Staff here at Extra space was great. Clean office and property, blvery welcoming and friendly staff. Manager Ebony abd Erika were so knowledgeable and helpful when my grandmother came to rent they took their time answered all questions and made sure she understood all that was going on.Moving in was quick and easy. Great service!!! I will always recommend this company today tops the cake.

My experience overall has been pleasant for the most part .A couple of things have concerned me one being I had a cigarette butt in my unit I don’t smoke so I’m not sure how it got there also the bathrooms have been closed for over a year not sure 🤔 why ?

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. After only renting for 3 months we received a rate change notice that literally doubles our monthly rate. After 5 calls and a site visit over the course of a week the only offer the company made was for us to move to a different storage facility, rent a smaller unit on a higher floor, and pay approximately $10 more per month. I even offered to pay for a full year up front. I also learned that the facility employees, including manager, the company 800 number, and the district manager all claim to be unable to assist their customers. We will be moving out and we hope others are not subjected to this treatment.

THIS PLACE IS $$$!! Shop around before you commit to a unit here! Its clean visibly...but its really dusty! If you have allergies dont do it, I was in there for 15 mins and was overwhelmed by the dust within 5 mins.

I rarely post reviews but I will say that the manger Darryl has been the most kind and helpful through the storage process. I had a situation that occurred at this facility and Darryl was very helpful, concerned and professional through the entire process. I appreciate his help! The storage facility is clean and is managed well! I would utilize this facility in the future!

My 2nd time having to rent a storage space and the experience was simple and easy. Made my reservation online, came in the day of, and rented my unit. Staff was nice. Location isnt crowded so its been easy to move my belongings into the space as well. Price is pretty good too.

Signed a contract and paid for a unit at the end of June. Told them I wouldn’t be moving my things in until July 13th. I was told not a problem as long as it was paid for I could move in whenever I wanted. Got to the unit that was listed on my contract in the evening after a 4 hr drive and found it locked with a card on it that read RENT ME!As it was Sunday no one was working but managed to get in touch with someone at the 800 number. She told me she would try to get in touch with the manager of the facility or we could pick any other equivalent sized unit for the same price I was paying for the original. We opted for the latter as we just wanted to unpack and then get to our hotel for the night.Next day went back to the facility to let them know of the new unit and get the lock that I had paid for. Manager gives me the lock and says you’ll get an updated contract. No apology.The next day I get a bill for the next month’s rent and find they did not honor my rate and increased it by $26. Called the 800 number and get the same woman I spoke with on Sunday. She remembered me from her notes. Her response was I’ll pass this on to HQ to see if they will honor the original price. Wait, YOU told me they would and now you tell me they might not? They will get back to you within 24 business hours and let you know.NOT A HAPPY CLIENT AT ALL. I understand that mistakes happen but I feel completely disregarded and disrespected.

Let me share my experience About Extraspace stores in Kenneworth Avenue I’ve been here for a few years now and it does not amaze me of the top quality of customer service I received with the manager Darrell no matter what the situation maybe he gets on top of it or you already know about it if there’s any problems with the unit he’s there if it’s something about facilities he knows I come here and not once have I been disappointed with the attendance I am a early riser there have been a few occasions where he remain after hours to assist other customers I am truly appreciative with the top quality that this particular manager gives thank you Extraspace
