This is by far the worst dealership in Hutchinson. With the exception of a couple good people the rest of the employees are terrible and very unprofessional. From cursing around customers and kids to not even taking the time to bid your trade in after making 3 trips to the dealership for that purpose. Tyler Ridder ( Ritter) has to be the most unprofessional person they have working for them.

Recently took one of our company trucks, a 2016 Dodge Ram 5500 in for a DEF Fluid issue and warning on the instrument cluster which read ( Improper DEF See Dealer ). I was contacted the next day and told I need to replace the tank, lines, pump and injector. My response was absolutely not. I was 99% sure that we had put DEF Fluid in the tank that had water in it, ( and I passed that information on to them ). I told them to flush the system, put new fluid in it and clear the code. I was told at that time that at very least I would need to replace the injector, because it was inoperable. My response was ( ok if the injector is bad, then replace it ). A few days later when I picked up the truck I asked for the injector and told them point blank that I was going to have it tested. I brought it to my home shop and bench tested the solenoid. Resistance window is 11 to 13 ohms. it tested out at 12.4 ohms. When I seen this I was a little irritated to say the least. I did not have what I needed in the shop to properly do a flow and nozzle spray test so I took it to Diesel Control Technicians and had it tested. All tests were confirmed that the injector was 100% operable. I contacted Allen Samuels with the results and the were not even willing to listen to reason on the matter. When I questioned them about their test procedures they stumbled all over themselves trying to answer my questions. $1,275.00 price tag and they cant give diagnostic protocol on a $344.00 part. As a Certified Technician myself, I am not impressed. That is the extent of the business they will ever see from us. People that have no regard for others and think only of making that extra dime are ruthless and care nothing about their actions. Its unethical and unprofessional.

Absolutely 3rd rate dealership. Negotiated with their professional management team. This consists of two greasy mullets listening to rap in their office. Should have been my first clue. Go to pay for and pick up my truck and find out the backup camera no longer works. Talk to sales and see if they can get me in to fix it and they do..... 2 weeks later. Schedule me for a 9:30 appointment and I get a call finally at 5:00 p.m. that the truck has been finally seen. Needs a new camera and sales isnt willing to pay for it. Stay clear. Ill be lucky if theydont put sugar in my tank.

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever worked with or bought a vehicle from. They sold me a truck with a bad instrument cluster it took months for them to fix. Also they sold me a truck with bent rim that literally has bent written on the inside of the rim I would never recommend this dealership to anyone dont make the same mistake I did dont buy a vehicle here

My parents took a 2020 ram 2500 Cummins diesel in because the check engine light came on under warranty. They have had the truck in about 5 times we have a code reader and it said that the Cadillac converter was going bad and they usually have the truck for 3 to 5 days and all they do is turn the check engine light off and park it behind the shop would not recommend for anything.

I purchased a very expensive challenger from this dealership recently. I pointed out that the vehicle possibly needs a wheel alignment. The salesman Dave claimed he would “take care of me” when I went to drop the vehicle off at service there was no appointment even made for me and no rental vehicle available until I demanded what I was promised. 8 hours after it being in their service department I was finally notified that the control arms are bad and unsafe to drive. I owned this car for less than a day. They sold me an unsafe vehicle and were very unprofessional throughout the whole process. Do not trust this dealership

UPDATE: I did finally receive the title on March 12; 133 days after purchase. I love the Wangler and communication improved after my initial complaint.I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler on October 31, 2020. The initial transaction was smooth. No issues. Good car. Good service. Fast forward 108 days and Allen Samuels still has not provided a title to the Jeep. The communication is terrible. No updates unless I make inquiry. Then the response is always Ill check and get back to you. then no additional response. Today, I am filing a complaint with State Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division in an attempt to remedy this situation. Very poor post-sale service.

I really can not recommend this dealership enough. My husband bought a truck here a few weeks ago and it was the best experience either of us has ever had at a dealership. Our sales person, Tom, was super friendly and outgoing. The sales manager, Mike, was honest and upfront. Even our finance guy, Brett, was amazing! They walked us through the process step by step. There were no surprises. I got screwed over pretty badly by Eddy’s in Wichita about 6 months ago. These guys pulled out ALL the stops to try and get me out of this car and into something I wanted. I LOVE this dealership and will be a customer for life.

I called as an out-of-state buyer and Thomas Mora in sales was amazing. I didn’t end up buy from them but he was very responsive and was able to get me a walk around video within minutes of my call. He was persistent in his follow up and very helpful. The truck I wanted ended up being a demo so it had more miles than their website photos so I had to pass up on it. You won’t find this kind of sales man just anywhere.

