Small, locally owned used car dealership and in this time of car shortages and high prices, they had the car we wanted and were able to work with us to get it to the price we needed. The vehicle itself was clean and prepared well for us when they showed it. MY daughter is happily driving around in her new Mazda.

My son was looking for a car and they had the one he wanted. We knew nothing about this place but went in to check it out. At first the people were real friendly and promised everything. We got the issues in writing for repairs. Getting these issues resolved was a pain. We called and texted frequently and their communication was less than ideal. When we bought the car we were told while the work was being done we could have a loaner. The day finally came that we got a day set up for the repairs and they said no to the loaner. We had in writing to have the interior detailed and when we got it back they did nothing not even a vacuum. When we purchased the car we asked if the oil was changed and they said they checked it and it looked ok. The day after buying it the change oil light came on and when we called and asked about it they just said well it looked good and said it wasn’t their problem. I would be cautious in your dealings because they do not hold up 100% of their promises.

BEWARE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS. I was sold a lemon. All attempts to communicate with this establishment to ask for help resulted in dead silence. They have no problems selling you garbage, and can sleep easily at night ripping you off and ignoring you. I had my car less than 30 days and its been in the shop for over 100 now- the entire engine is shot. Get a car anywhere else.

I gave them $8000 for a car that starting breaking down in three days of purchase. I called, my wife called many times and they wont try and fix the situation. I took it to the dealer and other mechanics, the bill was anywhere from $5 to $7k to fix. The car barn will not fix this. I have called and called and they just ignore us. They are very crooked, they stole $8k from me and got rid of a problem car they new they had. The car is not operational. Stay away from them they are crooked!!!

The employees at the Car Barn are trustworthy, helpful, and communicate well with their customers. We recently ran into a problem with a vehicle and were looking to purchase something new. We went into the Car Barn just to look at a vehicle for sale, but we left with not only a new car but also immense help with our previous car issue. Alex sat down with us for an hour or two looking over any possible options they had for us. He provided more help than all of the other people wed talked to about this issue previously, combined. It was amazing to see the lengths he would go to help us out. I would definitely recommend you talk to Alex if you need any help at all!

We bought a Mini Cooper here in March and the check engine light came on right as we left the lot. We called and they were pretty rude and basically told us that we probably caused all the issues. However, we had bought the car 30 minutes prior. Overall, our experience here was pretty terrible and we wish that we hadn’t bought from here. I would caution anyone who is thinking of buying a car from here. We will for sure be telling all of our friends and family about the experience. We are newlyweds and this place caused a lot of issues for us. I don’t write reviews but I wrote this one to caution those who are considering purchasing from this dealer because we really don’t want this to happen to anyone else.UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. We contacted them again and they promised that they would do a trade in. We worked with Richard and he assured us that they would make it right. He then went on to completely ignore any texts or calls. The service from this place was the worst that I have ever seen. They don’t care about their customers and are extremely unprofessional. I can’t stress enough- our experience with The Car Barn was horrible and we don’t want anyone to have the same experience. Just avoid it all together.

NEVER buy a car from this place. I bought my car in March of 2020 and have had countless issues since. Over 2000 dollars worth of work needed! The tube that holds the transmission fluid dipstick was literally broken in half, also found metal bits in transmission AFTER a valvoline process was supposedly done by Goodyear in Hurricane. The fact that theres metal in there means they probably didnt do much, also likely making my warranty null and void. The purge valve seemed to be already broken, but the holes were simply plugged and the part was just completely disconnected, as if the broken part were hidden on purpose. Also found a pinion seal as well as a crank shaft needing replaced, needed new breaks, and my water pump was on its last life as well. Spent and spending well over 2000 dollars on this car less than 5 months after I bought it. Ridiculous. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

Terrible experience. No customer service what so ever. They called because we had submitted a credit app then I heard nothing decided to show up the next day and the sales rep Alex was acting weird the whole time we finished the credit app and he said “he submitted it” mind you this is a Friday latest we should have found out was Monday but got the run around for 5 days! Ignoring text messages even! Finally I offered to call the bank myself to see what the hold up was and come to find out the vehicle we were trying to get was sold the same day after he had stated we were first in line he was going to submit our info and we should hear back and instead of being honest and up front He was rude and didn’t even submit our info didn’t offer no other vehicle just told us he shredded our apps and good luck moving on. Good credit to boot so they lost out on the sale. I will Never return and will make it known how terrible of an experience it was! I am saving the rude text messages from him

I submitted an application 3 times and never heard back for 3 weeks then finally someone contacted me and asked me few questions then he said hell get back to me the next day and he never did.. I dont feel they are willing to work on customers, So do not apply online because you will never hear anything from them unless you go to the shop itself and still probably wont be treated a customer.

We have been dealing with the owner John for years. One time on the way to Lake Powell my fuel pump went out on my suburban and we were stuck. I called John and he loaned me a truck that I can hook a trailer to and saved our Lake Powell trip. He even had his mechanic fix my fuel pump while I was gone only for the cost of the fuel pump. He did all this just cuz I was a good customer of his. I hope they continue to grow because they really are amazing people. If you get a chance to support the Car Barn when you buy your next car.

I was dealing with Richard, he was supposed to help me get into a car or help me refinance my car. But I guess if there wasnt enough money to be made for him he didnt want to help out. So much for a family friendly dealership I will not refer friends nor family to this dealership ever this is sad business and sad dealings. By the way I had to wait a week for a call and the only reason I talk to him is because I called him back 3 times and always got the runaround of let me call you back. So sad !! if youre reading this and your customer do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership!

Shawn was great helping us. I went in looking for a good replacement car for my mom and I told him who it was for and what her needs were and he made good practical suggestions instead of trying to sell us the most expensive ones they had helped us through the whole process.

The car barn was a life saver!!! Our AC stopped working at Zion National Park. At the time we were headed back to Oregon from Arizona. We stopped at the car barn for directions but got a lot more than we thought. Not only did they diagnose a problem within minutes but called the local auto parts store as we drove there just minutes before they closed. We got the correct part and headed back to the car barn where the part was installed within minutes. We were literally in La Verkin for an hour and then back on our way to Oregon. This place was awesome!! Thank you so much for your great service!
