This was the best remote purchase I’ve ever experienced, full stop. They should close down! The level of help that you can get from the sales staff is extremely poor. They use the excuse of Covid and short on staff, that may be true. The real reason is poor management! I was willing to pay cash for an F450 and it took them a week to get back to me. The car was sold and then I had A sales person call me back finally and he didn’t even know what car I wanted which was sold since he called me. Terrible follow up. Good luck to anyone that buys there!

They say they will have someone send information and talk with you and never call back. Chase down people and get led to veronica. She makes empty promises then you talk to Abe. Abe makes empty promises and then when you get to the brass tax of the deal. They want the retail price of the vehicle and then all these dealer added fees.Nitrogen in tires and vin etching: 598Dealer imposed repair Fees: 1795CPO and Additional dealer fees: 39887k in add on fees for a vehicles listed at a normal list price.This place is poorly structured and pushes the customer to leave good reviews. They need these to offset all the bad reviews.Business ethics are all wrong.They claim the reasons are they are so busy and under staffed. The reality is the managing staff is poorly managing a business with bad ethics and lazy workers.

Way over priced and felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me being a new buyer. Especially waiting a day and thinking about the price and how I personally was treated. They wouldnt release any of the details about pricing to me or my bank without signing any contact. They refused any and all information until the contract and even then the price range was way over. They had a lot of major red flags and would recommend avoid.

I have cash and Im ready to buy one of their F150s, Ive tried for a week straight to buy it, service from the receptionist always says well put you on a list to call back. Some girl named Victoria was supposed to help me and ensured someone would call back when they were free. They didn’t. A week went by.....and still waiting. I guess they dont accept cash for their vehicles? Don’t do business with them.

Scheduled an appointment for today and upon meeting the salesperson, his lack of knowledge, unprofessional behavior and demeanor, being extremely pushy and rude caused me to leave. I just received a phone call for the salesperson and he was insinuating that I was the one with the issue and he did nothing wrong. This experience has been completely mind boggling and would highly recommend not wasting your time with this dealership. Completely unacceptable.

Last weekend me and my husband went to Huntley Ford to purchase a 2020 Ford Explorer. We had the pleasure of having Dimitri as our salesman. Dimitri was very professional and kind during the whole experience! After purchasing the vehicle and driving the almost 2hrs home we noticed the floor mats were missing from the vehicle that were in the back before purchasing it. I contacted Dimitri and he promptly responded and within a day was able to have brand new floor mats sent to our house. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Dimitri if you go to Huntley Ford.

Bought my first car here yesterday! I’d like to mention I had already been to a few dealerships and they did not compare to the kind of service we received here. We were helped by Corey and I would definitely give him a 10/10 rating he was genuine, honest and knowledgeable. Will be returned customer for sure.
If I could give it no stars, I would. I pulled up in front and 2 salesman were standing there, not once did they ask if I could be helped. So, I continued onto the row of truck I was interested in. I walked the whole row twice and nobody asked me anything. I walked back to the front and stood there looking around and nobody noticed me even though I saw 3 people at the front desk. I then walked inside and started sitting in and open car doors to make some noise and get noticed. That did not work. I was there for 30 minutes before I had to approach someone and ask for help which is unheard of in a dealership. After saying that I was there for 30 minutes, the guy behind the desk said, Sorry, I did not see you there, where were you hiding at, which too me in bs. Needless to say, they would not give me answers to my questions and I walked out of there scratching my head and wondering how this place stays in business. I will never waste my time there again! Stay away unless you love being ignored

Sales manager Jay wouldnt budge a penny and interuppted me a total of 4 times in less then 5 minutes. I asked to speak with someone else or a possible GM. He refused and kept saying if I need him hell be here. To me thats manipulation and quite embarrassing if he truly is the sales manager. Car definitely not worth being treated like that.
I had a great experience at Huntley Ford. After being in a car accident and having to buy a car on short notice, Jon found the perfect used car for me. The staff was very responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. Patrick was a delight to work with through the financing process. Even after the purchase, Jon was very attentive to us. Drove down from Wisconsin to see a pickup I was interested in. Dealership Saturdays are, understandably, a zoo. Mike Schmidt put up with my impatience and took the time to take care of us before *and* after the sale. Still dont care for the music blasting through the showroom, but Mikes TLC was above and beyond. 5 stars for Mike!