I do not recommend this dealership at all. I took my truck back to them 4 times under warranty and it is still not fixed. Very disappointed, lied right to my face and told me they were putting in a NEW radio, only to see an old dirty, dusty radio that looks like they pulled it out of a junk yard. AND it has the same problems I complained about originally. They did make other repairs as well, I pray they really did them and it is safe to drive. So disappointed

I used their financing because the told me they could get a better rate than my credit union. After signing all the papers on Saturday and taking the car home, they called the next week and said that they couldnt get that rate and I would have to come in and sign new papers. The rate went up. This has happed to another person I know. They also were supposed to fix a crack in the windshield, 3 week later and Im still trying to get them to do that.

Got new tires only cause I told them they promised to fix the tires light on the car they sold me. I have been there more time then I can remember. We purchased our Jeep there and when it was time for an oil change I could not make an appointment. First come, first served. I don’t have that kind of time! However, I did take it in around 9:00. A nice gentlemen took me to a local coffee shop so that I could wait. 11:30 I received the call that the car was finished and asked for them to come pick me back up. Waited for almost an hour and had to call twice for them to come get me. Never again! Lost my business!

They wanted to charge me almost $3,900 to fix my catalytic converter. I found out at several other places that I could get it fixed for a 10th of that price. All they did was hook up a diagnostic and then charged $140. They were rude, overpriced, and the furthest thing from a friend Ive ever met. We will never go back!

Pleasant experience getting my oil changed at Alan Samuels today. 1/2 the price of the Hyundai dealership in Wichita. Service person Carol was knowledgeable and acted like she was glad to be at work. Called me by name in passing when picking up my car. Very nice sales person walked me back to the service counter to pay and get my keys. I feel bad I didnt get his name to mention him specifically.Loved the fact that they were very happy to give me a ride to work! Super easy experience and will definitely save my gas and time and come back. Thank you!

My 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was slightly out of the 3 yr/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty in December 2015 (by just a couple of months, only had 32k miles on it) when the heater quit working (a known issue with these Jeeps). At the time the dealership who was previously here told me Id need to call Jeep to see if theyd help me out on it. After going round and round with them I got nowhere and nothing got fixed. The previous dealership told me that without Jeep agreeing to help there was nothing that they could do and never went back.Fast forward to October 2017, (again, the same Jeep) was just barely out of the 5 year/100,000 miles powertrain warranty by just a couple of months (only 52k miles on it) when a check engine light came on. I did some research and found that it was a common problem with the left side cylinder head. I took it in to Allen Samuels who had purchased the dealership from the previous ownership group. I spoke to Carol, the service writer, who was able to get it taken care of 100% by Jeep where it was indeed a known problem even though it was out of warranty at no cost to me.While it was in the shop, I also asked if they could try and follow up on my previous heater claim (figuring that it was a long shot at best). Reba, the Service Department Manager, said that where it was such an old claim that she couldnt guarantee anything but that shed contact her rep with Jeep to see what could be done.Reba got back with me to say that while they wouldnt cover the heater 100%, they agreed to cover the vast majority of the repairs which ended up being a full heater core replacement, coolant flush and fill, and AC system recharge. The heater now works better than ever and Ill be a loyal customer for service on the Jeep for as long as I own it!Everyone was polite, the communication was great, and they were very accommodating by getting me a loaner vehicle to use while both of these warranty repairs were being made. I would definitely recommend their services again, especially where its a whole new ownership group who seem to truly care about the customer being satisfied and doing business the right way!

UpdatedWell decided to give them another chance. Took vehicle in today to have oil changed and in wash car, and clean windows, vacuum interior. They had my vehicle over 4 hours. They call me that its ready, went to pick up get in and noticed right away that they vacuumed front and only half of the back. Got out and went back in and asked why. So he took it back and had them finish vacuuming the rest of car. They never touched the windows. You can still see the circle on window from GPS, I can rub it and it comes off. I dont think that they topped off the fluids like it says that they would because my window shield fluid is not full. They have it marked the my window wipers are good. They are not, drivers side needs replaced.They have got the worse service department that I have ever dealt with. They had even asked me if I have ever had my car there, told them yes, but had bad experience. You would think that after that they would make sure that this time they would have tried harder. Guess not, was just told that they got crazy busy....so guess they just dont care about how they treat customers.Was the only place that I had taken my car to have the oil changed....But the last time I went in to have oil changed and tires rotated, we went in about 10 am because knew it was first come first serve. They pulled my car in right away and told me wouldnt be long. I had my 2 grandsons with me so we went in and was waiting. After being there and hour and half the 2 people that had been there before me started telling me hope that I wasnt in any hurry that they had been there over 2 hours before me (they were only having their oil changed too) so I waited another 45 minutes then went back and asked them about how much longer. My car was still in line where they pulled it in they were just starting the first oil change if the guy that had been there over 3 hours by then ( and was very upset). I asked them to please pull my car out so we could leave, by this time it was past lunch time, my grandsons were hungry and I wanted to leave. They got very upset with me told me that it was already in line. They could have just told me in first place that it was going to be hours especially since I had small children with me. They were rude about it....I wont go back.After they read review. I did get a phone call from them. They did apologised and did ask that I give them another chance. I did tell him that I would think about it. If I do go back will update my review!

