Tamera did an absolutely amazing job with my perm tonight!!! She was friendly and very thorough! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

The lady was VERY nice, however it was apparent she had no idea what she was doing. The hair style she did for my kid was an undercut and it is SO CROOKED. Im glad my kid likes it because I think its horrible. Most likely wont go back. If I do, it will for SURE be a different stylist.

The establishment was clean and kept up well. The staff were very friendly and a great way to spend my morning. I love my new perm!! Thanks Tamma!!

Last Saturday i went to Fantastic Sams for a permanent. I was needing some body and lift to my thin straight hair. After hours of getting a perm, I walked out of fantastic Sams looking just like I did when I went in!! 😠After convincing the manager, I did not get the perm I wanted, she said I could come back in 6 or 7 days and they would see what they could do.Thursday I returned. Libby was my hairstylist. I just want to give her a big thank you for a job well done. She is a Professional! My hair now has body and lift. She listened and put her knowledge to work! I would definitely return to be a client for Libby. did I mention she has a upbeat positive attitude as well? 5 stars ⭐️ for Libby 👍😁

Steph is great! Stayed an hour after closing to fix a bad coloring job by another salon. Even consulted with other stylist on how to fix it. Got me in the same day. Results were better than expected and priced reasonably.

I made an apt for my daughter to get her hair cut at 1pm on June 1st and then at 12:20 I goon line to check it and its been canceled. And I cant even call in to find out why.

Kelsy Ann fixed one haircut a few months ago & aced the 2nd one -- a long inverted bob. She took extra time to style my hair. I was really happy to get right in & out at 4 p.m.-- seems like a good time for a spot. Nice atmosphere here and a handy location. 👍

I like this salon for hair cuts and color, but for girls with very curly hair they dont have the ability to give straighteners. that is very disappointing.

My hair can be very difficult and doesnt do what it should. Getting my hair cut is typically a nightmare. Could not get in to my regular hair dresser of 10 yrs. Gave Fantastic Sams a try and was very pleased! Everyone was very nice and Pearl did an AMAZING job! Way to go Pearl!!

No! Everytime I come here to get a few highlights they tell me they dont have time. 2 hours left in the day is most definitely enough time for a half foil, AND when it comes to customer service I was taught that they come first. Even if someone walks in at 645 you should do what they need, and Im sure youll get a bigger tip and better reviews from it. I will no longer be going here.

I have been using Fantanic Sams since moving to Hutchinson 2 years ago and have been very pleased with Mary and Pearl. Yesterday Pearl had a client when I went in and I had (I dont remember her name) and came out with the poorest hair cut Ive ever had. I told her that I didnt want it layered. She told me that it would be better if it had some layering. I gave her permission to do so, that was a mistake. My hair is COMPLETELY layered and parts only 1/2 inch long. I am 75 years old and like many older women my hair is thinning and actually now I have bald spots. My husband said to get a wig and my sister laughed.

I was detailed in what I wanted as it is the same cut Ive been getting for over a year and the stylist/shop manager gave me a hack job in return....my fade was not blended and looked like blocks of different hair lengths my neck was not cleaned up my edges were not done and she missed chunks and did an uneven cut on the top where I have a bit of length....needless to say I will not be coming back.

My fiance goes here frequently, but tonight was an awful experience. Whem they were washing his hair the water was scolding hot that it burnt his forehead, and the beautician says these things have a mind of their own. I wish there was temperature gauges so we could adjust the tempature of the water and just continued to wash his hair as if he didnt say anything. I was sitting in the chair next to him and she went to put gel in his hair and he wouldnt even let her style his hair, he had her squirt the gel into his hands. When he paid he didnt tip her. The stylists name was Yessey. 21 bucks to have a burn on his forehead. Wont be returning. When your customer flinches and tells you the waters too hot that its burning their head, you turn it to COLD!

Looks nothing like the picture I showed them. Way too short. Looks like crap. 3 inches uneven! Didnt layer it at all. Never go here!!!!

Im not a happy camper. I went in today 2.28.18 at 1pm was told to go back at around 3-3:15. I got there at 3pm and waited until almost 5pm and still wasnt helped. I went to the counter to complain and Pearl apologize. Asked if I could come back another day. She told me to go in at 10am on 3.1.18. Well see what happens I guess.

Just moved to Hutchinson and needing a hair cut I thought I would try Fantastic Sams as I have been more than pleased with the stylists at FS in Arden Hills, MN. Walked into FS in Hutchinson I was registered after a short wait Pearl came over introduced herself asked what I was thinking about a style. We talked it over she went to work and I am more than pleased. I will be back to have Pearl style my hair again!!
