This location is a joke. Closes well before their “Closing” time. Always out of items... from staple flavors, toppings and never has malt powder for malts. Last time I was there could not believe how dirty it looked.Don’t waste your time going here.

Bad service. 11: 00 am. Terrible actitud.. plus. Kids scoop were micerable small. Regular scoops too small comparing with other basking robins locations.Sugar cones taste weird 😫😤🥵🥵🥵 I request slim milk for a shake. She told me they only have regular milk 🤬

Literally the worst Dunkin Doughnuts ever. The owner is terrible and chooses the worst and least popular flavors all year round, and wont take into consideration customer requests.

Ice cream good expensive in my opinion-almost $6.00 for two single scoopcones

I brought my daughter and her friend for ice cream at 8:00 pm Sunday 11/8/15. I wish I had asked for a refund! The ice cream did not taste right at all, and didnt even have the consistency of ice cream?? The cookie dough ice cream crumbled like stale bread. Open tubs of ice cream, sitting around for who knows how long....wont be going back. Didnt even get a receipt, so I have to wait for it to post at the bank to balance my account.

I went thru the drive thru, ordered ice cream just the same way I always do... 2 scoop ice cream, in a waffle cone with whipped cream and nuts. When I got to the window, the girl made me repeat my order, got my ice cream. Right before driving off, she said, just so you guys know for next time... we dont do the whole whipped cream and nuts. No idea what she meant by that but besides that, my waffle cone was so stale and when I bit into it, it had little hairs. I started to break the cone apart, its break off had hair in it. Absolutely disgusted. Dont sell 3 day old cones there.

Worse expirience!!! Took Family out for Ice Cream just to get kicked out of the shop.... What kinda customer service is that? Jason on the night crew on 8/31 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills.... Never again will I shop at that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbin.

Clean place, friendly and courteous staff, and coffee and food was delicious!!

Were closed for the night with no one insight before their closed time. Very frustrating especially when you have small children with.

Kid at the drive thru was curt and didnt care that he was helping customers, cones were stale, and my butter pecan did not taste like butter pecan it was very plain. Not worth it.