Lets just say it was not good. My appointment was at 10 a.m. I was 10 mins early. What takes any other place 1 hr. to do took them 6 hrs. The service there is lackluster at best. All they could say was we overbooked ourselves. What about the other guy, he had been there for hrs, to get his oil changed. Last time I came in to get my oil changed it took over 3 and a half hours. Your excuses were we only have one tec. here the other one was at lunch. I think you need to hire more help! Giving you one star is being generous.

I took my 2011 Dodge Durango into Laird Noller two weeks ago for an overheating issue. They told me the problem was the water pump. The day I got the vehicle back, which was 3 days later, after the water pump was installed, my car overheated again. Immediately I took the car back to Laird Noller. I explained the issue, and they told me they were going to bleed out the hoses that go to the water pump because that is what was causing the car to overheat. I told them that the fan to the engine was not coming on and the car was overheating. Whenever I told the technician this, his face dropped. Then he proceeded to ask me if you could take my vehicle to his home which was 45 miles away. I told him that would be fine because I felt it was beneficial to the diagnosis of my vehicle. Come to find out it was the fan after all. We ended up spending over $1,000 to fix problems. One problem wasnt even a problem. The water pump never needed to be replaced. The entire time it was the fan, which we told them that was the issue. We told them that we were just going to buy the part from them and my husband is going to install the part. Laird Noller called us back because they would like the rental car back that they gave us. They told us our car was finished and it could be picked up. We were appalled because we told them we wanted them to order the part, not to install the part. This entire experience was awful. Not only did they not listen twice, but whenever my husband called them out on the issues, theyre very friendly demeanor turned into pure rudeness. We will never, ever have any work done at Laird Noller again.

Purchasing my jeep here was great. Chris Morgan was so knowledgable and friendly.However, I would Never bring my car here for any type of service. After making an 8:15 appointment over the phone I was told the service would take 3 hours. No problem, done before noon. When I arrive for my appointment they tell me they are working on another car and it would be after noon before it was finished. Irritating considering I had an appointment but okay.. So after walking around and sitting in the lobby for 6 hours I asked when the car would be done. Their response was that they hadnt even started it and it might be done by the end of the day. I understand the company is busy but after having an 8:15 appointment and it being 6 hours later I was frustrated. The least I could expect was a call to ask if I would like to reschedule or to let me know it was going to be at least 6 PM before it MIGHT be ready. Very inconsiderate! Definitely will never be back to Laid Noller for any type of service. When asking about my jeep, no one was understanding except for 1 mechanic, and I wish I could remember his name. He was the only one who said sorry for this happening. Beyond disappointed with the service at Laird Noller.

April 2019, My folks went in to discuss a possible trade. While the dealership staff was looking over their car they broke the drivers side door handle and somehow snapped off the dipstick handle as well. The store manager would not fix these two issues. We had to fix them on our own dollar and time. On top of that, the followup sales calls were absolute harrasement. I really need to report this to the BBB. Beware of this place.

Pricing is high for used vehicles. They also sold my mom a car that is known to have problems (no recall of course) and when she brought it in for a transmission problem not even a month after buying it, they turned her away on two different occasions because they couldnt replicate the issue when they drove it for 5 minutes, even though they were given a very detailed description of the occurrences. Im sure they are obviously trying to get out of covering it with their warranty and hoping that shell either give up or forget.. Until her warranty runs out, Im sure theyd be more than happy to fix it on her dollar.

Found a car here that I wanted and went through the steps to get an approval from the bank. What was special about my case is that I specifically stated that my loan HAD to come from a specific bank so they only should have ran my credit through that bank. Instead Ive been getting letters from multiple places notifying my credit had been ran at. So not only am I slowly watching my credit score drop now, but I got a call a week after I had been there from the manager saying he wanted to work a deal out and that he would be in touch with me. I followed up the next day to find that the car I was looking at had sold and nobody in this office notified me. The salesman that I worked with Cody, was amazing. Its sad though he will never get a sale from me because his financial adviser and manager suck.

