Whoever runs this store should take heed. My wife and i came in and we werent even greeted apon walking in the store. I can deal with that, but after walking around and looking for about 5 minutes and the store employee just standing at the register looking at her phone, we decided to leave. It was around 3 p.m and we where the only ones in the store. She didnt ask if she could help us find anything or even acknowledge us. I actually found a good pair but hey, if the sales associate wasnt worried about making a sale, im not worried about walking out and not spending my money here. Youve been warned ⚠️

Went in on a Saturday and bought a $400 pair of Lucheses for my son. Son wore the boots to school on Friday (1st wearing) and said they were a little too big. Called the number listed on the web and spoke with someone who said that we could exchange them for a smaller size if they have not been worn outside. Go back to store and tell sales clerk about the desire to exchange the boots and right out of the gate she gets a little combative and says they dont do that (pointing to a sign on the counter). OK but we called. Even though we had returned to the store where they were purchased and called the number they have listed on the web for that store she says we didnt call her so we need to figure out what store we called and go to them cause she couldnt do anything. At that point it was clear she had a chip on her shoulder so it would have been pointless to talk anymore. So next day we donated the boots to a shelter and went to Leddys.

Best experience I’ve had!!! Super friendly staff. The manager Taelar is super nice and very accommodating. Rj helped my dad and brother pick out the best boots they’ve had at a great price. Erin picked out the perfect shirt and cardigan with accessories as a gift. I couldn’t say better things about this store.
