I took my F150 here for its first service. Not only did they leave me standing in front of them for 20 minutes while they chatted behind the counter but when someone did finally ask me why I was there (wouldnt that be obvious?), they made no attempt to be polite or to help. I walked out. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dominique and Sam! They helped me get everything I wanted in the new Bronco Sport at a price I was happy with. This is my 5th lease and Empire Ford Lincoln made me feel like a VIP - their process from start to finish was the easiest by far!

Worst service ever!!!! Brought my vehicle there for a powertrain light when my vehicle was around 20,000 miles. They “fixed” it and on the way home the same problems appeared plus more. After finally getting the dealership to take my vehicle back again for a second time for the same repairs I still don’t have my vehicle after a week. The service advisor Robert Ciaccio does not answer his phone, return calls and when he does answer give zero details about the status or why the vehicle is having problems. I went to the location in person due to not being able to reach anyone over the phone and was told “These are mechanical problems… These things happen.” I tried calling and asking for a manager and was told every time they were busy and will call me back. I have yet to receive any calls from anyone since this entire process started 2 weeks ago. Due to this dealership failing to fix my vehicle the first time I have been unable to work, they refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle or assist in getting a rental car. I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership. To this date I still don’t have my vehicle back and can’t get any information as to when my vehicle will be ready. I highly suggest not bringing your vehicle here for any type of service.

I have never met a more caring woman who catered to my needs and had the patience to answer any & all of my questions. I would recommend Jeannette Edge to everyone because it was not the sale that mattered but my needs and what I needed in a vehicle. Everything that is wrong with Ford is fully exemplified by the inept service department here. If you want your vehicle to be returned with problems it didnt have when being dropped off, then go here. If not, please go anywhere else! This place should be shut down once and for all.

I had a blowout on the LIE with a Focus RS that has no spare so roadside assistance took it to this dealer. I bought a used replacement tire that afternoon and put it in the trunk. That was on a Sunday. I also use a tow hook license plate mount that the tow truck driver couldnt remove so I asked the dealer if they could remove it. It took until the following Friday for my car to be ready.While trying to remove the license plate adapter they broke it. They charged me $75 for labor and $30 for the mounting and balancing and they didnt replace the broken adapter. What I had forgotten is that the tow hook is reverse threaded. The tow truck driver didnt even know! Of course, thats not this dealers fault, but they should have known and not broken the adapter when they tried to remove it! At a minimum, when they realized, they should not have charged me to remove the broken part!Then, to make matters worse, a manager called me later Friday evening to ask if he could buy my car! I told him about the situation and he said he would speak with the service team and contact me the next day. There is definitely something they would do to compensate me for the trouble. Right... Needless to say, no one has called. It has been just over a week. I have tried to contact the service rep who helped me but it always goes to voicemail.So $120 to mount and balance plus $30 for a new license plate bracket. I will definitely visit a different dealer for any future warranty work.

Amazing! I had came in last minute with my driver side rear tire losing air and I had my car back before I knew it, I find the wait very fair considering it was a last minute drop off for service and all the extras they did for me. They didnt just fix the tire but also aired up all my tires, and also provided an 27 Point/Multi-Point inspection which I really appreciated. Very friendly staff and they do their job very well!

Awful service, car was dropped before 8am and still was not brought in for service. Manager robert did not even call to communicate with client. When called for service, goes to voice mail. They have been having phone trouble for months and still did not fix the issue. Will never use this place or any Lincoln repair place again.

Parts department is great, showed pictures of what I need to fix and explained the best way to get it done, I bought the car there over 19yrs ago and it still, with some of their help, runs fantastic. CAN NOT BEAT A FORD!!

It took 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. There’s no organization or structure and the staff isn’t very helpful. You just wait and wait and wait. No free oil change is the worth the frustration of dealing with a poorly run service center, and to top it off you have to wait in a pit of dust.

They are a ford service center that will not honor the ford extended warranty if you didnt buy the car from them, I called to see if they had any used F150 Raptors in stock and they dont so how was I supposed to buy my car from them if they dont have it. The warranty paperwork says you can take your car to any authorized ford dealership for repairs, clearly thats not true or they are just not a authorized dealership or it could be they just dont care for the ford owners that help keep ford in business. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a real service center that honors their contracts.

Truck broke down towed to their service building, they were friendly and very helpful. They repaired the vehicle and got me running sooner then I expected from a dealer. In 25 years have bought 12 vehicles for business and personal from one dealer. That dealer didn’t treat me like Huntington Ford service.

I left my car there to be repaired. They did part of the work then called to give me a quote on additional work. Quote seemed very high decided not to do the work. Wish they would have called me prior to doing the first work because I would have had it done and another shot. I have had my car serviced there for many years and did not appreciate what day did.

Bought used truck from Ford 20miles away including bumper to bumper warranty. Over the weekend my sunroof got stuck and tire pressure signal started to come up. Because I live 9min from this Ford service center, took the truck there to fix the problems as it falls under the “bumper to bumper” warranty. However they Turned me away saying they don’t accept this warranty and I have to go back to where I got the car from (30min drive) . So what’s the point of having uniform Ford warranty if you don’t even acknowledge it . Smh

Lauren and the service manager Joel were extremely helpful. Have been using this service center for many previous Fords, not all visits were great experiences to say the least. It wasnt until Lauren and Joel did I have such a respectful customer service experience.

First I called the women in service demanded I order the parts first that was unprofessional, then when I dropped my truck off for rubber bushings, I was told its 1,600 for four and with two more it would be less then 800 more and when I picked my truck up the bill was over 2,700 so if you want to get ripped off this is the place
