking peoples hard working money. Service quality is bad in the store and phone service as well. Please dont go to this place because its to much B.S. and it will even cause problems in peoples relationships. Its really not worth it. FU Sprint!!!!!!!!

I left the store being the first person showing up after an hour of them just having fun at work listening to music and chatting without looking at a 6 people line including the supervisor i was able to cancel my service after fee after fee money i had to pay thanks to one of this inexperienced. Employees THIS IS THE WORST SPRINT STORE.

Worst customer service ever experienced at phone store. I walked in and no one helped me out, they only stared at me and proceeded to be on their phones, while sitting down. The sales people are lazy and unprofessional. I went in to ask for help after they managed to mess up my screen protector. The installation was horrible and there was nothing they could do about it when it was THEIR fault. Verizon is by far the best carrier Ive had, its more expensive, but the in store service is better. I only switched because of my parents family plan. Bad idea.

They will constantly bombard you with offers and promotion. Go in this store knowing exactly what you want and be ready to say no to almost almost everything they ask you...
This store is very unorganized! I had order my phone to be picked up there and they had me waiting for about an hour trying to activate the phone and at the end they told me they didnt have the phone. Very bad and unprofessional service! Never going back there!
Poor service. They said they would call me once my phone got there and that was a lie. I have a tracking number and it says the phone has been delivered and they claim its not there yet.
Horribe service..I opened a new account with these people last Year.The girl that helped me told that i was geeting free speakers because the had a X MAS offer for new costumers.A month later i call Costumer service and i ask them why my bill was so high,they said it was a high becuase i bought some speakers when i open my account in december..I dont recomend Sprint to anyone.The are liars and ladrones..
Customer service with lack of kowledge girl asking directions every 2 min. finally after 1hr and 15 mim. mgr with same lack of knowledge comes and tell me that they cant do upgrade cause system dont let them should’ve read reviews b4 step in this store
Worst sprint store ever!! They add all these products that you dont even want or need.without your consent They tell you youll get a great deal. Example - $30 phone case $35 phone protection screen and a $60 low tech speaker. I can get all this on ebay for half-half the price.Worst of all when you find out, you just got screwed, and you go back to try to get your money back. They try to play stupid and tell you oh sorry we cant return, when it clearly says 14 days return on paper.

Really bad service. No knowledge of the new products. This girl couldnt even understand my plan. All she wanted to do is sell me a different service plan that was below my current plan.Its sad that Sprint is so large that they will not get involved in there services.
