When walking into the store all you got was a hello, I needed help, But no one tried to help !! They just said go down the isles . That was just bad service. To not take the time and help a customer showed what leader ship is like. The women kept talking amongst themselves. I couldnt find what I needed, Nor wanted for that matter. Ill never go back to that store. But will try another. I live only 5 minutes away.

Found everything I was searching for...almost. the vampire teeth were a no go. All of the Halloween stuff is completely wiped out. The associates were nice and helpful though!! I would go back!!!

Placed an ordered that was supposed to be delivered, but they has some issues with their delivery service and were unable to deliver my order. Even though I had to go get my order they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. The team was so polite and helpful and the balloons they put together made a 4 year old very happy!

Bought my balloon package at a party city in another town, ony way to the party I stopped at this party city to have them filly balloons....no problems very efficient.... Always pay that extra dollar and wrap your balloons in a bag ...👍👌

No prices on much of the stuff. Asked why theyre not marked & he said, yeah they dont come that way... I said, theres numerous items I might have purchased had they been marked. He smiled and said yeah

Places our order for balloons and were ready in 15 minutes! Store is clean and always receive great customer service!

Prices where not correct once I got to the register. Cashier thought we were lying about the price. My daughter had go and prove it. The manager then changed the price.

We went for a Dr. Seuss event. It was good for the kids, but did look as if they werent expecting a lot of people so they didnt make it big or maybe i thought. I am a teacher. They read the book, did a game, and gave candy. Kids like the game so it was cool.

Went to get a large bouquet of balloons for a co workers office. Paid 42 dollars and as soon as I walked outside the wind took my biggest balloon. Not real happy at all and was not aware I could purchase a balloon bag. Was never offered that option. Very aggravated!!!

If you want helium don’t walk in. To any of them. Ever. Not going to happen.

Decent selection of party supplies and okay prices. Definitely can find cheaper stuff but might have to shop around a few stores. Balloon service was bad. Charged an extra 2 dollars for them to include the plastic bags around my balloons and they didnt even tie it around the base of the balloons. As soon as I walked outside 1 of the bags flew off and I had a tangled mess to try and get into my car...

Needed something to wrap a bridal shower gift. Its an ottoman! They had the perfect bag, and also found some really cute things for my granddaughter for Easter.

Their items are not clearly marked. Bought a top hat thinking it was $10 like the sign said along with the other 3 hats I was choosing. Nope, $20. Very misleading!!!

The price was fine, but there was only one person working at the front of the store. So I paid for 5 balloons, and then had to wait over 10 minutes for her to blow them up. She never told me that there was a high fly helium option, so the balloons I got for my Dads birthday to surprise him were all on the floor when he came in to work to see them 14 hours later. Bad customer experience all around.

The staff was amazing and the clerk saved me money on my sons Bday decorations.

We were able to find my daughters Halloween costume here for a great price, but the people werent very processional, didnt really seem to know what they were doing. Not the best place to go if your planning on trying on a bunch of costumes, if your not really sure what you want.

The customer service was great! Associate greeted us and asked us if we needed help even thats hard to get now a days.

I enjoyed my visit here. We bought birthday supplies and spent almost 200 and the sales assistant gave us her coupon and got $30 off. Very kind and generous.

I was looking for party decorations in the not so normal red, blue, yellow, pink or green but did not locate any. I was impressed with the wide variety of party merchandise but located nothing I was hoping for. I didnt spend any money in here.

I love Party City, not sure if its because of nostalgia or a variety in costumes. However, I dont like the fact I only have about ten to fifteen choices of Halloween costumes for my infant. Maybe Im just picky, but I didnt really like any of them.

I give 4 stars due to their selection being very cheapy, for the prices that they charge on some of it. Other than that, its a good place to get party decorations and the like.

I ordered balloons from this Party City and when I came to pick them up there was the incorrect string color on the balloons. The manager was very rude and told me I had to buy the color I wanted because they were out of the color that comes standard with the colors I ordered. I am very upset with the way this was handled and the customer service was awful.

Ridiculous!!!! Extremely unfriendly employees! Waited forever in line while one cashier spent more time chewing her gum than checking out customers in a timely manner. Watched 2 other customers in line in front of me walk out because they were tired of waiting! Will never shop here again!!!

I brought in 10 balloons I needed blown up, and bagged for easy carry to my car. I was watching as they were blowing them up, they popped one of them. They actually brought me my balloons and didnt tell me I didnt have 10 balloons. Bad, bad customer service!!!!!!

Its not friendly and anything they carry you can get cheaper somewhere else.
