I have had 2 eye exams and 2 pair of glasses at Southwest Eye Care in Hutchinson. The staff there are very kind, accommodating, and professional. The service was exceptional and I will be back for all my eye needs.

Routine Annual exam. There is always very personable and professional conversation. This visit proved to be steady as she goes but we are on watch for the things that develop with advancing age.

The staff was very nice and made you feel welcome.They did a very good job on my glasses.

The staff is very friendly and helpful to the patients. Dr. Glaser is outstanding and goes above and beyond with patient care.

Came in didn’t know we had to make a reservation there was a sweet older lady who was nice the whole time but there was a big lady next to her who was rude and lazy didn’t wanna do anything and made a comment “looks like we’re not gonna get lunch “ right in front of us but before that there was a tall lady and when the older lady asked for help she turned around fast walked away and said “nope on my break “ all lazy those two little girls shouldn’t be working if that’s the case they left that poor lady to do everything herself she still had a smile on her face for helping us but the big lady and tall one should definitely be put not be working these types of jobs

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, assisting me with my needs for finding the correct glasses. I will be back again

I have been seeing Dr. Scott Glaser at Southwest Eyecare in Hutchinson for several years. He takes excellent care of my eye and explains everything to me at each visit.

To whom it may concern and I hope you pass this along to who it would.I understand what it means to operate a small business, and to have cash flow into a small business is necessary to operate. I do however want to say how disappointed I am that when a person provides the insurance information that you make an attempt to look at it even though it is out of network. it would have taken 2 min to look up the insurance information online and offer a little customer service and care to someone else’s child. That is why people pay insurance premiums for their college kids and continue seeing Dr and practices that work with kids that are away for college. I would have gladly given a card to keep on file for you to wait for the insurance benefits and charged the exact amount later because how your small business needs money so do college kids. If you are going to have someone pay the full amount of the appointment the least you could do is offer a cash discount for the inconvenience of the service you were unable to provide. I don’t know 1 newly college student away from home who knows how these things operate and I would surely never recommend a business that would deliberately take advantage of one either. I do expect a phone call from the business manager about this situation so I know that my concerns were address.

I love this placeVery caring people work here and make you feel like family. Very intense testing to make sure of things. Will definitely be my eye Dr for a long time. Tammy and Dr Scott Glaser are the best!!!!

Dr. Glaser has been my optometrist since I moved to Hutchinson in 2000. He has always taken great care of me and also his approach to the care of my kids is perfect. Dr. Glaser and his family are also very involved in the community. I strongly recommend Dr. Glaser for your eye care needs.

The Dr was good. Billing sucks. I ordered 2 pair after they confirmed both would be covered by insurance. 2 months later they want me to pay for one of them because they misunderstood the information they recieved. Total incompetence.
