These guys are the real deal, that’s it. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, professional. Taso installed a few parts on my 2020 Supra and performed an alignment as well and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better install job and all while being completed in a single day. Ive been going to TKX since they opened, and Taso has serviced my cars since before TKX formed. TKX has been my go-to and the only one that has worked on our cars since 2004. From supercharging and transmission swapping my first e46, to a motor rebuild in my 993, to maintenance of every car in between, theyve done it all. After an exhaustive six-month search, I finally purchased a 2005 CZP e46 M3. I decided to take the car to TKX and met with Kallie and Taso. Not only were they highly knowledgeable on this platform, but they helped me get through and understand some of the issues in great detail. The communication was high, and Ill be using them for my cars moving forward. I had the big three completed in about two weeks. Rod bearings, subframe reinforcement, VANOS, + a bunch of smaller jobs while they had it all apart. Car runs great! Thank you, Kallie!

I brought my car in for service. I was given an estimated price to perform a 10,000 mile service. I agreed. When I went to pick up the car, they advised that my car was in “pristine” shape and, as a result, they did not have to perform much of what they quoted me for. As a result, the total cost was nearly 50% below the originally quoted price.They could have taken me for a ride, and I would have no clue. Needless to say, they now have a customer for life. They are wonderful, honest people who love my car as much as I do. I’m incredibly thankful for having found them. (I’ve already referred them to two of my friends and will do so whenever possible).Thank you TKX Performance!

Still trying to get answer on whether theyd be able to perform a particular job to my vehicle as every time I call they seem to be finalizing an estimate and will get back to me soon (which hasnt happened). Im pretty sure they just dont want to say that they cant/wont do it and thats why they havent gotten back to me.

Highest quality service and the most knowledgeable and trust worthy shop. hard to associate those words with mechanics, but not here. they are very honest and show the utmost respect whether you have a 300k Ferrari or the 5k Bmw. I could not be happier with how they treated my car and the work they have done. theyve done everything from install my supercharger to storage to small maintenance. I found TKX online, and it seemed that there were very few performance shops on Long Island.There are even fewer performance shops that take the time to explain the details and educate the customer on the best options for your vehicle. I took my Porsche Cayman there for a multitude of items, but for phase 1 we started with a performance exhaust and lowering springs. Taso and his staff were very very professional and polite. They make you feel like a true customer should, even with varying degrees of automotive knowledge. They also make recommendations to customers that may reduce your overall costs, but absolutely will help drive repeat customers.I was so pleased with this customer experience that even though the shop is far, i will utilize them for all additional phases of my tuning. Phase II will be my tech art body kit install, then for phase III.I would highly recommend this shop based on customer service, technical knowledge and ability, customer guidance and short turnaround times.5 stars in my book. Cant say enough good things about Taso and crew at TKX. Ive watched TKX grow over the years from a relatively small independent BMW and Porsche shop to a super-busy, state-of-the-art facility doing everything from routine independent service to tuning/mods to full-on racecar builds. Most important, they do outstanding work and treat you like family. Ive trusted Taso and crew to keep me safe over the years with three different cars that see track time regularly. If only other businesses could be as well-run and trustworthy as TKX.

I have been going to TKX for two years and have been very happy. Last month I took my Cayman S in for the 4 year service. They noticed that my PDK was leaking. I took the car to the dealer and Porsche replaced the entire transmission under warranty. Taso & Toms sharp eyes saved me $$$$$.

Awesome shop, they do amazing work and are always so nice and accommodating. I struggle to get there during normal business hours and Tasso goes out of his way to accommodate.

Great bunch of guys. Very capable and helpful. Installed a custom one-off hand made suspension on my mercedes. Worked thru and delt with all the difficulties incurred with installing a non-mass produced product not having any instructions or prior experience with it and the outcome was perfect. I highly recommend them.

TKX has a poor customer communications and service issue. I took my BMW to TKX for a repair quote. I bought a copy of the parts and assembly lists, and a BMW technical service bulletin since it was a known manufactures issue/defect. I did not take my vehicle to the $tealership, because it was out of warranty and Hassel BMW provides increasingly bad service if your Bimmer is more than five years old. At TKX a technician took down my info and I explained the problem with my vehicle. He told me when the manager/owner gets back he will get in contact with me regarding the service to my vehicle. It has been more than a month and I am still waiting for TKX to return my calls. I guess Ill have to find a better place to bring in my vehicle for service and maintenance.
