Its a great place to shop - except for when the dark haired young woman running the self check outs is there. She speaks so loudly that you can hear her at any part of the store. Yesterday, she was helping a customer, which is great, but she stood where I was checking out and called across the store for another employee named Phillip to assist. And I know thats who she called for because she yelled it so loudly that I had to grasp my left ear and shout out in pain. She did not notice. I left with my ears ringing and the beginnings of a migraine.

Self check out was ran by an obnoxious loud young girl that refused to acknowledge that a sixty two year old bald man was old enough to buy a Twisted Ice Tea with out showing an ID . If there wasnt bad weather coming in the next day I would have left the 90 dollars worth of groceries there and left. Aldi here I come.

Always had a good experience from this store. My family has been going to this store for over 50 years. Ive moved out of town now & came back to help my parents, now my mother has breast cancer. My 81 year old dad & I went to the store for groceries early because of this virus & my father was disrespected for some reason by the cashier Adan for being friendly to Andrew the carry out telling him to have a good day. Adan rolled his eyes, but when we first walked up my dad asked if he was open he shrugged his shoulders & said ya like we were already bothering him. I did call the manager & he did say he was a good kid, but not today when I needed him to be. I will be going else where now to find someone who is a GOOD KID when I need to see it not hear it from a store manager. These times are craxy in the world. I dont expect to be treated like Im bothering someone when I giving out my money thats hard to come by now.

Normally, I love shopping here but the woman they have watching over the self checkout registers during the daytime is so blatant with her negative opinion of some customers that I will now do my shopping elsewhere. She has stopped me several times saying that she seen that I had items in the bagging ste that I had not scanned and would even argue with me when I ensured her that I had. She has walked by and made rude comments & insinuations that have made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I even heard her say, Get this girl on camera, I can tell by the way she looks that she didnt scan every item... ..call the law. I cannot believe that this is kind of treatment is allowed to continue on!

I want to shout out the Dillons on 4th street’s customer service woman who brilliantly reminded (demanded) us to wear our masks and that “it’s a requirement and not an option.” Thank you for thinking of my health.Sincerely,The free thinker.

The teenage girl espiranza running the register was very rude. She rang items up wrong and when I corrected her she told me I was wrong. She fixed what was wrong then laughed at me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional typical rude teenager. Emma was acting manager i guess she also did nothing. If this was my store she would have been fired on the spot!

My favorite Dillons if I need something quick. The self checkout help is friendly. Deli is good and helpful.If they had sushi Id never go to another dillons.Pharmacists are my fave even though their staff can be questionable.

Always love going in there. Lara and Alan are always helpful if I need it... Always seem up to date .

Basically, this place is like shopping for groceries on the moon in the year 3030.Also, they have an on site health clinic, so you can go get a prostate exam while your spouse is getting sized up for a ring at their jewelry store.10/10 on convenience, however I am disappointed at the poor selection of ugly Christmas sweaters and marital aids.

Bathrooms need some serious deep scrubbing!

Was almost ran over by multiple employees pushing carts as they rounded corners and zipped through aisles without looking around them and being aware of their surroundings. There is trash and boxes everywhere unattended, which is a huge trip hazard! We were in the store for atleast 30 minutes and not a single person, smiled, said hello, or acknowledged us. We have also been checking regularly for the fruit pizza to be in stock with no luck and when we asked if they would be making them soon we got an I dont know.

Dillons?Always has what youre lookin for.I cant imagine someone having a bad experience grocery shopping...

I mainly use the Pharmacy. Food items are easy to find and store is laid out logically. Deli is great when you have the right person working back there.

Layout of store was simple and easy to view. Staff were courteous and asked if they could assist. Great discounts and rewards

We always shop at our 4th street Dillons.. We know where most of the items we use are located, and really enjoy our store.. The only negative thing I can say is they dont carry the cat food our 17 year, spoiled cat will eat..

Generally good products on the shelves, but I would avoid the produce here. My self and a friend have gotten food poisoning on two separate occasions from fruit here. Employees are a bit stand-off-ish.

Smaller store, easier access. Some products moe easily accessible than in other stores🎧💌

Close to my home can get in and out quickly.

Had found what I needs had rain chi go some water young man was very kind . I had 24.00 on me TotO 25 and change I foun another dollar in my change . He paid the cents . Didnt treat me poorly.every impressed.

The pharmacy is slooow. Doc call in meds in early morning an still isnt ready by 430 pm. Needs help in there that really could speed things up. Store puts whoever in to hand meds an know clue whats going on.

Favorite Dilions to shop in Hutch. Cleanest around

Sale prices not on computer so I got folgers free. Of course I had gone home then had to drive back to Dillons for price correction. I find Dillons to be really more expensive than Walmart so I do not shop there except for specials o r coupons.

Dillons is a great grocery store, except for the Locking Wheels on the carts, the carts are very hard to use in the store, so maybe they should go to a different company so that they can still have the stops on a bed only should go off when you get to the line