The worst customer service and salesmanship I’ve ever experienced. The salesman kept telling me that I needed to go through them for financing even though I started the conversation with “I am pre approved with my credit Union”. He literally told me 6 different time that he could give me a better deal on the vehicle if I went with their bank. The two trucks I test drove both had issues (battery dead on one and the other was out of gas/step sides didn’t work). Then he brought some other guy over that said he was financing, who didn’t know anything about the truck that wasn’t there that I came to look at so I’m not sure why he brought him over. Also if I told you I had my own financing why would you bring the finance manager over to talk to me? I used to sell RVs so I know the tactics but this was just asinine.
If your looking to buy used or new ask for Dimitri. Dimitri was honest and upfront about every car we looked at. Dimitri is very respectful and is an excellent person to deal with when buying a car!
Follow-up 7/26/2021: Someone did end up calling me back and worked closely with me to answer all my questions. Bit of a sour taste still, but the two gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond to make things right. We ultimately couldn’t land on a deal, but I’m walking away from Huntley with the promise that this is abnormal for them and they are working to resolve the issue. Jay and Joe are rock stars and they’ll work to get you what you need. I would definitely be willing to connect with Huntley again in the future for my out of state purchase.
We purchased a F-150 Lariat this week with assistance from our salesman Adrian. He had a very laid back personality, very knowledgeable with all aspects of the vehicle and made the entire process from start to finish simple and easy to follow. I can honestly say Adrian is the BEST salesman we have ever had and the entire Huntley Ford family will bendOver backwards for their customers.
I bought a 2017 Ford from this dealership, not even a year ago. I took it to another Ford and they told me that I shouldn’t have been sold this truck at the price they gave me because there is a lot going wrong with the truck. The truck is currently at the shop and the check engine light keeps coming on. It rides extremely hard and it sounds like the transmission is slipping. The salesman Adrian said that he would take the rails out of the back and when I returned the truck for a windshield and a detailed cleaning. I only got the windshield replaced. They also gave me an extended warranty in which I was under the impression that it was Ford but it’s not. I have already spent $2000 on this truck and has not had it for a year. Got completely ripped off and it was a $50,000 truck. NEVER AGAIN.
I have been going to Huntley Ford for years. I got a text on my phone that I was due for an oil change so I clicked on the link (as seen in the picture) to make my appointment. In the link it also asked- do you need any other services? I wrote that there was a small nail stuck in my tire so I needed my tires looked it as well. I arrived to my APPOINTMENT on time and they said that the wait time is 2 hours. I said but I have an appointment and they said well the appointments are for service only. I said well I am servicing my tires as well- I might need them replaced because I have a nail in one and it saying low air after constant filling it up. He says well you are here for an oil change too so you have to wait and that’s first come first serve. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!! THE LINK CLEARLY STATES MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND I EXPLAINED MY NEED FOR OTHER SERVICES. I have little babies, I am a working mom of 2 jobs, this isn’t going to work. No compassion, no trying to help a longtime customer. I went elsewhere for my services. Horrible!!! False adverting. Shame on you Huntley Ford.

Worst experience we ever had. First, they low balled our trade to the point it was insulting, the sales rep was a jerk and arguing with us, they wanted us to sign something that we were not comfortable signing and got mad when we did not, pushing their cost of doing business such as advertising on to the customer, and worst part when we knew we could not make a deal based on what we had in mind and asked for our keys to go home they would not give them back. We had to get upset and ask MANY times before we got our keys back to leave. Would never recommend.

Brought my 2021 f150 in for its second oil change and tire rotation they said it would be about an hour. 2 and a half hours later they called me up to the desk to pay. I payed for it then they said my truck would be waiting for me in the lot. After 10 minutes of waiting for my truck I went up and asked where it is they looked around and said maybe it’s in the car wash. (It was pouring rain). Now I’m upset. 10 more minutes later they come up to me and said a tech spilled oil on my truck and that they were cleaning it up which they didn’t do a very good job at. At all. I looked through the window and there were 4 techs standing around a huge pile of oil under my truck. So that took 30 more minutes and now im left with a large amount of oil that is covering most of my engine and engine bay in places it shouldn’t be acting as glue to any dirt that it picks up.0 starsWill not be coming back to Huntley Ford.You’ll probably have a better time at jiffy lube

Unbelievable Huntley Ford you guys have great customer service great prices and an inventory that some would be surprised about and everybody there is really nice. I spoke with a guy named John and he help me pick out just the right escape. Brought my husband back to check it out for the second time and we decided this is definitely the one we’re taking home. I just want to thank Jerson for taking his time in showing me around. I really like that he did not pressure me into buying a car right off the top. He was very patient and took his time to answer all my questions with as much knowledge as possible. I didn’t know much about Fords at first but now I do. He gave me some very good facts about the brand and the model that I am interested in.

The vehicle we went to see tonight was FILTHY. I called earlier in the day and spoke with a lady. She said there were a couple others in that price range. So you would think they would be cleaned! An Asian gentleman asked if anyone was helping us and I said no. I told him the vehicle we came to see is right outside and its filthy. He seemed annoyed. He asked what other 1 I wanted to see. I had told him I left my phone at home. All I remembered was it was blue. He was going to go get the key. So we drove down the way and evidently he proceeded to help another couple and never came out with a key. Very unprofessional. I wont go back there.

I recently bought an F150 from their listing on Autotrader. Im happy with the truck, but if I can warn just one person about the dealership, then Ive helped a little. The price they advertise is a fake price. They wont sell it for that. I got there (after driving 5 1/2 hours to get there from Michigan) and the first thing the salesman said while looking at the truck was we already put nitrogen in the tires... all good, but they charge for it and I didnt find that out until they started talking purchase price. They told me I had to pay for the etching of the VIN on the windows, but there is no etching. Then the worst of the scams was about to unfold. They required me to pay almost $2000 that they charge on every vehicle to cover the repairs on all vehicles. They said some vehicles require more work than others, so they just charge everyone $2000 to make it even. But when I asked them to fix one plastic connection he said they couldnt because it was cosmetic.So, in essence, they wanted to get $50,000 for the truck, but listed it for $45,000 and then put in a bunch of fees that they claim are industry standards. I feel bad for the sales rep. He seems like a nice guy who is getting groomed on how to screw over the public.The truck is great. Huntley will never get another dime from me. I was also quick to remove any of their marketing material from my truck. Id hate to send other sheep to the wolves.

Disappointed.Was just in there last week and bought a 2016 Ford Fusion. Love the car, got a pretty good deal considering the warranty and all the added bonus’s. But before i left they took the car to fill with gas and wash.I didn’t notice but there were no more floor mats.I won’t name the salesman because i don’t not believe it to be his fault, but i have left a message for him and called the dealer multiple times asking to come pick them up.No call back and no one has an answer.Dealer came highly recommended from a close friend who buys all his cars from here, and i think it’s unprofessional to ignore my calls over something so simple considering the amount of money spent on the car.
