This is the worst company I have dealt with. I signed up with them because the previous home owner had it installed and I did not want to bother to install something else. When I signed up with them, nobody told me explicitly that they have a 5 year contact. The words in their documents are not clear and misleading to make you think that its a 5 year price guarantee instead of liability. Also nowhere in the document says how much you need to pay if you want to cancel it. Couple months ago, my alarm constantly went off during night and kept us awake. A service guy came in and told me they have a known issue in the socket used to connect extended device to the main panel and he fixed it. He also replaced the battery without telling me and wanted to charge me on that, which I declined. Later he admitted that the new battery he wanted to charge me for is not really new, instead its old battery they removed from other houses. However couple days later, the alarm went off again during night and waked us up. Then they said they need to replace the device completely and wanted to charge me, which I didnt agree. After couple times back and forth, I eventually decided to cancel the service, at which stage they told me that I have a 5 year contract with them. If I want to cancel it i need to pay them for service fee ( they had a tech guy came in to setup the device for free ), sale commission etc. None of these were indicated in the document I signed. I am now trying to fight them in court. Stay away from them. If you already signed up with them, be very careful when dealing with them.

The staff is very attentive to the concerns and needs of the customer.A security system can be fine tuned to meet anyones expectations. You can even have Electronix respond to an activated alarm instead of the police! The options seemed almost without limit.Ive never been disappointed in any if my dealings with Electronix Systems.Ill never go anywhere else.
