Super friendly and really down to earth customer service. Absolutely amazing pricing and staff went way beyond their means to make sure I got the right firearm for myself. I really dont want to leave a review mainly because I want the store all to myself. I also have to mention that the owner made me feel like I was the most important person in the world, and he even gave my daughter a free flashlight to play with...eyes watering

We specialize in hard-to-find firearms and antique ammunition for the collector, and modern firearms and optics for the sport shooter, competition shooter, and hunter.That is straight off the main page of their website. I went in there to ask about ordering a rifle with the intention of purchasing three different firearms. I was told by someone that they would not even try ordering the rifle I was looking for. In the past they have always been helpful and would help with any questions or purchases that I needed, but after this I highly doubt Ill ever go back.

I’ve been a customer of this shop for over 20 years and absolutely love how they make you feel at home. Every time we come we are almost always greeted by name even on the busy days. The owner and his employees have taken the time to get to know us as a family over the years & always remember our likes & dislikes as far as products. They aren’t pushy just to make a sale & have fair pricing. The staff Is quite knowledgeable about guns too. You’ve definitely got a customer for life!

Small town gun shop always treats their customers with respect even when the customers are may be new to firearms, they keep a decent stock of guns for the space has a large selection of holsters and carries safes, ammo and some other accessories as well as scopes

Would give zero stars based off my experience there if I could. I’m not sure if ALL of the employees on the clock were having an off day, but their customer service was absolutely abysmal. They were friendly to everyone else in the store, and I was ignored when trying to find someone to help me. I stood in line by the register for 20 minutes after walking around trying to find what I needed. 2 people who worked there, were standing by the register watching another coworker write up a gun sale and not one of them addressed me the entire time I was standing there. When I tried to get their attention they walked away from me. The 3 gentlemen behind the Ruger counter, just stood there staring at me. When I started to approach them, they dispersed. I ended up walking out without a single person addressing me. I wasn’t about to spend money at a place with such rude service.Edit to Jim’s response, I didn’t mention when I was there in my review, so you couldn’t possibly have looked for me in your cameras for the 3 days surrounding when I was there for one. For 2, saying you couldn’t find someone who looked like the picture provided as your come back to your customers poor experience is not how you fix the problem. I understand protecting your business and employees, but that is NOT how you address the poor experience.

Jim is one of the nice’s owners and a great sale team. They will do what it takes to make your experience great. By the way I have boughten many many firearm and traded many with Jim. He has always been fair and good to myself and others I have sent there direction.Great job Jim Cordon Team!

I bought a firearm off of GunBroker from little crow and for the first purchase from both it was excellent.Mary-Annette was awesome to deal with and made everything smoother than cream cheese on a bagel. Will be doing business with again.

Katie & Jim and staff are always eager to please at this establishment. I never ever rate anything five stars but feel it is a must in this case.. I have always been extremely pleased with the level of service I have received whether it buying merchandise, asking questions or even getting advise for getting training. Only place I will shop for all my outdoor sports!

My experience with Little Crow goes back to the days when Jim and John were proprietors of LC. I purchased numerous firearms and was always pleased with both quality and service.I moved to Colorado for several years and now I reside in MN., approx. 2 1/2 hours SW of Hutchinson. Despite the distance I continue to do business with Katie and Jim. Their website is comprehensive and they are very accommodating .Little Crow SS is my choice for firearm needs.

Awesome gun shop and extremely helpful staff. I was specifically looking for a compact 9mm for conceal & carry. They had a huge assortment to view and handle.

Jim helped me find the UN-findable! Now my 19th century shotgun is shooting again with black powder 16ga. ammunition! WOW. Several other items wound up coming home with me as well. Lots of stuff for reloading.

They’re extremely knowledgeable and never make you feel like you’ve asked a “stupid” question. My husband and I have purchased several firearms from them and they’ve always been fair on trade-in prices.

They were getting ready to close when I was making my purchase and they did not even hesitate to stay and finish. Contacted them about shipping a gun that was ordered and they were agian awesome and very helpful.

I have bought and tradded many guns from little crow and Jim and Kattie always have given me great service. And 9 times out of 10 they have just as good of a price or better on guns than anything I see on the internet. They are my go to gun store.

My first visit wasnt too pleasing on some of the answers i was woundering about my ak47, BUT after i traded my ak for a red label 12ga to get a JRC-9 they had there, they helped me through an through and gave me a package deal(ammo and sights) for the trade i had for them....i walked in hesitant at first, walked out with a smile on my face😀 special thanks to KATIE and JIM!! Will be back again!!
