A lot of customers not wearing masks while shopping. Not sure if the requirement was lifted but it made me feel very uncomfortable to shop here. Please do better.

The customer service at this location is top-notch! The manager Kim, is very friendly, engaged, and acknowledges my children. She says hi anytime we walk in and is always willing to step up and assist.A younger gentleman, Joe, is also very friendly and welcomes us everytime we are in. His demeanor, politeness, and willingness to help, definitely sets him up for manager material one day!I have been a manager in retail for most of my life and I would definitely say, that as new as they are, they are one of the most welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff Ive met in a very long time. Although most new locations exemplify this, I believe this will continue with this staff.The shelves are pretty well stocked mostly all of the time, and things are usually very fresh. The one downfall may only be the very young staff working the registers. I completely understand this though because they are allowing young teens to start the job market. The only issue with that is that they have to call a manager for anything over 21, but its never been a wait.Overall, I give this store 5 stars. When they say open til 12 am, they are. For those who believe they are closed, try the last door. They lock up all doors but 1, which is common in retail businesses.Thank you for being a family store and making us feel welcome. Prices are a bit high as most suggest, but thats common for Jewel, but the convenience and experience is worth the extra few $$.

Very nice produce department. The fresh-squeezed juice is always well stocked and everyone is very friendly.

I enjoy coming here, though everytime I risk seeing kids from my school

This jewel is very nice inside and out, you can really feel the new store buzz coming off of the employees it’s really pleasant. The displays are all perfect and cute they even laid their jalapeños in rows lol it really felt spacious and roomy compared to some jewels, even with all the displays mid isle there was still ample room. This isn’t our local jewel but we won’t have any trouble stopping here if needed.

Drew heath in the produce department is a wonderful worker. Made sure i was taken care of and also kept his section nice and neat. Even explained and helped me find my moms weird fruit. The hand of budda. He gave me a tour of all the produce and helped me feel very welcomed

My fav supermarket! I prefer Jewel for their customer service and they have the best bakery by far compared to other grocery stores. Pricing has gotten better, especially their items on sale. Cant beat a dozen organic eggs for $3 bucks or $2 gallon of whole milk!!! JEWEL DONT GO CHANGING!!!!

Had to go to the pharmacy. The young lady behind the counter I thought was above and beyond in assisting us. Please give her a raise!

Best organic market Ive been to. They clearly spend a lot of time looking for great products to sell. The health section in the back is particularly good. Ive been helped multiple times to find exactly what Im looking for - fantastic!

Ive been to this new location a handful of times and I must say the setup is much nicer than the location I normally frequent. I especially love the sushi selection much better as it has a better variety and everything my wife and I look for. My only confusion comes with the entrance/exit as Im used to other locations where theres separate entrances and separate exits.

Brand spanking new.. aisles all labled to make it easy to find what youre looking for. Huge produce area. Curbside pickup is available. If you shop the deals youll find good prices but only down fall of jewel is its high prices same quality products as other supermarkets.

Great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and delicious choices. Very clean store. The only drawback is many of their items are over priced.

Very nice store. Clean and well stocked. Love the deli because they carry Boars Head low sodium products. Produce is excellent. Staff is polite and always very helpful. My favorite grocery store.

Difficult to find avacados which arent overripe. Produce manager states last 4 shipments no sweet potatoes. Girl at checkout threw a can on top of 1 slice cake which smashed the top. Otherwise nice store, lots to choose from. Also, signs up stating required masks, after I called to inquire customer service told me they cant enforce that. They just prefer the masks.

Just as bad as corporate Walmart, except their prices are almost double for the same service.

I had a very sweet young man that assisted me and was very informative on the question I asked him and he offered to get a mobil riding basket for me on Sunday March 28, 2021 I went for my second shot and I had to make it to the pharmacy b/4 4:00 pm. I was cutting it close. Thank youMrs Barton.

We are very happy with the newly opened Jewel. Plenty of selection and friendly staff. Today, a staff member really went out of their way to help us with an out of stock prepared product item! He had someone make up the item for us and then found me on the opposite side of the store to deliver it to me!! The cashiers have also been very friendly.

Thanks to all of the hard working in the pharmacy who helped with my first dose of the Cororna vaccine. Very friendly and patient taking care of all us seniors in group 1B. So thankful I was able to get in so quickly. The nurse giving the vaccine with the lovely name that begins with an A was great at her job and painless as well.The store is just beautiful. Laid out really nice. Great selection of fruit and veggies.Very clean and Covid restrictions are being practiced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New store Grand opening. Employees were friendly, helpful and asked if I wanted help unloading my groceries. Carts were sprayed with Sanitizer by an employee nonstop while another employee sprayed the entrance/exit continuously. Very impressed, loved variety of meat aisles. Will be back

12/30/2020.Third time I’ve posted this review and Jewel or google keeps removing them. Google only shows 3 reviews but this store has been reviewed several times by different members of the community already.parking lot is spacious and the cart corrals are very organized and gathered promptly back to the store for customers. Inside of store is very nice and the staff are polite. However the prices are outrageous. This store is charging almost $4 more on some products compared to the Jewel just a few miles down near del webb.I will come back in time to see if prices are better and update my review then, thank you!

Dropped one of my Bakery Bagle onto the conveyor belt, proceeded to pick it up and put it back in 👎Would have liked to grab a different one but I was with the most impatient parent in existence. Would not shop here again.

Says it’s open till 12am but the doors were clocked by 9:15pm. Employee cars were there and 7other cars came to see if jewel was open but it was locked. Called the number on here and the person is hanging up on us or not answering. then says it’s not jewels number on text as well as swearing. Terrible impression. Either jewel is lying about their hours or the employees don’t want to work. Either way I won’t be coming back

Wow! Did not even know this was here and I live 5 mins away! Really nice new store with tons of selections and friendly staff.

Played basketball with the hoop that was there and the ball that was provided. Continuously followed us around the store and assumed we were shoplifting.Prices were outrageous and terrible service.

Nice layout and an expanded produce section. Decent selection of wines and other liquors. Pharmacy is at the front of the store.

So I had no problem with this jewel until I had to go in at 10:00 PM at night to get baby formula and saw that not only they let a guy in without a mask, but apparently he is a worker there (overnight?). Several store personnel spoke with him (lady behind lotto counter, a few other employees around the store) and not one person had him put on a mask. Apparently at this jewel, the rules stop early. Needless to say I am disappointed and will not change my review until this is taken seriously.
