I can’t say enough about the experience I had with this Public Storage location and with Angel the manager in particular. From the time I signed up online for a storage unit through move in today, Angel was incredibly helpful, positive, thorough and confidence inspiring. She is exactly the kind of manager you want: one who carries out corporate policies with her own personal style and friendliness, so you feel that you’re dealing with a local business rather than an international conglomerate. The site is incredibly clean, Angel even cleans the common areas every day and check all the locks to make sure that they are all in place daily. I’ve used storage lockers before but this is a new experience in safety, cleanliness and customer service. Public Storage should make Angel a corporate officer, she helps transform the business “from good to great”.

MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE, MICE!!!!! As of July 8, 2020 they have LIVE mice in the facility. My stuff was only in there for a freaking month and now I had to get rid of my bed due to a live mice living it. The movers were removing it from the unit and jumped back because the mouse was stuck in the mattress cover trying to get out (see pics on Yelp review). There were mouse droppings in several of my boxes. My sofa and love seat had mice droppings all in it. I had to discard/leave my whole bed and living room set due to this. Then the clerk had the nerve to call me after I left fussing at me about leaving the rat infested furniture. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Wish I could rate 0 stars.

I rented a storage space here to store some things from work because it was close to my school. Angel, Anita, Shannon, and the entire team made every part of the experience pleasant and easy. The locker was clean and secure, and although I was in and out early in the morning on occasion I always felt safe. I emptied my space near the end of June, and they made my move out so easy I was almost sad to go. If I ever need to rent another space I absolutely will return!

Their staff are very friendly, moreover the place is kept clean and organized.

I made a reservation online with no obligation to rent. I received a call from Angel, the property manager, within a few minutes to confirm the reservation. She was very pleasant and informative. When I arrived to the location, Angel took me to the unit I reserved before I completed the paperwork. The elevator, hallways and unit was clean and well litted. The rest of the procedure was quick and easy thanks to Angel professionalism, efficiency and great customer service. I highly recommend this Public Storage.

This is our first time using storage and really didnt know what to expect. I considered this PS due to location. I was also very impressed with the customer service I received from Angel. I was very stressed out with our move and downsizing and she was very helpful. She gave me a ground floor location easily accessible when I mentioned my husband has knee problems.

I had a great experience opening up my new storage at this facility. The sales associate named Kassandra was extremely helpful and nice in the process. I give her 5 stars as well.

Went in to grab a unit had no idea what I was looking for but I gave Angel the size of my items and amount of boxes and she took me to the right size. I thought it was a bit small but everything fit perfect like she said it would. Angel was super helpful, definitely knows her stuff. 🤞🏽

I have to say that this Public Storage location far exceeds the level of customer service that I have encountered at other storage facilities. Every time that I call the store, the staff is very friendly, patient and courteous. I am lucky to not have any issues with my storage unit or property. The management is also very helpful. Anytime I have an issue its resolved expeditiously. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility.

I have been storing my items at this Public Storage location for almost a year now. Monte, the Site Manager was amazing! He showed me the unit, explained the best payment options and, had me out and on my way in a timely matter. The staff is always there to help when I forget my gate code…or unit number. The actual units are very clean and well maintain. I haven’t had any issues with my items in storage. The staff and their Site Manger are AWESOME!!!!! I definitely recommend using this location!!

Unlike no other storage unit I found, the Public Storage over on Kenilworth met and exceeded my expectations. Clean, Organized, and Friendly Staff was the icing on the cake. Not knowing what to do with my items while I waited the completion of my new home was cumbersome but someone referred me to Public Storage and they took great care off me. I would defiantly refer people to utilize Public Storage as well as use the service again if need to.

This location only has one hand truck for the whole facility :(
