Wonderful selection of furniture. Weve bought multiple pieces of furniture here; 2 beds, 2 couches, chair, bench, etc. Have always been very impressed. People on sales floor are always kind and informative. I like that they allow you space to look and are not overbearing, but are always right there if you have questions. We dont shop anywhere else for our furniture. Keep up the good work, guys!

Very Friendly and helpful and picked out the right recliner.

Purchased a a recliner with heat and massage option. Chair came, but heating and massage element was broke. The chair also continued to rock once the footrest was put up. Took almost a month took get the part. Finally when they came to service the chair the guy was able to get it stop rocking. Now a couple of months later we are having the same issue. I am now getting the run around to get a confirmation of someone to come and fix the chair. We purchased the warranty. This is my mothers primary place of sleep. Keith the owner was extremely rude. Not helpful. Will not purchase from this place again or recommend this place!

Absolutely terrible service. Unwilling to accommodate on a date and time for delivery. We scheduled for delivery and it didnt show up at the time we were told I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very polite but not helpful what so ever. He said they scheduled delivery for the following week not this week. This is pathetic I am about 15-20 minutes away and would pick it up myself if I had a trailer but I dont. The guy said most orders are scheduled months out because manufacturers are behind on production. This is irrelevant to me because I purchased something that is in stock purposefully so that I didnt have to wait. Extemely disappointed, I will be sure to spread the word of my negative experience here with anyone looking to purchase furniture in the area. Word of mouth goes a long way and I wish this experience was different.

Ive purchased items for our home and for my office from Factory Direct. They provide excellent customer service, fair prices, friendly delivery, and quality products. Id recommend anyone to stop and give them a chance.

I ordered and paid for a bedroom set on May 11rh. Every time I call about a delivery they keep pushing out the date They told me June 15, then June 22nd, then July 2nd and now they told me it will not be till July 15 th. I very disappointed and frustrated with this furniture store.

Do not recommend going here for any reason whatsoever unless you want to be accosted immediately upon entry and followed relentlessly as well as being given as little as they can give for as much as they can get. The prices are somewhat high.But dont expect to go in and get what you like, they have to order it and you will not walk out with anything, same day, unless its from the damaged and discontinued area

Would definitely recommend. There staff was excellent throughout the entire purchase and scheduling delivery. We did have product concerns when our furniture arrived, and the owners took great care resolving the issue with a fast turnaround and quality furniture.

A few years ago I purchased a home and Factory Direct has helped me complete each room with the furniture I need. Factory Direct offers a great selection, friendly, helpful service and high-quality furniture. Ive purchased a couch, recliner, dining room set and bedroom furniture from Factory Direct over the last few years. Each purchase has gone smoothly and their delivery service is great too!

Looked at a whole living room set, that was cheaper at other stores, but wanted to support local businesses. They said they would price match the other stores with a text of advertised price. We drove all the way ay to town and wasted our time and gas as they refused to match other stores prices. Don’t waste your time at factory direct. They lose business and customers over a little $ especially when they have such a high mark up on furniture.

Since moving to Hutchinson 11 years ago, this is the only place we have ever purchased furniture from. Almost yearly infact. We wanted to support a local business and were always very pleased with and recommended Factory Direct Furniture.We had an issue with our 4yr old, barely used, $3,200 Flex Steel sectional. The frame was cracked due to poor manufacturing. They refused to stand behind their product. Setting the sectional issue aside, while I remained calm, he continued talking in a belittling and rude demeanor. VERY disappointed and will never again purchase from or recommend Factory Direct Furniture. But, as the man told me when I said we would no longer purchase from them, He said, I could threaten that all I want, but I was just one customer and there was nothing they could do.Just thought this one customer should let potential customers know to take their business elsewhere!

Last year we decided to replace our old couch. Over the years weve learned from our purchases and knew we wanted to invest in comfort. We found an amazing leather couch and loveseat at Factory Direct Furniture and the set was electric. I hadnt heard of such a thing before, but my husband convinced me to give it a try. I am sure glad I did. Talk about comfort. I absolutely love the way Factory Direct treats their customers. Their customer service and delivery crew are top notch and the sales crew is so knowledgeable. They never make me feel pressured into anything, but are there when Im ready to buy. I walked in this store around 12:30 today. Two ladies were in a room to the right of the entrance. I think they worked there.i walked through the whole stor without anyone coming to greet me or ask if I need help. I found a couch that I wanted, but taking my business elsewhere! Very poor customer service! They lost $1500.00!
