There is an employee here who is a 100% grade A Butt crevice ! Had the nerve look at me and ask me what hes suppose to do. How the heck do I know ??? I dont work for Metro! (Thats exactly what I told him) My grandma-in-law needed help with her account. Dude didnt even know how to spell a simple word that you learn in elementary school. Wish I paid better attention to this guys name so you could all avoid him. He couldnt even be bothered to use the phone and call the rep that usually helps my GIL in Arlington. It took the guy in Arlington about 2 minutes to help us with a simple issue and we were back out the door, happy. Dont waste your time here. I wish we hadnt.

Buyer beware. Metro will mislead the consumer and not honor their deals. I have been a Metro customer for 4 years and will be switching carriers after dealing with this location. When I told the manager that she was going to lose a customer who has 5 lines that I was going to another carrier she said go ahead. No value for their customers.

Luckily I do everything on line but I just have a problem with them not answering their phone-always the recording says, this phone not answering-Duh! And different phone listings and no one answers. I tried going thru the icon on my phone it keeps repeating the same questions after I told it I wanted an operator and it shouldnt be their business why I want to speak to an operator!!

Big ass lies from both sales rep no wonder why they work for metro peace of s--------t

Customer service is terrible and workers always looing for extra dollar as always dont pay atttention to you and even tell you false information.
