Literally bad customer service, I ask for two shoe sizes, lady working 6:30pm folding clothes just shakes head no verbal response & continues to talk to a customer who seems like a friend telling her & cursing in their convo about her issue that happened earlier today 11/04 out loud. I mean ? What a great service ?
Kevin the manger I believe the name great customer service the machine was down to exchange my jeans he spoke on other locations as that Monday 2 weeks ago was my last day to return he made it happen to make the exchange my jeans appreciate it. I drove all the way to the store during the hours they said they are open (1:30 pm - Monday). The store was closed and they said they were “doing inventory.” Why is this being done during the hours they are supposed to be open. They also told me they have no idea when they will be finished doing the inventory. I came to purchase a specific item and was unable to. I will not be shopping with Jimmy Jazz anymore. Ridiculous. Inventory should be done when the store operating hours are finished.
Very unprofessional at this store. The manager is unprofessional. I brought in some shoes for a return and she gave me back less in store credit than what the shoes was worth that I paid for for an exchange at an even price for some new balance that she said wasnt suppose to go out on the floor. But the shoe was displayed the whole time. Im so disappointed will not go back there for any purchases.
Need better structure & organization as well as staff that are focused on their duties & tasks.
I wish I could rate with ZERO stars! Husband bought shoes on 12/24/20 Sales Rep CHRISTIAN @ PG mall said he could exchanges sizes... Fastward to 1/22/21.. they say no returns or exchanges.. in a very rude way btw. There is no writing on the receipt of such policy, its just an exchange. Will never be back & I will make sure anyone I know never goes back. The number on receipt never works, customer service never works atleazt for me. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS !

On 2/14/20 at 530pm. Cashier was very rude and used profanity in front of my family and her own boss while ringing our stuff up. I will not return. If you like poor customer service and a ratchet environment, this is the place for you.
Ive been calling the store at the number on the internet for 2 days and no one picks up the phone. Its the store at The Mall at PG Plaza. Your online chat representatives said to call to see if the items I want are available in the store because they have no way to tell! (Its called an inventory or point of sale system, duh!) I have shopped in the Newark, NJ store which had its own issues (interesting?) but someone at corporate (if there even is one) needs to do better! I read the reviews and most were not good. I wont be taking a trip to this location either. Ill take my business elsewhere!
I like the manager. She was friendly with me, and I’m thankful that I was allowed to pickup an unclaimed pair of limited shoes. They also have a good selection of clothes. There’s always a sales associate standing by the door to assist you with what you’re looking for. That is a big plus. For me in most cases I ask if they’re doing raffles. However when I get directed to go to the cashier, I remember one time there was a lady who just started having an attitude with me after I asked if they’re doing a raffle for a particular shoe.

Bunch of lazy people working In that place. You have to chase someone to get help. Was not pleased at all with their customer service. I had to go to the front register to ask if anyone was working on the floor because clearly they have no intentions on selling if I can’t even get a hold of someone to help me. Lady working the register whom had glasses on Was very rude when answering. If that’s the type of job you choose and do not like it maybe it’s time to get something else you would like doing. I walked out and did not want to be helped anymore.

The manager there is terrible! She openly complained to us that she was unhappy about Jimmy Jazz changing the return policy so now she has to keep coming to the register for people like us because only managers can process returns. Very unprofessional, loud, rude to customers and talked to the staff like trash. She yelled across the store to berate employees and spoke to them nasty repeatedly. Won’t come back to this store.
When I came in this store this afternoon i was not greeted. I should have known that was a sign that this place wasn’t going to turn out good . Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! First you had staff on the floor talking to each other then you have more staff behind the counter talking to each other I had to ask for help and one of the staff was rude and told me someone will help me sounded like she just wanted to rush me out . Smh .

Horribel location and very unfriendly staff. The manager is horrible. When I went they didnt have my size in mainly any of the shoes I wanted to buy. I cant believe how uncooperative they are, and Im amazed this location is still open.

N.Y. based Jimmy Jazz good prices lots of fashion to look through.
Now this store has one of the best prices on shoes for kids! Im going back very soon.

Poor customer service I asked for the last pair of shoes in my size and then comes along this guy with the same size as me, then the workers gave the last pair to him and I was upset because they lied in my face and I could see the cashier ringing him up for the last pair .

We went to the store for a pair of tennis shoes for my friend who is only 16 years old. He found a pair of Nike tennis shoes that he liked when he went to pay for the tennis shoes for the African American cashier and racist to the bone,,, the boy wanted to pay for his $ 180 tennis shoes and the woman was asking for an ID to be able to pay for the tennis shoes that if she did not have an ID we could not make the purchase ... I told her why the hell did we have to show an ID to be able to buy a pair of shoes And she told me that they are company policies,, the super rude, foul-mouthed woman told us that if we didnt have ID that she couldnt do anything I told her that she had ID but my friend is a child and doesnt have ID. .. I got angry machismo because it is stupid but I know that when she saw us Latinos she wanted to treat us less we went to the next store and they had the same pair of tennis shoes and they do not require an ID to be able to make a purchase ... like Latino I advise you not to buy ayi because you are going to meet those racists and I will see it still have a bad time ...
