Called before hand to see if they had freestanding tubs and they said yes, they had 5 in stock. Hooked up a trailer and drove an hour out of our way to purchase one today! A lady asked if she could help us and we told her what we needed, she acted confused and said they had nothing in stock and just walked off and helped another customer who obviously had money! Horrible customer service we waited for 15 minutes for her or someone else to help us before just leaving. Don’t bother coming here! Unless you have money falling out of your pockets. They could care less! Someone else will get our $ today!

I have shopped in their plumbing supply store (hidden on the side of the building, where it feels like you arent supposed to go) many times now, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. So much easier to get in and out than Home Depot, too.

Not the worst shopping experience Ive ever had, but definitely a close second. I tried to return a junk product and could only get an in-store credit, staff not at all informative... Ill go elsewhere.

Stopped in to the Idaho falls location (30 min from home) to find a by appointment only sign, I called the number to see if we could get an appointment and he said to just go through the supply store. The lady in the showroom came to the door, rolled her eyes and told us no one could help us today at all. They must not need anymore new customers.😡
