I went to shoe carnival on 874 northeast mall blvd. hurst texas After I order some shoes online for store pick up. The cashier was very rude telling me it take 3-4 hours before my purchase was ready told me I couldn’t wait in the store. I will never do business with y’all again. In training class have your employees take a customer service class

I ordered a pair of sneakers that I wanted for my husband to take to work, since yesterday the 4th. I understand that the store was closed yesterday but it’s 3pm today, the 5th and still haven’t received a confirmation to pick up the shoes. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said that I had to wait to receive the confirmation. So I told her since when I had ordered them and she said “yeah we have a lot of orders”. I mean the store opened since 10 am and having “a lot of orders” is not an excuse. All the stores I have ordered from have a 2 hour wait but this store seems to take who knows how long. I have a baby and i thought getting them picked out and paying online would be be the best option. If you want shoes just go get them yourself or be in no hurry to get them!
