I asked what they would be willing to pay for a billy #52 funko pop. (Certainly listed on pops price guide for $80) They said the wouldnt use ppg as a credible source for value because they can buy billy for $35 on ebay. I told him that the one he can buy for $35 from ebay will be a fake. If you actually know something about funko pops then you know that ppg is the most credible source for value because they get the prices based on what that pop has sold for across all internet platforms including Amazon, ebay ect. After what he told me I now know that they probably buy and sell fakes. So I definitely would not recommend this store. Due to their lack of knowledge about what they buy and sell.

Game on is a freaking Nirvana for video game enthusiasts! Theyve got retro theyve got new, they got everything! Atari games, nes, snes, gamecube, we, ps2, PS1, PS 3, PS4, ps5, all the xboxes, movies, collectibles, peripherals, consoles, anything you can think of! I bought four Nintendo 64 controllers, 1 nintendo 64 game, and 1 GameCube controller. Told me that if the game doesnt work if I bring it back within 7 days theyll either refund the money or help me find a different game. Amazing customer service! Highly, highly, highly recommend these guys!

This place is my childhood on shelves meticulously placed for optimal display. Pricing is decent for collectors and the wares are in excellent shape given the age and use of some. Would recommend to anyone in the area who likes collecting old games and nerd memorabilia.

I tried to trade 5 xbox one games for xbox 360 and all the games I had were over 200 dollars and they said I only have 20 bucks to spend so I told them to give me my games back

With a wide selection of movie, tv series, video games new and old your likely to find something of interest. There are also figurines and various consoles and electronics as well as a great array of magic the gathering cards, sleeves, deck boxes and playmats.

Large selection of games trading cards and action figures is the good side downside to the rating is they said they could fix the pins in an snes however after taking it to them they said it could be fixed however they dont fix the pins there and when asked where I could take it they didnt have an idea. Followed up with the question of if I could buy a new console they said yes but then they said they didnt have one in stock and Id have to wait till someone traded an old snes in.

This place has by far the biggest collection of classic games, especially SNES. I went in thinking Id find maybe one of what I was looking for, but instead they had them all. Plus, the employee was very helpful and friendly, which made it an even better visit.

I purchased a supposedly refurbished xbox 360 4g on saturday march 12, 2011. i hooked it up later that evening, and to my dismay, the disk tray constantly sticks and the unit itself is so loud, from previous experience, the fan motor is about to go out. i eas told by the sales associate at the time,of purchase that i have 30 days for return so naturally im here now and sunday march 13, 2016 to return this item at store opening at 12:05pm. once again, bad news. the sales associate tells me that i now have to come back monday march 14, at store open to have the store manager give me the refund because sales associates are apparently not allowed to do cash refunds. as a previous manager of a store here at the mall, i know for a fact that she couldve called him to,come in and give me the refund but instead she started to get a bad attitude towards me so i said ok ill come back tomorrow and talk with the manager. this is a joke and a great example of how NOT to run a business. i work 3rd shift so i now have to go out of my way to get a refund for the item purchased in good faith which turned out to be a lemon. this is a bad business practice in my opinion and will never shop at this store again. period. ive now lost complete faith,in the hutchinson mall and after i teturn the item on monday morning, i will never shop at the hutchinson mall again either. ( i went to the mall offices directly after being told id have to come back tomorrow for the refund to file a complaint, knocked multiple times, called and left a message with NO answer besides th machine. lights are all on but no ones home. lol, typical.***update, monday march, 14. i return to the stote for my cash refund. the manager immediately tells me im not getting any cash refund. even though the tray sticks and the fan is going out. i have to take another console. this is a joke of a business and as stated i will NEVER go to ANY store at the hutchinson mall ever again. so now im,left to try and find someone to sell it to, or go sell it at the pawn shop for $50 and eat the difference. ( i lose $60.04)oh well, lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR ITS DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS TACTICS. they are obviously have no concern for proper business etiquette or customer satisfaction at all for that matter. i shouldve spent the extra $50 and went to walmart. nuff said.

I bought a refurbished ps2 controller (that was slightly overpriced) and i went home to find it didnt work, i return to the store for a replacement and am accused of switching the controller with a broken one, i was very upset however i did leave with a 3rd party controller. (whole point of going was to get a 1st party controller) glad i wasted my time and money on this.

They would be a great store if they would get a few things straight......I have had to go back and return a grand total of seven games and DVDs because they either put the wrong damn disc in the case or it was cracked.They typicaly take the media back but there has been one or two times that they have not.So as of now I don`t recommend this place to anybody,Unless your weekly paycheck is below $30 a week.