But a salesman found the parts manager and he opened the department up to sale me a hood latch for my Jeep the receptionist was also a cashier so the got her to finish the transaction . I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a 2006 Kia Sorento. I worked an agreement with the salesman to knock off $300.00 due to the previous owner being a smoker and have 3 cracks in the windshield fixed. They followed through and had the cracks filled but they are still visibly noticeable. When I received my receipt from paying the taxes on the tags I noticed I was taxed for the vehicles original tagged price. Within 2 months the A/C compressor went out. Its been 6 months and the car doesnt start properly, the belt are squealing once it finally starts, and the interior lights malfunction constantly. I am very disappointed with the purchase. I made it clear to the salesman I needed a reliable vehicle due to being a single parent. I feel like this dealership just made a sale instead of taking care of customer needs. I am now stuck with a faulty vehicle in need of immediate repairs not 6 months into the purchase. I wouldnt recommend this dealership for a good quality vehicle.

We took our Jeep in for an oil change. During the oil change they came and told us that our fog lights are malfunctioning and won’t turn on. I asked them why and they told me it would be $120 to diagnose the problem, mind you that’s just to diagnose, not including what it would cost to fix. I declined hoping that maybe it was a burnt fuse. As I get into the Jeep I turn on the fog lights and get out to check them, sure enough they work just fine. Allen Samuels’ technicians are crooks. I’ve heard horror stories about this dealership prior to going there and I didn’t listen. I will NEVER step back on their property.

Wife took her car in for a recall. They had to remove the cabin filter to perform the recall work and found a rat nest and a dirty filter that was full of cat food. They showed her the filter and rat nest in person then wanted to charge her $50 to replace the filter that they had already removed. She forewent their services so I could do it for free. When I replaced the filter a couple days later I found that they had reinstalled the filter without so much as dumping it into the trash and they had stuffed the nest back in with it. Very disappointing and not professional.

While we were on a rv trip from Oregon to Georgia for our grandsons high school graduation our 2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel broke down on the trip home. We were about 8 miles outside Hutchinson. The internet sent us to Allen Samuels where we were greeted by Reba in service. They got right on the problem, allowed us to camp behind the shop with power. Next day when repair failed 16 miles down road they ordered new part, sent man on 5 hour round trip to pickup part, allowed us to camp again, installed part next day with no additional cost. We would of gladly paid for part and time but they felt that it was their fault we that were delayed.Everyone from Reba in service, Chris the mechanic to the general manager treated us like family. Great people, great service, go beyond the call of duty. Love them all.

Takes them forever to do oil changes I asked them to add some antifreeze to my vehicle and told me okay and marked they did but I looked at the reservoir which I had marked before I left the house with a black sharpie and it was still low on fluid so I went and bought my own antifreeze and put it in there myself I dont like paying high prices for service being done on my car and it not getting the correct service Im the paying customer and after all it is my car that I paid for so Im taking it to another place that I know will check and top off everything even wash and clean it too yes it is extra but I dont mind paying for good service and the home to my oil changes is Conklin cars now I like it there you can watch them perform the service on your car

This place sold my mom a car but they lied and said they were losing $7,000 on the deal really who loses that much but wont take the car back lol. Okay so finally they let her take the car back but they give her a used price 1000s of $ less. I went to speak with them and I only got to talk with the manager who sat down along with 5 sales men in a tiny office leaving one chair open in the corner of the room that was very unprofessional and rude if you care about your customer dont you think they should get you individual attention. So not a good place in my eyes the car my mom originally bought was a 2017 dodge journey that was used as a fleet car with 4500 miles on it you can go straight to dodge and get them for $19,000 with 0 miles but some how here they lose $7,000 after selling it for $20,000 before taxes. But what can you say when doing business with a car lot thats not use to having customers that research the average cost for a dealer is about 40-60% less than retail value so they made about $10,000 on my mother minus expenses then gave her credit of around $16,000 twords a different car so they made $4,000 in a loner car basically then because she didnt think there was anyway out of the deal and wasnt happy with that car she trades it in to get a different one with her $16,000 in lot credit and winds up owing $37,000 on a Lincoln MKX witch they got for about $19,000 well that was the quickest $22,000 you guys have ever made and the worst thing is the sells men that had just started working there got a whopping $500 out of the deal. Greed is sickening are community is valuable but atAllen Samuels we will sell your grandmas walker; if its a extra $5 profit then tell you we lost it! Because we have been open lining are pockets with your hard earned profit 1 simple scam at a time😄😜😂
