Always have good service but today we had exceptional service from Jacob. He was extremely courteous and helpful and made our day. Keep up the good work!

Pharmacy is very unprofessional including pharmacist. Don’t waste your time with this location. The retail people are not trained properly on coupon items and have little to no knowledge on what is in store.

Typically good, this time staff unsure of what to do, long period of time to wait in line. Told prescriptions would be done at a certain time, wasnt done until hrs later.

Best Walgreens Ive ever been to. Every employee that I went pass asked if I was finding everything okay. Ive never experienced that in any other Walgreens. I told them Thank you very much, because I seriously believed that being rude to customers was taught from corporate.

Pharmacy person for the drive thru was rude today @ 4pm, wasnt at the window but must have had a headset on, Told me they didnt have my prescription then hung up, I had questions about it...

Walgreens in Hutchinson is a great place to go for prescriptions and photo needs! The staff are warm and friendly and they are not too busy, so they are able to devote time and good service to each customer. Besides that, they have a decent selection of snacks and grocery items available. Price for some items can be a bit high, but they often have good sales each week that make it worth going. All in all, it is a good place to go whether you just need to pick up some prescriptions and a snack or grab groceries!

Pharmacy is fast most of the time. Staff are respectful and knowledgeable.

First experience would be 5 star. Pharmacy didnt have my prescription in stock and the pharmacy technician called around to all other pharmacies in town and surrrounding area to find one who had it. Looked like she was only one working. I was very pleased and thankful for her time, courtesy and ambition.Second experience pharmacy again didnt have prescription in stock. Asked if they could call around for me. Lady with colored hair (looking very unprofessional) said they dont do that there, I am far to backed up to call around being said there were several people working all standing around.Hope that when their 4 month old is in need of medication they run into people a little more empathetic.Needless to say I will not be returning to wallgreens for pharmacy or any thing else.

Cashiers suck here always seem crabby. Everyone who Ive worked with even managers have no clue about there coupon policys.
