Outstanding service. Went in last minute before Christmas needing engraving of a helmet case for son’s gift. They not only got it done but completed it in a matter of hours. Excellent.

I have used Crown Trophy for the past 2 years with Haltom City Girls Softball. We are an organization that has over 300 girls and over 70 coaches. We just recently ordered all our trophies for this year, and again they have managed to go over the top! Not only are they very thorough with every detail of our order, but their product is of high quality. I will continue to use this company for all our needs as well as refer them to EVERYONE I know!

I am completely shocked that this store has a 4 star rating. Absolutely awful! I ordered trophies for my soccer team 2 weeks ago and I go to pick them up today and they are all wrong! I ordered 12 team trophies and 3 MVP trophies. The MVP awards were wrong on all 3 including one of the players names. I ordered trophies with Gold soccer men on top and there should have been gold engraving plates but they instead put silver plates. They told me that they would fix it all in about 15 minutes so I wait. They obviously rush jobbed reassembling the new correct engraved plates because they weren’t all straight. I opened up the MVP trophies and they got the names right and the proper award for each name THIS TIME, but there was a mark across the top on one and the other had some sort of film over it that wouldn’t come off. I had enough at that point and walked out! No apologies! Nothing!!! So unprofessional! Who in their right mind doesn’t proof the order before giving it to their customer. I wouldn’t trust these morons to make my dog tags!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS PLACE !

Awesome. I needed 2 Relay batons engraved for my little niece who qualified for Jr Olympics in Track. Steve was great. Service was fast and the work on point. Thank you guys.

Fantastic craftsmanship! I commissioned Crown to make a sign for my business. While the sign was in production they hung a banner at no charge so I would have something to direct people. When the sign was complete, it looked (and still looks) awesome. If you want to check out their work, stop by Aspire Chiropractic at 124 W Harwood Rd. It really pops and I couldnt be happier with it.

Terrible company. They have now messed up plaques I submitted to them twice. They cannot spell. They are incompetent. If you want your trophies done correctly go somewhere else. Local does not always mean good.

I stopped by & submitted an order for my kids lettermans jackets. A month went by and I never received a call back. So I went back a second time and re-submitted the entire order. Same routine -- they wrote it all down, another month went by and I never heard from them again. All they did was put me on their email list.
