Needed a door for my 4 door Honda Civic. These guys were the only ones I could find in east Idaho that had one. I called to double check what was showing in their inventory and they took my information and said theyd get back to me. Wasnt a long wait and I had the information I needed. They even called when my part was ready for pick up.Now based of their inventory I had prepared myself to have a door that didnt match the color of the rest of my car. The previous owner rattle canned it so I wasnt terribly worried. I told the staff about my car and my situation.I get there and everything was waiting for me out front. And to my surprise, it was black to match the rest of my car! They even had my sales receipt attached to the door and helped me get it loaded up in my vehicle.Ive never had to buy anything from a salvage yard before. I wont hesitate to come back. The service was amazing and they were polite and professional despite being busy.Thank you guys so much for your great customer service.

I Purchased a 160K mile cluster for my 2001 Honda Civic from Marlers auto and when I Installed it that same day my odometer showed 218,050 miles it wasn’t even close to the miles they advertised! I gave them a call and got Jared on the phone and he refused to give me a refund even though this mistake was made on their end, they wouldn’t even give me half my money back! I paid $90 for this cluster just for it to have 52,000 more miles than they said! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I really needed a part in order to get my car fixed. I live in Rexburg and so the trip to Idaho Falls was out of the way, especially with my class and work schedule. I thought I only needed a small part off of a coolant reservoir and so thats what I took. As I got back and was working on the car, I realized I should have taken the whole coolant reservoir. I called them back and explained I had bought the part and now realized I needed it. They tracked it down, verified that I had purchased it, and then placed it outside the gate so that I could pick it up after hours when I needed it. This was definitely exceptional service, and they went above and beyond and I am grateful!

If you are in need of used auto parts, Marler can provide great prices for parts. Shipping is a little steep, but, when you are shipping heavy pieces it costs more. Very helpful and quick to reply.

They had what I needed and haggled slightly on the price. These guys are always busy so dont expect to chat it up with them but they are friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to Markers with my husband and we were let in to pull our own part. Went in by myself and was told that people are not allowed.in the back because they screw things up and damage things. They also wanted me to pay 1st and come back to get the part. I have never had a good experience going there.

Drove 6 hours to get some expensive parts, we got back and was told by installer that wrong parts were picked/given. Marler informed me it was my fault and expects me to drive an additional 6 hours to fix their own mistake. They did offer to replace the part if I bring the old one back (3 hours each way)and exchange them.. 🤦‍♂️Update: after submitting my review I was contacted by the supply yard and they offered to have me pay $40 to have them ship the correct part and return the wrong one, Im satisfied, Chase is willing to help out 👍.

Most expensive parts off used cars I have ever come across, the person I spoke to had no idea what he was selling but wanted gold for what ever he thought he was selling. Just jokers sell used parts. Went next door to Ipull got the same part for less than cheap plus more.

I was very disappointed with the service provided to me. As in, there really wasn’t any service provided. I was interested in a vehicle out front in the lot that has been there for a while, and as I was inspecting it, a man came out from the office and started to yell at me. He promptly reentered the building without giving me any reason for his rude behavior. As I entered the building, the employee was gone, and the other employees were very sharp and short with me. They did not appear to want to talk to me in any way, so I left the establishment. I would NOT recommend this yard to anyone of my friends, nor my enemies. This is not the first time they have been unprofessional with me, so I will not be returning.

Two issues in the last 2 purchases. I bought an electric part and then returned it. They extended me a credit on the value of the part but DENIED to pay the sales tax BACK. And the worst, I bought a transmission and paid $800 which did not even last a year. I need to buy another one.

There needs to be a zero star option for these guys. I came searching for scout ii d44 axles for a custom International scout build earlier this year. The staff claimed that they might have some scouts and had me hike in foot deep snow to the back of their lot only to find two mangy hacked excuses of a scout ii. They both appeared to have the axles on them. The axles were gutted for the most part only having the inner knuckles and luckily the shafts. There was a tire on one front axle on the drivers side so I decided to go with that one. I hiked back and told them that I was interested in the one Scouts axles. The guys gave me a very expensive price so I tried to negotiate it down to a bit more fair of a price. They gave me a blank stare like I was trying to negotiate the price of milk at Walmart. Finally I ended up getting them to throw in some extra 15inch rims for it. It took me a good 3 months to track down all the missing parts and clean the rust and grime on the axles. The other day I decided to give them a second try, it was a mistake! I showed up to see if they have a steering gearbox I was searching for, they said they might and had me once again hike out to the north40 to look at the gearbox. Hiked back and told them that was the part the shop needed. One guy gave me a price and then the other guy gave me a higher price and proceeded to charge me that price. I had to wait the weekend to get the part and waiting most of Monday for them to call me. Finally I drove over there and proceeded to be yelled at from a employee across the parking lot. When I walked into the office they were very unprofessional and pointed at a heap of grease that was the steering gearbox, they did not want to talk about a vehicle I was interested in. Very dissatisfied and disappointing service. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage you to do the same!

