The gourmet doughnuts are incredible. It is very clean and smells amazing when you walk in. I found the largest cup of coffee imaginable for sale there and gave it as a gift. Staff are incredibly nice and professional.

I have been buying the white chocolate covered pretzels from Morks for a couple of years. I purchased usually 10 at a time to be given to a group of children. Two weeks ago I purchased and noticed the quality was not the same. I did contact the original Morks . They explained that they have not changed the way they make them, and it was the store in Huntley that changed the quality. I visited the store and a lady told me they were now making the pretzel rod. I left a phone number to be contacted they never called to discuss this issue. I suggest anyone who has purchased this product check it out yourself.

Love this place! Very friendly helpful staff. I usually get the rum balls, toffee, and chocolate dipped strawberries (big strawberries dipped in your choice of dark, milk, or white chocolate). Today I tried their fresh donuts: sourcream and a German chocolate. Mmmmm!

Cool little chocolate shop. They also have coffee, doughnuts and some other light fare. The sour cream old fashion doughnut was excellent. The peanut butter fudge was just ok. Prices are a little high, but there value is there. Son attended a birthday party there in the back room. The staff were very kind and patient. Definitely recommend

Wow! This is the only place you can get coffee that tastes like the Brazilian coffee places! They have an assortment or baked goods & chocolates as well! Yummy & perfect coffee is all I got to say!

We hired Morkes for doughnuts for our wedding at Lincoln Farmstead. We ordered 8 different kinds and they were an absolute hit! I would definitely recommend them.

Our kids have done a few candy camps at Morks as well as parties. It is always fun and well run. They also have great coffee and treats. As well as gluten free candies and bake goods.

Wonderful little specialty chocolate shop. The chocolate is very good. You can build your own box of chocolate so you know youll like every piece. The staff is very helpful when trying to pick out a gift for that special someone.

Great location in downtown Huntley. My daughter went to one of her classmates birthday party here and she had a fabulous time! While she was at the birthday party, I looked around the store. They had a great selection of different chocolates and sweets. The prices were decent. The location is on the corner and easy to find.

My wife loves their chocolates, caramels, and toffee. Morkes has become our go to place for fine chocolates. Also the staff is every friendly and accommodating.

First time here, loved it

I took my daughter for a birthday party here. The kids got to make a chocolate pizza, chocolate pops, and chocolate covered pretzels. You can bring pizza, cakes, snacks, etc... to serve. The kids were entertained for the duration of the party. I would say the downside is that there’s not a lot of room for parents if they choose to stay for the party. The room is pretty, but there wasn’t a ton of space for coats and purses

Went here for my daughters school friends birthday. Such a great time. They have a party room where they decorated cookies and made their own chocolates.Their chocolate selection is so tempting and the vanilla chai was simply sublime.Highly recommend.

Parking is behind/to the right of the store. Theres a decent amount back there but its easy to miss! The store is clean, organized, and well staffed. Everything is fairly priced and delicious!

Morkes is a great place to go for your morning coffee. They have the best flavored coffee around. They offer a different flavor each day. The flavor is roasted within the beans, which makes for great a flavor. Their donuts are outstanding. They much better then Dunkin Donuts! Their chocolate is of course very good as well. You cant go wrong with anything you walk out with. The location is perfect within downtown Huntley, with outdoor seating.

This store is very well put together has a nice inventory of sweets but other than that is lacking in a lot of things... Namely appropriate pricing for the products that they are providing to the customer. Its great that you serve custom chocolates but this isnt Time Square New York or downtown LA so it doesnt make any sense that you would charge what you do for the products that you serve. I highly doubt that there are many people in this area that can discern the difference between your gourmet chocolate and a Hersheys candy bar and that I believe is a sole reason that you do not bring in a stronger customer base than you do.

This place is wonderful, a confectioners heaven. Candy, donuts, coffee, gift items galore. I love it. And they keep a tip jar that is donated to the Grafton food pantry. They have camps to let kids make candy.

If your a fan of Chocolate this joint has the variety, this trip was a order trip to get nice size numbers for the childrens birthday surprise within their B-DAY Card given to them yearly by myself. After years of sending them out to them, (the young from 1 to 16) the return factor it gives back is truly a blessing received, & by age 4 to 5 the child realizes & you start to see the true development process of Appreciation from the child. Especially when their receiving a postal mailed Card with the chocolate mailed to them. Go back in time when receiving something from the mailbox was so exciting, unlike what time is trying to shove down our minds with Facebook w-a auto shout out trying to show whatever kind of emotion that birthday alert gives out. WHAT EVER, not the same, its easy to get that feeling back, by doing the right emotional thing.

Their Bacon Donuts are Aaah-mazing. So is pretty much everything else. Great for kids b-day parties, too!

This is a great little chocolate place. But it is also a great place to grab a cappuccino and freshly made donuts on the weekend. Very friendly and sitting outside drinkong coffee is a great way to stary a weekend. So much more than chocolate. Stop in, you will be glad you did.
