This as a review for ClickList pickup. I understand why this place is always so busy, its because they are the best around. Thank you for putting our groceries in sacks with handles rather than paper bags. Thank you for choosing good produce. Most of all, thank you for all of your hard work.

Our mom passed away during the pandemic. The floral department did an amazing arrangement, not once but twice! The first was for the burial service and seven months later for her Celebration of Life. We told the florists Mom loved every kind of colorful flower! We were not disappointed! Both arrangements exceeded what we had envisioned! The florists did a beautiful job!

The employees were very helpful. I had to use an electric cart and the battery died. An employee went and got me another one.

First time there was a good experience called me one hour before appointment and was leaving at my original appointment time and I had a full trailer of flowers, everyone was very friendly,thanks Dillion’s

I could have drove to KS in the time it took... I ordered 2 bouquets to the local hospital, for same day delivery. Neither of which happened. After calling the store the next day for a refund, the manager offered for me to do the delivery myself, not mentioning the fee Id already paid them. After a relative then picked up and delivered the bouquets we realized none of the names were even correct. Dont use this service. Its obvious the core tasks of floral delivery are completely lost on this group.

Anything and everything you could possibly need in one place...and their produce is always on point! They also have granola, chia seeds and other necessities in bulk bins!!

I would certainly give them 5 stars, but I have gone three times now to eat at their deli and or Chinese kitchen and the workers and cooks are not wearing there masks properly. They have them under their nose. I certainly dont want to take a chance on getting Covid just for food. However, I do want to say that overall Dillons has done a great job at trying to have everyone wear their masks properly and I appreciate it!

I live in Texas and called to make a delivery to family for a special occasion! I called the floral department and told the the flowers and goodies that we wanted for a gift and deliver them to our family in hutch. Their flowers were gorgeous and everything done so right. They delivered them also! I’m so happy on how it was all done that I appreciate the ladies and everyone that helped with taking care of our family for us! Thanks for a great team at Dillons!

Its a great place to shop

Worst experience in a store in a long time. Stood in line to check out for over 30 minutes! Cashiers lines were backed around isles....self check out was the same.....finally my turn......the self checkout belt starts shoving everything back up front bc it isnt recognizing products of dillons im ringing up. Clerks couldnt keep up with all the problems those check outs were having. I ended up leaving my whole cart of groceries there and went and got my stuff at Wal-Mart! And for them to pick out your groceries and you pick up its 5 bucks.....only cost 10 for delivery. Might as well just pay 5 dollars extra and get it delivered!

Great grocery store

Very Clean, The Lady Greeter at the door was very nice ans polite..Had excatly what we were looking for ..Cashier was nice and the bag boy as well..We love shoppinh there..Great prices save alot with dillions card !

This store said I had to wear a mask to shop there, FYI mask wearing is not a law. The manager said I would have to shop somewhere else. That is exactly what Im going to do.

I shop here for just about everything. I use Click List frequently and I’m always happy with it. It’s so convenient! Lots of selection at this store.

This Dillons is 24/7 but there absolutely no registers open this is poor management especially on a holiday and no one here offered any help at all

They have just about any thing you would want in a store and more.

I have always enjoyed shopping here until today. I came to pickup a few items. I had my mask on, but not one employed had mask on. I am doing my part to protect them by wearing a mask. Why is store not doing there part. Also they are not ever trying to stay 6 feet .away.

Everything is great when you do your own shopping but I dont recommend the curbside. Ive used it a few times and each time I either got cracked eggs or old and moldy produce. The kids working the curbside service are super polite though.

This is a great Dillons Marketplace. It is very cutting edge. The fuel station accepts debit cards!

Shopping is a bit annoying because they make you run the entire store for like 4 things.But the deli is great. Fried chicken and fixings is good and they will make it fresh if you ask. The sushi is also authentic and worth it. Salad is big and fresh.Good organic selection and the international aisle is good for the area. Starbucks is there too.There is a little seating area to eat. Self checkout is right there. So easy to run in, get a meal, and run out.

I enjoy this store. They have a wide variety of items from quality produce to kitchen ware, clothing and flowers. We enjoyed the all you can eat salad bar; the kids even found things they liked. There is always something neat to see and plenty of bargains. I know that any items I purchase here will be top quality.

Giving two stars just because of deli. Selections would be good, except some were empty and most all others were old and crusty from lack of even being freshened/stirred. Got some fried rice which was dry/crunchy. Worst I have ever seen in Kroger affiliated store. Store itself is nice, with good selections.

Good selection and prices plus friendly service

Slow, incompetent checkers. Its almost easier and faster to self check at times. The store is always clean, and staff is usually friendly, and if you have a question where to find a certain item theyre quick to help. Overall I would recommend this Dillons over other Hutchinson locations.

