No one here acted Ike they actually wanted to be helpful. Customer service was nonexistent. Minimum effort. I’m here to spend money.

Talked to a lady on the phone to hold some Jordan 11 and she said she had them hold today it took a hr to get there with snow and the lady working there said that she had them and put them on hold and when we got there she acted like we didnt know what we were talking about... watch out even the managers lied too dont trust them unless you go there physically to get them.

I ordered shoes online and wasn’t informed that the order wouldn’t be filled until a week later. Then, on top of that it took an additional week to refund my money. Making it difficult to find and buy the shoe with another vendor. Smh. Sorry was all that was given after the hassle. They suck!

Its a great place 2 shop 4 the latest kicks, clothes etc & the customer service is amazing, also the store as a comfortable feel when u walk in & their prices are very reasonable than DTLR, Shoe City & Champs.
