I caught a flat tire and a lug nut broke off as I attempted to take the tire off and to replace with the spare. Auto Tech was able to extract the lug nut and resolve the issue. I received four new Nexen tires and a new battery for a fair price. I removed one star because inventory issues were not communicated as quickly as I would have liked. But otherwise I am very happy with the repairs. They earned my business.

I am very happy with the service I received. I had to have my car towed there, due to a flat tire. They got the tire changed in less than 2 hours. The price was the cheapest around for tire, plus install. They stayed in communication with me the entire time. I highly recommend this location in Huntley!

I’ve been taking my car here for over 5 years and have always received great service. Arlyn is always ready to answer any questions I might have. I’ve purchased two sets of tires, many oil changes, brakes, front end alignment, battery, and other minor engine work. Price is always fair.

As always, these guys are the best. Got our rear brakes finished quickly. Called out a nail in the tire and couldve easily charged for it, however they found it wasnt punctured and were honest, I wouldve never looked. The only place I take our cars to be worked on.

I love Auto tech. I usually deal with Arlyn and hes always fantastic with me when it comes to my two vehicles. The head mechanic is very personal and makes you understand what goes on with your vehicle and the issues that they are having. I dont feel ripped off or jipped. Dont trust this place, they will ASSUME you will authorize work to be done without checking with you first! Came here twice to get tire problems fixed and both times they said they would look at it and then let us know what the problem is. First time they claimed they cleaned all the rims and it was all set, then said it was 150! Discount Tire did this for free! Every other place I have gone in my life will check with you first before they do any work in case you cant afford it when the cars done. What if you cant pay for it!?Second time the low tire pressure light went off within a week so i took it in again and they again claimed they would look at it and let us know if it was anything other than a problem with the rims. Then they call and say its all set and say its going to be 40 bucks because they found a nail in the tire. Only good part about this whole experience is they agreed to refund the $40 after I argued with them they should never ASSUME someone wants the work done without being discussed first! Avoid this place!

We have been going to the Huntley Auto Tech center since it opened. The staff there is always honest, friendly and does great work in a timely manner.

They do good work but the waiting area is blocked off from the desk so no one knows youre sitting there waiting for your car to be finished, you have to watch for the guy to park it back in the lot and go to the desk yourself. I interrupted the desk girl yesterday when I was ready to pay and leave because she had no idea I was sitting there or that my car was finished eventhough my keys and paperwork were sitting on the desk. She told me I was interrupting her lunch. Sorry honey, you shouldnt eat at your desk then.I went back 3 months later and the kid moving my car from the parking lot to the bay hit the gas pedal so hard he squealed the tires. With the high price of gas, I have lowered my rating here and wont go back. Two strikes, they dont get a third.

This was a spontaneous stop for replacement of a tire pressure sensor. They got me right it, did the work quickly at a very reasonable cost. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I could not have asked for anything more. They are now my go-to place in the area. The service was so quick I really could not enjoy the nice waiting area with comfortable chairs.

I recently experienced an issue with my vehicle and Auto Tech was able to get me in to initially look at it the same day. I brought it back the next week for a thorough check and they found a couple issues and were able to get them repaired earlier than expected. They just lost 4 peoples business. Went to get a tire fixed, never called-they called the wrong number, closed the shop 4 on the dot so we were without a car and when I called-no apology. Basically our fault that they called the wrong number. I wont be back.

Ive been there 3 times now and theyre always professional and never seem pushy, like many other places. I had no clue how to replace the battery in my key bob. They not only sold the battery but showed me how to open the key bob and she replaced the battery for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes !

I use to always go to the Crystal Lake location because the service from Bob was outstanding. He always asked about family and always took the time to explain and answer any questions. Now that I’m in Huntley I recently purchased four tires and received the same great service. They even price matched my tires, checked the alignment and answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me or making me feel I was putting them out. Now, my son is coming in from Milwaukee, as he just purchased four tires. They were fabulous at finding the right tire even offering options and was able to fit him in so he could be back in Milwaukee Saturday evening! Nate was really kind and patient.Highly recommended

My check engine light came on in our 2008 Ford Escape and I called the team at Auto Tech Center - Huntley. They were able to get the vehicle in and fixed in the same day, earlier than expected. We were diagnosed to have a locked up water pump that caused overheating. Their explanations of the problems they find are easily understood, they are friendly and courteous, and their prices are competitive. My family drove an hour and a half away to take the kids to the pumpkin farm. We got off the highway and had a flat tire. We called this place and they told us to come in they would take care of it right away. So, we took all 3 kids to sit in the waiting room while they patched the tire super fast and had us on our way!!! Thank you guys so much for making sure my family still had a nice day and was able to get back home.

Whenever I need service on my car I go to Goodyear Auto Tech in Huntley. I trust them. They have never let me down. They have been able to diagnose any problem. Regular maintenance is done with care. I recommend them with out reservation. Manager Arlyn and his staff are knowledgeable.

Went in for a nail in my tire. They accommodated quickly and got my wife in.They fixed it, but they did not advise of the price and charged me $30.00 for a plug in the tire. I think that’s insane, and not clearing the price for services is just bad business. I’ll think twice about going here in the future.

As always Auto Tech in Huntley delivers. They have been taking care of my vehicles for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. 4-5 times coming here and by all honest, they are legit. Every time I came by with a certain problem on my Nissan Sentra, the guys know how to solve it or any problems that comes their way, Even going the extra mile. The guys are kind and to a T. Never pressure or force upon either! Literally they relive the stress you may have about your car period. Additionally, their prices are good and better than most places who love to cheat you. I was shopping around for good tires at a decent price. I called Auto Tech and spoke to CJ. I wanted tires that were good in snow,ice, that had a nice comfortable ride and not noisy. I came in on 7/16/19 approxinately 20 minutes before close with a flat tire. The three young gentlemen closing up the shop were absolutely wonderful! Very polite and willing to help. Came to this location today (2/25/19) for an oil change before my road trip to Texas. I previously asked for a quote through email and received one within 24 hours albeit it was $53 that I was quoted. I did have a coupon for $19.95 for an oil change and went and used said coupon.I paid a little extra since my motor is slightly bigger and it used 1 quart of oil more. After taxes I paid $27.xx for an oil change, fluids topped off, quote on tires, and battery being checked.It did take a while but they do offer coffee and water. One small thigg that did seem a bit confusing was that it seemed the coupon was for an oil change PLUS tire rotation. Thats what I believed I was going to get. Thats not what I actually got. The gentleman at the counter said it was only for the oil change using full synthetic. So I didnt get a tire rotation.I did end up getting donuts, so thats a plus. I will definitely be going back and may even think about getting those tires. From the quick research I did, their pricing on the tires they quoted me werent bad at all, and that includes lifetime hazard warranty.

Very competent service...quotes requests but no push to do the work.Updated 09-03-19: Just paid $2,600 for some major expenses to my 2012 Camry with +193,000 miles. Of course that is always painful, but again a portion of the work was quoted 3 months ago and performed at the quited price. The new work was very expensive because of Toyotas design (having to remove the entire dashboard to get at the A/C condenser). But again I was treated professionally and there were no surprises, and these guys are honest.
