I was able to get an appointment at the last minute do to an emergency check with my eyethat morning. At 2:15, I was in their office and was diagnosed by Dr. Hansen. It was a good experience with good care. I was so glad to have their service that day. Thank you again for your excellent and timely help.

Staff is always very welcoming. Dr. Hansen is very friendly and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer questions. Very nice office and time spent in the waiting room is never very long. My kids love their “prescriptions” (ice cream from Bogeys) after each visit. 😊 I would definitely recommend Southwind Eyecare!

Always a good experience going to Southwind. They care about your eye health and will do everything possible to make sure you see well and are comfortable I. Your new glasses.My only complaint would be with some of the staff in optical. They are not very proficient in making sure that your glasses are comfortable and not crooked on your face. Experience and maybe extra education would correct this.Otherwise I highly recommend them.

Needed replacement reading glasses and when I called, they got me in within a week. Then when my regular doctor had to be gone for personal reasons, they changed and appointment and still were able to see me. All changes were explained and was an a pleasant experience.

Very Poor Communication with the Dr.s and billing staff. They ask for my Insurance and I gave it to them but the neglected to inform me that they wouldnt accept it. Therefore Im stuck with a massive bill, the Dr. also referred me to a Specialist without discussing his fees. I have a feeling I will be taken again. Next week Im having my records transferred to the Grene Vision Group. Never again will I use Southwind Eye Care for my vision health.
