Denise had great customer service!! She answered every question that i had about printing shipping and business cards.. I even asked her about other UPS in the area and why there prices was different? Denise knows her stuff i’ll shop ship there again

Gaby and Stevie are life savers! I came in stressed and they quickly solved my printing problem and had new invitations ready to go in no time. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or friendlier staff. I’m so thankful for their help and will definitely use them for all printing needs forever!

I did walk in five minutes before they closed (wanted to get my Amazon return sent out before we headed out of town) and received an immediate eye roll and huff. I get it. I walked in five minutes before they closed with FIVE small items, but for the desk agent to roll her eyes and huff is just poor customer service. Weve all had long days. We are all tired of the pandemic, etc., but that attitude (eye roll and huff) was unwarranted and I cant say Ill be using this location, again.

I’m so thankful for the Notary service here. She was so nice and patient with me. I had a lot of stuff that needed notarized but she kept her calm and professionalism. I’d definitely go here for notary. I availed at the notary service in the other UPS store in Huntsville but boy it sucks. The clerk on that store was rude and charged me 10usd per document. But here, they only charged 10 on the first document but the remaining copies were 5usd. So yeah this is the best place for notary.

Charges fee for Amazon return. I dropped off shoeboxes for an amazon return. Weirdly they accepted one shoebox with no further packaging, but for the other four boxes they required me to pay for an additional box and their own packing services totaling $12. Amazon never requires extra packaging like this and it goes against their free shipping on returns policy. I was in too much of a rush to contest it.

Good news - we have been back a couple of times since our first visit 7 months ago. All things are going well, the staff is pleasant, the products professional and time is of the essence. Whether you need copying, printing or to send a package, this place will get the job done. And the location? It cant be beat for downtown, HH and other nearby workplaces.