In need of only one piece, Marlers was able to provide a complete unit for replacement; offering more satisfactory performance the vehicle, options for customized assembly and spare parts for ancillary projects. Chase was nice, fast and accommodating.

I was very disappointed that they sold me a bad transmission and didn’t make it right regardless! They lost my business.

I called to price a vehicle salvage. I was quoted 50.00 dollars. The vehicle runs and is titled. I decided to remove the brand new tires on the vehicle and replace them with a set of old tires of which I only had 3, I asked if they could bring and supply the fourth. They dont do that. All of this was fine but, I was willing to pay them to tow the vehicle away up to 100 dollars. The person on the phone seemed as if it was an inconvenient to do that?

The staff was not only friendly but they worked diligently to find the part we needed and were able to get the part before the time they originally quoted, so theyre quick as well. The part we needed was reduced in price by at least 50% which helps us out too. Id definitely give them a visit if you need a part for your car!

I wish I would have found this place years ago. I needed to replace the AC/Heater control cluster in my GMC. I called Marler auto, and they had exactly what I needed for 75% less than what I had found anywhere else. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Great group of guys working there. They were more than willing to make sure that the parts I needed were found, would work and were competitively priced. They were careful removing the parts from the donor vehicle. Great place to do business, customer service minded from the sales counter to the yard.

We drove 4 hours to get a part and prior to making the trip we confirmed SEVERAL times all parts we needed would be included. When we got there they had not pulled some of the needed parts. We would have had to wait at least another 2 hours AFTER THE PARTS PULLER RETURNED FROM LUNCH! We had another appointment so that was not an option. They told us they would ship us the parts then called us after we were home to say they would have to charge us another $50 for parts that we were told we were getting!!!! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. That is Horrible customer service! WE DROVE 4 HOURS TO GET EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WAS ASSURED WE WOULD HAVE IT!

Called to ask about having a junk car picked up. The person who answered sounded annoyed. They said they would do it but couldn’t give any money for it. I said that’s fine. I waited for them all day. I called them and they started making excuses. If they didn’t want to pick it up that’s fine, but let me know up front.

Justin was absolutely amazing! I waited until the last minute to call and have someone pick up my old mini van. I called several places to see if they could pick it up. I was told that they couldnt do anything until I had the title, which I lost and needed to have the van removed that day. I was very discouraged by the time I called Justin at Marler but he was great. Instead of saying cant Justin explained to me exactly how he could help me. I was shocked! I have never shopped for tires before and since this business was recommended as a good option, I thought I would have an easy go of it. They not only didnt have a respectful tone when I called, they sent me out to the yard without any guidance or helpful suggestions. (As Im reading the sign that says customers are no longer allowed in the yard for insurance reasons.) I cant understand why the person who referred me had such an opposite experience than I just did. Marlers are a great group. If they dont have it and you really want it, theyll help you find it. But as in many things in this life. Work on being patient. There are auctions every Thursday and Friday. Your exact vehicle may or may not be available or up for bids.

My wife and I went to this savage yard today looking for Subaru parts. Can not believe we actually found what we were looking for. Even better, they gave us a great deal. This salvage yard is HUGE, very organized and the guys were fun to talk to. Thanks!

Excellent service. They will have every part you could possibly need. Engines to the smallest trim pieces. They have over 8000 vehicles so chances of finding what you need are very good. Vehicles as new as 2019.

Went in just to look around, and found a double din radio. Justin cut me a great deal on it, was very knowledgeable about install and didnt mind sharing his knowledge. Went back the next day looking for gps cable. He allowed me to go look in car for it then didnt charge me for it. Great bunch of guys and great facility!