This is the nicest Dillons Ive ever been to. It opened back in 2013 so its pretty new. The shopping options are very large and they have a jewelry store, a Starbucks and a small clinic. Nice place to come for shopping or to just look around.

I have only been to this Dillons a handful of times. Todays visit was not too bad but by the time we left the store I was ready to go. The store is so big and spread out it is much like walking through Walmart. I prefer to go to a smaller store when in a hurry to get in and out.

Pharmacy staff is always kind and helpful

One of the best stores in town. Not quite whole foods crazy/expensive, but far from the typical grocery store or supermarket.The selection of food and ingrdients is wide and varied. The pharmacy is great, too. If you enjoy cheese, there is a nice selection to choose from. There is a lot of fresh seafood to find, too.Theres a Starbucks and a sushi bar. Most appear not to make full use of the sushi bar, simply picking up the variety packs. However, you can have them make your own pack with whatever you like. The eel sushi and fried bean curd pouches are fantastic.

A little out of the way but has such a great variety of food things and they have a great pharmacy section. They have a great foreign food section. I always get sushi from their deli and curry sauces are good

I am very happy with service I get here. The staff will physically walk you to the item you are looking for. I do 80% of my shopping here. I order my kids birthday cakes, get my prescriptions, and some hard to find stuff like actual peppermint oil. If you use their website you can get more coupons and promotions than just in the store.

The selection for quality food is tremendous. The service is above and beyond. There cannot be one bad thing to say about this Dillons. Wish the others were like this one.

Its always easy to go in and get want you want and get back out. I like the self checkout. Also they have good buys.

Was looking for things and one of the gentlemen from produce helped me find what I needed. He was awesome. Thank you. Only the second time I have been to that store. After the first I said I wouild never go back. I just May have to go back now.

I usually shop this location and rarely have a negative experience. Tonight that wasnt the case. I went in for some chicken for a quick easy night with the family and hadnt ever purchased a full rotisserie so I went up to the counter where the fried chicken is. I asked associate where I may be able to find. Her answer was very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope next trip is different.

Clean store, excellent help when needed. Wonderful atmosphere. Plenty of parking for disabled much better than Walmart. We like this new store so much better then their other local stores the atmosphere is just wonderful and can see employees happy with their jobs.

This Dillons is relatively new. It was understood before this store opened that its biggest competitor was Wal-Mart. So this Dillons went all out. They have so much to offer that you can almost get lost. This store is amazing. Just remember to bring your shopping list.

The selection of options for nearly anything just dwarfs the competitors. Also, a fantastic selection of produce from aloe leaves to chia seeds. They really have an impeccable variety at a reasonable price. Plus, the staff are top-notch in customer service.

I love Dillons!! Today with our downloaded coupon we received 50% off all holiday candy and merchandise. We just had to purchase $20.00 worth of food to get the deal!!

We were searching for a particular item. Several employees were very helpful in locating the item. Being elderly and disabled we appreciate the fact that our groceries were carried out and loaded in our car.

Love my local Dillons! The staff is top notch! Someone always stops and asks if Im finding everything ok during my trips. Love the smiles!

Friendly staff, seafood smelled fresh. Short wait at the pharmacy. The store was bright and clean. I have a question. Now that you covered all your front windows, you may have created a security issue. Lets just say you had an armed robbery, or worse yet, an active shooter. Law enforcement responds and the officers cannot see who is on the other side of the doors. As they approach the doors open automatically. Im no expert but this looks like a problem.

The floral department is always so incredibly helpful and skilled. Their arrangements are always fresh, tastfully and beautifully arranged, and they are reasonably priced. Even the $10 or $15 bouquets will last for weeks. The best floral in town!The rest of the store is good too.

Went today to get some Chinese food for my family bought two family meals and as we started eating my mother found a long hair in her food! It even looked tangled and nasty 🤮 I called to inform them about the hair and all they said was that they could replenish the food. Why would I want more food after feeling disgusted about finding the hair? 😂 I bought TWO family meals I don’t any more food.

If you want Starbucks while you shop for jewelry, this is your store. Who knew Dillons had in-house jewelry stores? When I first walked in it confused me because seriously, who is like, Im just here for a quick half carrot and a gallon of milk. But hey, maybe that works (?).

Best personalities in the Chinese kitchen, and deli. The ladies there Sara and Jennifer and Ruth, are so compassionate with austic son and make him feel happy. I love these women!!

