Went in to exchange something and asked a girl about the exchange policy and showed her the shoes I wanted to exchange. She said they were beat. I told her someone told me other information and she didn’t say anything and said I couldnt exchange them. That’s cool, but she didn’t have to be rude about it. Was just asking questions.

My first time there and the nice lady with pretty nails helped me out with some blue chucks Taylor’s/. The second time back some black guy on the morning shift was quite rude like he didn’t want to help me

Great customer service by Jennifer. She is very attentive to my needs as I am buying for family members. She is very pacient while we figure out everyones shoes size and lets us know if the shoe tend to run bigger or samller. Ive had the pleasure of being helped by her twice and each time she has a smile on her face while I try every shoe on in the store.

Whoever the man was, who was working the morning shift and answered the phone at 11:04 AM on Friday August 14th 2020, is extremely rude. I called and asked if they were hiring. I said specifically “Hello, is this location hiring?” As I do when I call any other location, and whoever answered the phone said “you’re supposed to answer the phone with some type of respect.” Was I not being respectful? I said hello, and asked a question. This person needs some serious training.EDIT: Found out his name, it’s Joel.

Not too much stock which is why 4 stars, but other than that, great sales help, quick service, nice place!! Will go again! Also purchased one pair of Vans that they did have in my size (last pair...woman next to me wanted them if I didnt)

They went over and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy with her purchases.

This story is so unpleasant I called about a shoe the sale person ask can I hold. As Iam on hold I hear his whole conversation he and a another person is having. They playing and laughing talk about how someone needs to a break because they are over hours. Then he hang up the phone. I called back and said can you please hold because Iam busy. Never came back to the phone .