They tried quoting me 400 dollars for a bed side. Stated can get a brand new one thru lmc for same price. The guy had nothing but attitude. Said somethung to my buddy as were walking out. The teller guy came outside and started going off on me and threatened to brake my other arm. So ya customer service was beyound horrible. Pricing is rediculous. And the teller guy isnt man enough to square up

These guys worked with me when I need to get a bumper and tail light for my car. They pulled it and then I changed my mind because I thought I found it cheaper somewhere else. When I found out that it was the wrong part Marler had no problem setting me back up with the correct parts again. Thank you for the help

I like marlars better than most places like this in Idaho Falls because they do actually care about their customers and if they dont have anything here physically they will do anything they can to order it for you and on top of all that they give you probably the best price in town which I feel is pretty good for a place like this. I was in to buy a driver side headlight for my 2005 Cadillac SRX and it only cost me $200.

The prices at marler are ridiculously high. They are selling salvage yard parts for nearly premium newly manufactured prices. Visit there neighbors at I pull or look online. You will find much better prices.

Employees didn’t even know their own inventory and when asked about a product in the front lot the employee argued that it didn’t exist. I am all about helping the blind but please don’t hire anymore dumb people.

These guys were great to work with. I was looking for some parts for my sons Pontiac Aztek. I looked online and couldnt find some of the parts I needed and the ones I could find the prices on them were higher than I wanted to spend. I decided to check with the local parts suppliers and Marlers had all the parts I needed and the prices were lower than online. They pulled them for me and I was able to pick them up the same day. Couldnt be happier with the service and the prices.

One of the owners that works here is a real douch bag a$$hole, he treated me like $hit from the get go. 1st experience he wouldnt let me see an item to see if I wanted it because he said it was to muddy to go out and walk thru thew yard so Id have to come back when it dries up( in how every many weeks that would have been?) finally I talked him into letting me go out myself to look so he could stay propped up at the counter doing nothing. Then I found what I needed took a picture and went back to the counter where an Employee told me all bumpers were $75. I said ok Ill take it, I paid and said Id return to get it as soon as they had it pulled off for me. He said it would be tomorrow at 7am so I was there at 7am sharp even before he was their to open. THE OWNER said that their was to much snow and he couldnt get the bumper off but he would sell me a different one than the specific one I wanted. I said no Id like the original one I requested, he then asked what years my vehicle was. they were 3 years apart and I new that with the bumper I was requesting it wouldnt fit unless I changed my headlights, WHICH I ALREADY HAD and he said, this bumper wont fit on yours, I explained the headlight swap to do a bumper year change and it would be fine I want the bumper. He then said im not selling you a bumper that doesnt fit, i told him, dont worry about what im doing with it Id just like to purchase the part from him. Then he said, well its all busted and cracked all over the bottom,( I knew that wasnt true because I had been out and inspected it and even had pictures of it! ) I then said I dont care if it has cracks im fine with that Id still like to buy it. He then was really throwing me attitude and obviously didnt want to sell this specific bumper to me for some reason ( it was a new oem replacement and was NOT painted) so Im not sure what his deal was. He then said well that bumper is on a 1996 and those are more money than the bumpers on the 99s and Id have to pay $150!!!!double for an older bumper that NOT painted. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. and remember his son or other employee already told me all stock bumpers are $75 and this was a stock bumper. At that point I just left, he was being a real Douche and I cant believe how he would treat a customer. I will never return!

We have been doing business with these guys for years always friendly always good service, have ordered thousands of parts from these guys if we have ever had an issue it was always taken care of in a fast and professional manor would suggest these guys to any of our customers.

They charge almost new prices for everything. Pulling anything is horrible because the lot is all mud. They only let one person back so if your pulling something big or heavy go somewhere else. They do have a large selection.But ipull next to them has gravel in their yard so no mud. prices are less than half from my experience. and more than one person can go back to pull a part. Ipull is 10 times better than marler.

Lazy people lied about having the tire I needed. I specifically asked them are you sure you have that tire and they said yes we have multiples. wasted an hour searching and couldnt find anything.

Rude staff who couldnt help me understand and wouldnt explain how they worked, charged me 185 for a door skin then I found out the yard right next door only charges 55 and marler wouldnt even take it back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not visit this establishment.

The part they sold me was in the same condition as the broken part.Never said it was going to be in horrible condition.Second time Ive had this happen here!!!!!!!Never again!!There needs to be a 0 star to choose from!
