Yes my son went into the shop one of the worker tried to pick a fight talking that my son had hit his girlfriend and told him to leave being rude and wanting to fight him my son left thats the kind of service you get my son Never has hit a girl, women or child thats called (defamation of character) will see you guys in Court thank you never ever will shop there again!!!

Showed up at 4:30pm Saturday...... After rushing around, to be sure to be here before 5. (Per web, this was their posted closing time ( and theyre closed. (Hours on. the door say Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and just FYI Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday closed

The workers at Hutchinson Pawn and Jewelry are top notch. Always helpful and when I need to pawn something they always take care of my merchandise. I have never had an issue with their service.

They offer some good prices but heaven help you if you need to call them. I called them one time off and on for an hour and not a single person answered the phone. Now while I know they get busy AN HOUR??? Not very professional if you ask me

I bought a laptop from them this last Friday and later found out the CD drive does not work properly, so I went back in today to return it and they told me they do not do returns and can only give me half back of what I paid for it if I were to return it. That is poor business practices on their end, especially when dealing with used electronics. If you are needing a laptop, go to Sunset Pawn whom allows returns within a week or go buy a new one rather than getting screwed by a business with stingy business practices.

This is the only pawn shop in Hutchinson that I deal with. Always real friendly and honest always work with me when I need to pawn something and give me a reasonable price! Will always take my business here fromantic now on!!
