Not to say this store particularly, but UPS as a whole is just pathetic. Packages NEVER arrive when it says it will. Has to be the most unreliable shipping service Ive ever dealt with!

💙🤗💙NEEDED to ship goods to AMAZON💙I live out of state but a CALL to UPS store & HOLLY ANN was so HELPFUL💙HOLLY ANN walked out front to watch for my CRV & even HELPED ME out of car, up on walk & into store💙HOLLY was GREAT to FIND returns on my cell, PRINT labels, BUNDLE & got ALL ready to ship back in a skinny minute💙HOLLYs COURTESY was beyond the call💙HOLLY made sure I was back in my car & on my way when ALL was COMPLETED💙HOPE you are acknowledged for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my time of NEED💙🤗💙💙Nanny C💙7.5.2021💙

They just put your package anywhere expecting the customer to just go to neighbors houses in sketchy parts of town.They always make a promise It will never happen againThen you are left to file a claims which takes forever.This has cost me so much money.The needs investigated because I think that packages are being scanned and employees are stealing them.I checked my security cameras I never even seen a ups truck not once and i watched 48 hours of motion clips.I think the better business bureau needs to investigate.Customers packages are treated like trash.I expect when I spend my money to order products that are needed by a certain time frame that I would get what I have purchased or I would not of ordered it on said date.

Ive been calling the one on 9th Ave. In Huntington W. V. It just rings and after about 8 9 rings hangs up the phone I tried the 1-800 # and the cant get a live person on there to save your life then tells you to call back blah blah blah and hangs up as well get your alls business together SMH

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would!!! I had a $300 pair of sunglasses shipped from Macy’s. The driver stated he delivered them when he in fact did NOT. I have been trying to reach someone to help me for 4 days now and NO ONE will help. I can’t file a claim online bc the system states it’s already been delivered and there’s not a single human to help at the 800 number. I called the retail store to get the number for the dispatch center and the lady said they were a retail store and gave me the 800 number 6 times before even letting me finish my sentence. UPS is a JOKE! I’ve had my packages dropped off to other people’s houses multiple times by UPS in the last few months and it makes me sick to know I have a $300 pair of glasses just floating around somewhere! Terrible TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!

Kinda sad seeing negative reviews for UPS on here and not the privately owned store. If you want to review UPS dont do it here because you are only hurting a small business owner who has no connection with the deliveries or drivers. The store isnt perfect but they arent the ones breaking your stuff on trucks or delivering your stuff to the wrong place.

I was in line for 30 minutes with probably 10+ people in that little store during Coronavirus and finally got to the front for the blonde lady to tell me i was in the wrong line for shipping a package welll for them being a packaging/shipping/sign making store they should have had signs directing people to correct line instead everybody was on top of everybody........terrible structure for such a big company

I will never use ups ever again I shipped a package out first class to one of customers over a week ago and the tracking number they gave me was not even a ups tracking number it doesnt work and they absolutely refused to help me horrible company and I will never use the as a carrier ever again!!!

Scheduled an appointment for notary services and arrived on time to find out that the person wasnt even scheduled to be at work until 30 mins later. I waited in the car and went back in 30 min later to find out that he was in a meeting and wouldnt help me, and there was no indication that he would be finished any time soon. What is the point of scheduling appointments when you dont adhere to them. We have jobs too!

I paid 200$ for a pair of shoes that the UPS delivery people damaged. They need to have more respect for people stuff this is unacceptable. Everything you deliver isn’t alway cheap. I think when the delivery people damage stuff it should come out of their checks they should have to pay out of pocket for what they tear up. Have more respect for other people stuff

(This is for UPS as a whole) Horrible customer service! This is the 2nd time since Christmas that they sent out package to the wrong house! Every time we file a claim they send the driver to the house he dropped the package off at and the people say We didnt get any package. and then it takes them 2 WEEKS to pay for and ship another item. The replacement showed up just 1 day before vacation. I will be using FedEx or USPS when available! (But the Huntington UPS store is nice. But still. Delivery is horrible.)

I am at this store at least 3-4 times a week. The entire staff there are great and very helpful but Frank is EXCELLENT! I look forward to seeing his smiling face when I am in there.

Called to get a package delivered again after first attempt failed. I was told to contact 1800 number then Guy hung up on me mid sentence! Horrible customer service!!

The people working here are always helpful and prompt and sensible. Sometimes UPS shipping rates are a little ridiculous. But the people at the counter cant really help that. And I trust that theyre trying to give me the best deal.

They have lost my packages twice in the mail, I have orders something and it have been in their possession for about a week and I needed it yesterday. I have tried to track it, but they haven’t updated in 5 days
