Bought a massage chair and a loveseat. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to a nswer all my questions. The delivery team was equally spectacular. This is the first time I made a purchase at the SS but it certainly will not be the last. I highly recommend the Sleep Shoppe. A great place of business!

Me and a friend went and was looking at beds for her and after we had picked out one and asked for the price and if there was financing available for the bed they said yes then about 15 minutes later they came back to us and said that they had sold out of the bed that my friend wanted so we had to pick another one out and then they added more money on to the fees by the time every thing was done my friend was paying more than what they originally said the price was. Then after the bed was delivered and my friend and her husband tried sleeping on it it was so hard they couldnt sleep on it at all so we went back up there and talked to them and got them to trade the bed out for another one that was softer then my friends husband set up the payments for them to pay the bed off without interest

James with the Sleep Shoppe went above and beyond to assist me. I had been on their website and found a recliner that I was interested in purchasing. I called to see if they had it in stock. They did not. They had ordered some but I didnt really care to wait for a month or more. I gave James some parameters and he went to work finding the perfect chair. Even texted me pictures. He took my payment by phone and got the delivery scheduled for tomorrow. EXCELLENT customer service!!

Kevin and Debra were wonderful... Kevin was knowledgeable about all my questions.. when I went back in he was at lunch but Debra was there to help when I took the hubby in and made our purchase.. thanks guys.. now waiting for the bed to come in and were all good..😀

So sad! I think they have forgotten me again. Still waiting on a table that was in stock on April 8th. I can buy that table from Wal-Mart, Overstock and Amazon.The rest of the furniture was delivered two months ago without a hitch. No one calls unless I bug them!

Brandon, the store manager and owner were fantastic to work with! All made sure my mom got exactly what she needed and was amazingly adaptable in working with her delivery so her new couch was received right as she was moving! Great job Sleep Shoppe!

I am continuously amazed every time I walk through The Sleep Shoppes doors! From purchase to delivery, the process always exceeds my expectations! All staff are friendly, not pushy, just good family oriented people that makes my shopping experiences beyond satisfying! Even when Im simply wanting to look at options without purchasing, they are knowledgeable about all furnishings, they will give advice, if you ask, and seek all options. When purchasing, all transactions have always gone smoothly without errors or hiccups. Ive purchased several items in the past and recently a beautiful Ashley Olsberg Steel Sofa and an ART Troy Gray Rug. The sofa has pocket coiled cushions and sturdy structure. It is quite devine to sit or lay on!I want to give accolades to Nathan and Lexi, floor sales associates, for their guidance, friendliness, and patience. Also, the water.. lol! A big thank you and accolades to the delivery guys, Nick and Kaleb, who carefully brought in my sofa, patiently moved my furniture to accommodate my sofa and went that extra mile to move my furniture back in place. And thank you for removing my other sofa and following my requests! I do not have enough words or space here to extend my gratitude and gratefulness to these hard working guys here. We had our bed set up to be delivered. They called 5 minutes before they were to be there to say the roads were to bad. When my husband said they told him their driver side someone earlier in the day due to weather. Really? Roads werent bad and they should have called earlier to let us know. They knew the weather was coming in yesterday its been all over the news. Common sense would be to call and reschedule, especially since my husband missed a day of work and they wouldnt even give any discount. Not good customer service. Guess I will buy my bed and the love seat elsewhere. And dont keep giving me excuses just because you didnt want to deliver.

I needed a sofa, dresser and king mattress for my sons new apartment and didnt have time to shop. Kevin (owner) worked with me over the phone to find the items we needed, within our budget, and his selections were excellent! The transaction was super easy, the delivery team was communicative and polite with me over the phone and that professionalism extended to my daughter who received the delivery at the house. Since were loading the furniture on a truck and moving it to KC we didnt need set up and the delivery guys followed those directions perfectly. I got home yesterday and everything was still wrapped up and ready for us to load into the moving van. I had an excellent experience and those in Wichita should look outside Wichita and check out Sleep Shoppe & Furniture Gallery - great selection, great prices, and delivery was free even to my ICT address.

We were in the market for a new recliner, so started with the Sleep Shoppe. No need to go anywhere else! John guided us around the store so that we could test drive many different chairs with different features. We narrowed it down to two chairs and made the final decision from there. Joes favorite feature is the adjustable head rest. These new power chairs are amazing! (The $100 off for MLK Day was an added bonus!)P.S. The chair was delivered the next day by 10:00 am. Win-win!

I came in to find a new mattress. Brandon was very helpful and had me go through a mattress test. The testing unit can tell the type of mattress you need by answering some questions and then laying on it. He then showed me some mattresses that aligned with the test.After rating several mattresses, he invited me to bring back my wife so that we could see what mattresses were good for both of us. We can back several days later and he did a great job of helping us evaluate our options. My wife and I agreed on a mattress and he helped setup the delivery and the extra items we bought.Overall I had a great time. Brandon asked me what I wanted to spend and kept me basically in that area. He wasnt pushy and genuinely wanted me to buy what I wanted.

I just had the most amazing delivery and haul off from this business!!! They hauled out a hide-a bed sofa and recliner and brought in a new reclining love seat and new recliner. They were SO professional in the manner that they handled both situations. They put everything back (against me saying I would do it myself..

I went in to just browse around at the sofas, but the sales lady was so nice and helpful, I stayed and looked at every single one. The sales people do not work on commission so they are interested in more than just the sale. I will definitely be back.

Would have given them 5 stars but right now Im not very happy with them. Bought a bedroom suite and ordered a recliner that was supposed to be in in 5 weeks. I approved for them to wait until the recliner arrived to deliver my bedroom suite. Would save them a delivery and I wasnt quite ready for it because I wanted to paint the bedroom. Five weeks later I get a call that the the company was out of the fabric I chose and was going to have to order more. I understand that was out of the Sleep Shoppes control so I was ok with that. Delivery was now going to be the middle of October. Had not heard anything by the 30th of Oct. so I called them. My chair was somewhere on a truck headed this way. Would be in on the 3rd or maybe the 6th of November. No word from them so called on the 7th of Nov. The chair had arrived at their store but they cannot deliver it until Friday the 9th. I patiently waited when things happened that were out of their control. But now that the chair is in their possession I think the least they could do would be to deliver it ASAP. I feel they took advantage of my patience. They should have delivered my chair and bedroom suite the day the chair arrived instead of make me wait another 4 days.

I went to the sleep shop in hopes of finding a nice couch or chais longe to add to my living room. I found one that would work. I had the salesman lift it up so I could inspect the underneath part of the chair and the salesman purposely put his hand over the broken leg. It looked great except it was a broken, faulty piece of furniture, except it wasnt and I didnt realize it until I got it home. I paid cash and thought it was strange that both the salesman and the fellow who loaded the chair made me sign a sales slip. I believe this was because they both knew the furniture was flawed and wanted me to think there was no recourse in getting a refund except for in store credit. I thought all was well until I got the furniture home and my son and I unloaded it. My son discovered the broken leg. I was ticked off and felt duped. I am hoping that I get a promising judgement in small claims to get my money back as I requested the next day the shop was open. The only written reply I have received from the shop was that they would contact me with a decision and of course you guessed it they want to give me an inhouse credit. I dont feel like that is fair because they knew it was a damaged piece of furniture, Ive hauled it home and now if all goes well I will have to haul it back at my expense in order to get a fair deal and not be duped, by a REPUTABLE STORE OWNER IN HUTCHINSON, KANSAS.
