Due to dealership loyalty I get my servicing and oil changes at Tom peck Ford in Huntley Illinois. The signs on all doors states that masks are REQUIRED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.Not a single employee, or customer was wearing a mask. This includes the sales people, and entire service dept. One lady back in the office was wearing a mask.This disregard for customer, and employee health and safety is almost to the point of purposeful harm directed to all at this dealership.Does this dealership deserve loyalty ?

Highly recommend very fast, car is returned washed and they wear clean cloths and gloves so as not to get interior dirty. 5 stars is not enough should be 10

Normally I would rate at least a 4 but after this past weekend, had to go 2. I encountered issues I never encountered when it was Tom Peck Ford. Took one car in on Friday for The Works (oil change, tire rotation, brake and hose inspection, etc.) and after picking up car, got down the road about a mile and had to go back due to a loud thumping noise. Apparently one of the techs forgot to tighten down something in the wheel hub. How can that be missed? Then on Saturday, took other car in for The Works and was told rear brakes needed replacing. This was odd given the car has been performing wonderfully, no noise when braking, etc. In addition, just before the pandemic shelter-in-place, had this same vehicle in for The Works (when it was Tom Peck) and it came out with flying colors and the tech supervisor said everything, including brakes, was in great shape and ready for another 100,000 miles. So it makes me wonder how a vehicle that was driven less than 1,000 miles in the past 7 months, went from great shape to needing brakes and rotors. I used to trust this place but if this is how theyre going to operate under Huntley Ford, I may need to look elsewhere.

Super fast reliable service!! Brought my new truck in and got right In for my first oil change. Salesman even came over to chat with me since he heard I was here. Will definitely be coming back!!

This quick lane is by far the best place to get your check serviced the technician are great and the advisors Adam and Brandon are amazing. The quick lane manger Dominic is a works hard to make sure his customers are satisfied while they are getting their vehicle serviced.

A quick oil change and tire rotation complete with a safety check, accomplished efficiently, with courtesy, in a clean facility. Multiple extras including, vehicle wash, free pickup and delivery were not utilized this time. Maybe next time. Good work by a great staff.

I have been going to Tom Peck for service almost eight years now. They are always thorough, do excellent work and have never overcharged. I trust them with everything. My husband bought his car here in 2010, and I just bought mine from Tom Peck in 2017 because theyve took such good care of us!

I had Lupe help me out buying a 2018 F-150. He made the out of town process smooth and simple. Clean truck!

Have been going here for some time now. Service is always great. Steve is friendly and up front. If its going to take 2 hours to get your vehicle in, he says 2 hours (not 30 mins to attract the business). The work is good quality and they are pretty quick and accommodating if you need a car or ride somewhere while your vehicle is being serviced.