I shop here all the time and it is great as long as you know where to find things, which I normally do since this is my local store. Love their healthy selections and great alternative options for things like gluten free, lactose free, organic, etc., and I love all the variety of serve yourself bars they have, like the extensive salad bar, olive bar, fresh sushi, fancy cheeses, pick your own mochis, and frozen dinner bar.However, customer service, at least at night (9:30ish), is laughable. I got shrugged at when I asked for help finding cheesecloth, looking at you Ryan. I get that cheesecloth may be a little more of an obscure thing to find, but Ive worked in retail and I know there should be systems in place to find things. I asked if the location could be looked up and was told no. Im just not sure how a big chain like Dillons could function without having a system to find things even with the SKU, which I had from the website. After asking one guy to help me who didnt even know what cheesecloth is, I did look it up online and it told me aisle 46 but I couldnt find it there after scouring the aisle several times. The aisle is the closet and laundry aisle, so I dont really see why cheesecloth would be there anyway. I eventually found some cheesecloth on my own, but it was more expensive that what I was seeing online and a totally different brand. When I searched their website, only one brand came up and it was $2.99. The brand I found was $4.99, almost twice as much. And it was hard to find because I was looking for completely different packaging. I was literally about to leave to go to Walmart. Walmart, people! So, Ive already been turned away by 2 employees and now am paying twice as much for what I need and when I get to the register the card reader stops working. Thats really no ones fault and my cashier, Keith, was great and really did his best to find a solution and Ryan from earlier had to come and fix it, which he did so that was nice and he was knowledgeable about that, even if he wasnt the most helpful or friendly earlier.*Edit* I did go in during the next week or two and had a really great experience. They were having the really big sale in the closing with all the final markdowns and the lady working apparel was really helpful. She made sure that I didnt need anything before I even asked, and then anticipated me needing the dressing room and again, I didnt have to ask, she just saw me coming. Then, when I was using self checkout and needed help because one of the jackets I was getting had a security tag, the main person working was really busy and an associate that seemed to be just passing by stopped to help and made sure I didnt need anything else. They did a much much better job. That was during the daytime instead of at night like my previous noteworthy experience, so I have since changed my rating from a 3 to a 4. You can read my earlier rationale for the 3 🌟 rating from my original review below:Really, this review would score a 4 or even a 5 if the customer service was where it needed to be. Having associates that know where things are or can find me someone who does is really important to me, especially when the website/app is not the easiest or most accurate. Plus, a lot of people who would need help finding things may not be tech savvy or maybe they dont have the data to look it up. Customer service should be more of a priority. It was made worse by the fact that it was more than just not being able to find things, I felt they didnt even care. Maybe they really didnt, which is understandable, but part of the job is being helpful and caring. Like I said, Ive worked in a big retail store before, I know what its like and what you have to do to get the job done right. Maybe its better during the day, but thats not when I needed help.

Its A Super Dillons. They have great selections on every thing, plus their meat department has excellent steaks like their Sirloin and Ribeyes OMG are they Great. And the people who work there go above and beyond the call of Duty to help the elderly and the disabled such as myself when it comes to helping to put the groceries into our vehicles without having to be asked to help. Thats what I call a professional and thoughtful employees at a professional minded Grocery store. Thank you Dillons.

Had to wait for Deli service,when 3 employees behind counter,1 waited on customer,for5min,another looked on by fryer.waited in line to co out, no offer to help bag groceries,or move them down where we could reach, again 3 people, no greeting or help! Not sure why we want to go there,except closer to house!

We bought stuff on sale, checked out just to realize because we didnt have a stupid card, we overpaid by $45. Thanks lost customer for life over a stupid card discount. Between cashiers that dont care and over pricing stuff to begin with, I am glad there are other places to grocery shop.

All staff helpful except carry out. they stuff all your food in 2 bags so you can carry it out yourself. so that is were customer service fails

For the most part Dillons is really convenient for me,but, what is up with the deli? NEVER enough customer service. Always quite the wait is in store.

Love this place it has everything you need. Even a coffee shop to relax in. Even though I dont drink coffee. The places you get food there you can sit there and eat it.

Id give 5 stars, but, one thing most grocery stores dont notice, is how your employees bag groceries. I want them to get home in the same condition I purchaded them. Baggers just want to get it done. I try to put my groceries on the belt in the fashion I want them bagged, because apparently its rocket science not to throw canned goods on my delicate veggies or chips. Do some training, it would be greatly appreciated. I was offered assistance with my groceries, commendable, but they grabbed my loose veg like a ball of dirty laundry. Smiths Market takes great care in their bagging, I dont feel like I have to do a thing at checkout there.

Dillons Marketplace does what they do very, very well. Friendly people, great service, great groceries. Not as cheap as other alternatives, but often worth it.

A little crowded because of Christmas, but staff was available to help & still had quick check out.

Great experience EXCEPT no roasted chickens available at 5:00ish...I waited in line 15 minutes just to ask when available....the lady was very nice and explained they were ready but just not put on display.

Had what I needed but not the 5# bag of baking soda. 😬. I also was overcharged for and item that was on sale. I went back and they had only 1 girl doing the customer service counter. Very frustrating .... 6 people in line. Took 25 min. To get a $1.64 refund. I thought that f it rang up wrong it was free.
