I thought my car needed a new alternator, after their detail test, it ended up I just needed a new battery. Quick fix and they install it for you free.99. Made my fudging day. Awesome job.

Overpaid for car battery. Needed a new battery for older 2014 Honda. Salesman 1st directed me to a more expensive battery. Told him I was only planning on keeping car for a couple years and didnt want to spend a lot. He said, So you want the Duralast? I said ok, not knowing he had another battery for my car for a $100 cheaper. I should have asked if that was the lowest, but assumed he understood when I told him I didnt want to spend a lot! I feel he should have mentioned the cheaper battery

Great location in the same area where a much larger shopping mall with Wal-Mart as well as smaller strip malls with stores & stand alone restaursnts. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

Autozone has always been a lifesaver for me, not only have they had great pricing, but a lot of the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my car issues.

Place is nice and clean. Very friendly. They were able to take me in right away and my car was done in about a half hour. Highly recommend.

This store ROCKS!!!. Had a left turn signal that was working, but flashing twice as fast as it should, and No brake light either.. I suspected bulb was half burned out.. Tried getting lens housing off, but couldnt. Went into store.. told young female employee my findings.. She Agreed.. it was the bulb. Went and got bulb. I asked her if she knew how to get housing off. She said No problem. Put on her jacket and hat. I had brought Phillips screwdriver with. Came out to car. Got housing off and put in New bulb. I asked if I could pay her.. She Declined. I will Only go to this store for this kind of stuff in the future.

Dewey installed a battery for me on my 2014 Dodge on a snowy mid April cold day. He didn’t complain once and took pride in his job. I highly recommend anyone work with him at this store’s location.

4/23/20 Kelly installed windshield wipers I bought at Costco because Costco does not provide that service. The service was free. There was absolutely no obligation for them to do this. I am grateful. Thank you Auto Zone team and thank you very much Kelly!!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Joe and Tony went above and beyond to help me fix my headlight. Most places would just try to sell you a new one, but not these guys! They make sure you are buying what you need and not spending money you dont need to. My headlight was still under warranty and they made sure I had everything I needed to file my claim and get a replacement while still helping to get a working headlight installed in the meantime. This is the ONLY shop I will go to for my car needs! They treat you like family, not just another customer

Stopped by this location last night when the Hybrid System light on our Prius popped on. Joe was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and concerns, went out of his way to check our battery and walked us through every possible situation and outcome. People that work there are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go out of there way to help you. The johns are amazing and the assistant store manager goes above and beyond more times than I can count. I would recommend this store in particular to everyone.

I needed a fan belt and thought that getting it online would be the best deal.When I got it online it was the wrong size and since it came from China it wasnt worth sending back.I went to AutoZone for the fan belt and believe it or not it was cheaper and it fit the first time. I wont make that mistake again, I will go to AutoZone first.I also want to mention how helpful they were. Whats the belt for how big is itand do you have the old one so we can measure it.

This location has the baddest chick on the planet. Allowed us to take up the parking lot for 3 hours to repair our car trailer and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Spent her mothers day getting us back on the road.

Very impressive service lady in this location. It was right before winter came. i searched web site for my 535i weather mat.The dealer would charge over $200, AutoZone has many options to choose. I walked in the store in the night time about 7pm, it was dark outside. After i chose the one might fit my car, but not really sure. So i asked the service girl whether i can take it into the car to check 1st. please imagine people can walk away from there ... But the lady has no hesitate and told no problem .Everytime, when i passed the store, i just look over to the store and feel warm and comfortable.By the way, the most important is the university weather mat i had can cut to any shape and match what i needed.Love it, Love the store and the service and the trust.

Employees here are efficient. They were able to handle transactions quickly without making me feel rushed and made sure I had everything I needed for the job I would be doing. One of the better auto zone locations I have visited.

Pretty handy location, one of the few auto parts stores out this way. Youll need to wrap around to drive in, but easy to see where youre going from the street. Otherwise a normal Autozone, seems to stock pretty well.

The staff was knowledgeable. I needed a part for a 1973 VW Bug. Not everyone knows about these motors. The guy at the counter knew his stuff. He spent the time talking to me about installing the part. He made sure I also bought the correct grease saving me a huge headache down the road! Hats of to Auto Zone for giving me a great customer experience.

Great selection if times to get what you need, but difficult to get checked out with items.Walked into get washer fluid, stood at register for 3 minute with cash in hand. On of the reps grans another employee and asks him to ring him up fast and totally ignored the fact I was waiting. Love Auto Zone but terrible location for service!

As always this place is over priced and doesnt have what you need. If you need 1 3/8 wrench, dont go here they dont carry it. The employees were nice and tried to call another store to see if they had it and they didnt. If you need oil or light bulbs its here

Just walked into this autozone. Completely dead. No customers in the store. Not approached or greeted by 1 team member. Customer service? I didnt see any. 1 Employee i did see was on her phone.

Bought windshield wipers here and tech put them on for me. Also will do car batteries for you.

Not a huge AutoZone fan due to past experiences. This Auto Zone has very high oil prices. I left and went next door to Wal-Mart and got the same oil for $10 less per container..

This place is five minutes from my and I would drive 20 minutes away. They dont know much then when you tell what really need they get rude. Price match is a lie told me to go to other store and get a receipt they. I just buy it there. This day and age they wont take internet ads

Absolute horrible service every time Im there. Three people standing in back of the store. While one person helps the 6 people in the store. This has happened multiple times. Im sure the staff is nice enough but 15 mins to check out, literally waiting to pay for my items is absurd.
